Geek Squad was great at problem solving electronic issues. Store overall was extremely UNDER stocked in literally EVERY department... I honestly have never been in a Best Buy (And I shop regularly at these stores all year round) that was sadly bare.. from front to back.. little shocking.
Went in to look for a cord to a very old laptop.. Walked out with receipt for a new one to be delivered lol.... The employees there were really great, very helpful in every way possible. Never had a bad experience here
Their products are great. I always buy my earphones or computer stuff from here. The employees are always so helpful.

I wanted a DVD player because someone was going to share a trilogy with me. I needed to be on and out quick. Id give it 5 stars except I had to walk the entire store before I found them, and an associate only showed up just as I found them to ask if I needed help locating something. However, he was helpful, pointed out some brands and found me a deal, so I was out of the store about 5 minutes after he assisted me. Over all, a good experience for someone who is only semi techie.

Went looking for an unlocked phone to replace my pos LG that had a mind of its own. Dominic ( sorry if name is misspelled) helped me pick the right phone,transferred everything he could from the non-working phone. First class service. Will use again
Im not going to say what I bought today. Just going to say I went to Walmart they were sold out, Target said they had the item I ordered it and placed it in the basket and even paid for the item and waited for the text for me to come pick it up. Got a text an hour and a half later saying they were sold out. Best buy same opportunity same situation different outcome waited 30 minutes and then they text me to come pick it up.
This review is for Samsung dishwasher. Its horrible. GE much better. And would never buy appliances at Best Buy again. Poor customer service unless you but protection plan. Go to Costco great customer service at no extra cost.
I was told today to leave if I would not put on a mask so I LEFT and did NOT shop in Best Buy and did NOT spend my hard earned money there and never will again. If they believed so strongly in the mask being helpful then they could choose to trust their own mask to protect them if they are happy to wear it and let me have trust over my body, health and freedom!! Going to shop elsewhere and buy MADE IN AMERICA products!

PSA - Don’t purchase any kind of monthly subscription from this location - EVERYTHING take 20-30 min. And that’s when it’s not busy. It takes 2 employees to take care of one customer. 90% of the employees only know how to do simple tasks- while only 1-2 can help you. So you’ll literally watch 10 employees walking around doing NOTHING - but you have to wait- because they’re not trained to help. This place needs better management.
I walked in at 10am just as the doors opened. I was greeted quickly and assisted. The aux cord I was looking for was marked at $19.99. I looked online and BestBuy website had for $9.99. Then I had to buy the USB-C adapter for $8.99. Walk out price was $20.Dont let the prices marked scare you away. If you have the time pull up their website do so and verify prices. I almost walked out. I could have purchased a single cord from Amazon for $8.99. Yes, I paid double for 2 separate cords. Thats the price you pay for instant gratification and not being able to wait 2 days.
Excellent customer service. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Left Lowe’s and Home Depot after experiencing terrible customer service and no customer service. Went to Best Buy and were helped by Guage and Brittany. They were both fantastic, well mannered and enthusiastic about their jobs. They have earned some loyal customers from this point forward.
There is No way to talk to anyone in the stores. All you get is either a national call center or Samatha in SriLanka. You have to go back to the store when they screw up your order. Last time I will buy any big price stuff from here. Conns is right down the street.
4/30/2021 - Im done wearing a diaper on my face. They have just lost my business for the next 12 months.As I walked into the store this evening, I was told that I must wear a diaper on my face to be in the store. Now, I have been in this store in the last month and not had to do so. Whats changed? I dont know. But, its time to start pushing back or refusing to do business with companies that still require masks to be worn.Im sure that a Best Buy representative is going to get on here and try to smooth things over by saying its for the greater good or some such nonsense. I aint buying it.Its time to stop this mask B.S.

You are not allowed to shop in Best Buy and they refused to offer you service if you are not wearing a mask. Amazon does not require face mask and they are cheaper. What next Best Buy, demanding “666” tattoos on your customers forehead? You must have forgotten that your customers make the decisions on where they want to shop. You are just a store, no one elected you to rule over the people.
Bought an insignia ice maker.(not my fave. But it works.) So far its OK. But other than that, employees were super helpful. 😃 I definitely recommend this location. Wasnt super busy. And there was always someone at the door offering face masks and hand sanitizer
The staff is very helpful and friendly. From the greeter, to the manager, to the customer service, everyone was willing to help me even when they were busy. Great attitudes when it came to ringing me up. I thought I was at a Dungeons and Dragons tournament for a moment because everyone was so friendly and brainy.

Purchased a wireless desktop couple days before Christmas, geek squad set it up I picked up Christmas Eve and they lost the dongle which makes the PC wireless therefore does not work wirelessly (however it does have touch screen capability) when I spoke to geeksquad and store manager he said there was nothing they could do for me and no proof they misplaced or lost it. He did hand me an old used wired keyboard and mouse. Spoke to corporate as well to no avail. I got stuck paying a PC through the best buy credit card that does not work wirelessly and used equipment. They take no responsibility and store manager treats you like a joke of a customer.
Shipping is more than rough lol. But inside was great. Found what i needed real quick.

