Terrible staff. People working the cashiers are clueless of what they’re doing and i got home and all the items i purchased weren’t in the bags… even though they charged me for it.

I visited the location at 1080 Broadway. This is my local Walgreens. I get my prescriptions filled here. Never had a bad encounter with a rude sales associate .. well today was the day. I was there about 1pm. She was packing out some merchandise. I was patient. I said “hello” when she went to the register. She ignored me. She never uttered a word. She got out a bag but I recalled I have a bag, she got even more annoyed because opening a brown paper was a lot of effort. She never asked me if I have a Walgreens card...never told me to put my phone number so I can get extra savings. I had the basket on the counter. She was just snatching the items from the basket that was closer to me instead of her pulling the basket closer to her. Oh, then she was friendly with the person behind me. My advice to you ... you are in customer service, if you hate your job please quit. Your managers need to retrain you in customer service. If you are having a bad day your customers don’t need the attitude.

I honestly have never had better service at a pharmacy. They have gone above and beyond. I have a medicine that my insurance company gives me so much trouble on. And they literally wait until the day I am out to give me more. It has been a nightmare. I talked with them about this and they have handled it all themselves. They werent calling me and my doctor a thousand times. I am so impressed, and so grateful to have found a pharmacy like this. Not only is the pharmacist amazing but everyone at the front desk, when I call. Always top notch service. Thank you!

Covid testing was pretty seamless. Drove up to the Pharmacy window. Showed my confirmation and ID to the attendant. The nice lady handed me a few papers and the cotton swab. She provided me with instructions. I took the swab out of the packaging, I swabbed my nose, placed swab back into the packaging. Handed it back and was done. This location has a 24 hour turnaround for results and I received my results in 2 hours (which was amazingly fast, it was probably a slow Sunday at the lab🤷🏿‍♂️). If you can get an appointment slot, I recommend it.

The pharmacy tech, lynette, was the sweetest human being ive ever met. she was very kind and helpful! i was there to get a vaccination for my school, and she made the process so quick and easy. i went to another walgreens prior, and i waited over an hour, but with lynette, she knew what she was doing and even though, she was wearing a mask, you can tell she did her job with a smile on her face. lynette deserves a huuuuuge raise or at least the biggest recognition ever!

Made an online order and try to make a call before pick up. Go back and forth from Store to pharmacy department for many times. wait for half an hour for someone to answer my phone. Forever on hold. Still don’t know where my pills are. So inefficient system and people work here.

This was my 1st time going to this Walgreens. They were very well organized and had stuff in stock.

OK so sine my last review this Walgreen has gone above and beyond to correct the error from last time. They have shown true customer service and have dome a great job...... thank you

Great customer service, they have good deals, store is very clean, shelves and cold refrigerators are usually stocked and if they dont have the item thats on sale you can always get a rain check!! They are sooo friendly in this store!😀👍

I went in and immediately started to get followed one cashier got of his register and started staring at me and my brother they profiled us very unjustly racist employees.I am a loss prevention detective at another company and I will never shop here again

If you wanna wait a couple of weeks for a prescription that takes 10 seconds to fill anywhere else, come here. Youll wait so long, you might not even need the prescription, cuz youll be a skeleton by the time they get around to you.