Went there to get an iPhone 12 for my grandmother and had a both great and terrible experience. Unfortunately because of Angel Contreras from the mobile department we did not walk out with anything in result of his demeaning and condescending behavior. Dominic was the PERFECT sales associate, he had us ready to buy the phone and even offered add ons like the brick with the type c port, a phone case and a screen protector. I was really excited to help my grandmother upgrade her 5C to a brand new iPhone. Unfortunately Angel Contreras decided to interrupt our conversation with Dominic several times when I was asking Dominic questions and put his two cents in even though he had three customers waiting on him. Then we started talking insurance and I asked if we had to use Apple care because I had used geek squad as my previous phone insurance. Angel had the nerve to say that’s a lie in front of five customers and a employee. I ignored him and continued my conversation because they said you can only use Apple care with iPhone, I told him that if I remembered correctly that I had insurance through my phone carrier. Angel then says that’s false aloud. He literally said I was lying and then said that I was incorrect. Needless to say we decided to leave without the phone.
I buy all sorts of sound equipment & PC parts here when I tire of Amazon and desire a taste of the real world. The staff is cool. Show up at 8:58 when they close at 9pm, no problems. Best Best Buy in the Houston area!

Help me pick out a new laptop I love it the Republic of Gamers laptop I drive truck I needed something that was fast this is definitely fast. The beautiful Nvidia 2060 video card into it and it is screaming its a 4K laptop I am so happy with this laptop thank you very much.

He is the only reason we will be coming back to this location. My dad doesnt know much about computers and Ethan was very helpful with explaining the situation. We will be writing a second review on Carmen. We would give her zero stars if we could.

Wanted to buy my wife a macbook. The guy with colored nails told me that they were out of stock, and he could order one to the store the next day. I asked if he could ship it to my house. He said no. I waited a few minutes to look around. I asked another employee if it was possible to ship the laptop to my house. He made it happen. For this reason Ill give this location a 4 star review.

This store is currently open for in-store shopping but we took advantage of free curbside pick up. We ran other errands while they processed our (1hr) order. We were emailed when our order was ready then only waited a few minutes for them to bring out said order.Overall quick, time saving, friendly and courteous.

(for my daughter) In regards to customer service; we were greeted immediately & directed to the Apple section of the store. Both Gabriel & Christian helped us & answered our questions thoroughly. Upon purchasing the iPad at our price point; they were super friendly, professional & kind enough to offer purchasing options for both the device & accessories.My only complaint is that when it comes down to discounts of any type; they are frugal & uncooperative. Customer satisfaction is predicated towards enhancing the overall experience which facilitates positive reviews & feedback. True value in retrospect to loyalty produces repeat customers. Power to the consumers!!!🤩

Terrible customer service.the staff is not knowledgeable at all.I have a coupon THAT BEST BUY SENT ME and they will not make it valid.I have called customer service for 2 HOURS! and they told me to go in store, that they will make it valid. They did not! They said my item doesnt qualify for the coupon and I have read EVERY SINGLE SMALL LETTER and it is not listed on there. SO DISAPPOINTED.

I took my iMac desktop computer there a few weeks ago to the Baytown, TX store. After they ran their diagnostics they said there was no hardware issues with my computer and they were just going to wipe the OS system and install the latest version and then restore from my external hard drive back up. After a week of trying with no success they finally concluded it must be a hard drive that is going out even though there own equipment said it was not. They said the extremal hard drive would not load and that there is nothing else they could do.I then took my computer to Microcenter who is an actual authorized center who has the ability to open the iMac and check the hard drive and replace it if necessary. Best Buy took about 8 days to tell me that they dont have the ability to run advanced diagnostics or the ability to replace the hard drive.I then took a second iMac to the same store and they took 5 days to erase the hard drive. They did the same thing to this computer which was re-install from my external hard drive. They said it would not load and kept crashing. They finally said it was ready after 8 days and when I went there all of my data was sitting on a folder on the computer. It was suppose to be installed completely and ready for me to use. They said they would once again need more time to do this. I had enough of the Geek Squad by this time. I took the computer and called Apple Support and after 5 minutes everything was download back to the original way the hard drive had backed. things up (the data, apps, and OS). Spent the 200 dollars for their repair service and they were not able to fix either computer to the way I had done so before bringing it in to them. So lost nearly 2 1/2 weeks time of no computer. I would have taken it to the Apple store but all of them are still closed in the entire Houston area. Will just take my computers down to Microcenter until the Apple stores open as their technicians are trained the same way the Apple store techs are.
