Went to Bates for trim work. Reagan helped me and she was very professional and knowledgeable. She took care of everything from start to finish. She called and got approval for repair, ordered parts. When parts came in she called me right away so I could schedule time for repair. Took SUV in and Reagan got vehicle in the shop right away and repair was done quickly. Repair was done properly and Im very satisfied. I will definitely do business with Bates again in the future.

I would definitely recommend Bates Auto Collision Team ANY day of the week for their professionalism and excellent customer service! I was greeted by Veronica at the reception desk and she was super cool and polite. Then Russell took me on a tour of the facility and to do the pre-inspection on my vehicle. Hes very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the whole process to me and the timeline for completing the repairs to my vehicle.The next day I got a call from Raegan. She is top notch! She communicated with me EVERYDAY, sometimes twice per day and kept me in the loop with my repairs. Shes very meticulous and pays attention to detail! Being a United States Marine Im all about the small details and order, she got it done! Raegan is proof that dynamite does come in small packages! When I came in to pickup my truck Raegan delivered it personally! It was detailed and ready to go. Not one scratch or water spot. Took our jeep here and they tried to scam our insurance by adding extra overpriced work to our claim. When they took the headlights and brackets out they basically just ripped them out which broke the brackets then tried to charge my insurance 700 to replace a 100 headlight. Not to mention they took apart the whole drivers side door including the window, motor, and track none of this was on the quote to be repaired since there was no damage to it. Then everything that was taken off the jeep was just thrown inside the jeep on $250 Rough Country seat covers. They destroyed the wiring and control box for the winch that was working perfectly when we dropped off the jeep.

My vehicle was in an accident took over a month to fix,picked it up and the alignment was totally trashed, and got on i-10 and lost power slowed down to 5 mph had to get towed mind you this was a brand new 2020 vehicle

Just got my truck back today this place is awesome Top Notch service truck is like brand new again thank you guys and God bless! I highly recommend this place there was never no issues about anyting. And they warranty their work for life.

I brought my car in after a fender bender going in to work and I was having some issues with my rental company - they decided after the fact that they didnt drop off rentals to body shops. The receptionist at Bates heard me talking about it. She contacted my insurance company, Bates took over my rental (as Hertz), and they had a rental for me to drive home ready before I was finished filling out my paperwork.When I got my car back, the prices they charged (to my insurance company) were reasonable, and in line with what I could expect if I was going to repair it myself. Labor wasnt ridiculous, either.If I ever need body work on my car again, Bates will be at the top of my list.

When I went into this collision repair center they had coffee, drinks, a welcoming secretary, great information, knowledgeable service, low wait time and they gave me a detailed estimate and other options. I ended up not using them so far so I dont know what quality of service that they do. Aside from that, they were very welcoming, cordial and helpful. I really liked the design of the whole place. It was like I went back into the 1950s. The man that helped me was very knowledgeable and very helpful. If my car was worth more then I would be doing business with them.

Great service, fixed the car right up. However when we went to pick it up we discovered a large crack in our windshield that wasnt there when we brought our car in. They refused to acknowledge the situation and acted like it wasnt there issue. I sent my insurance a before and after pic of when we took it in. These people did it and they will have to fix the damage they did! Great service but wont be going back due to there negligence to address the damage they did.

I was very happy with the quality of work in completing repairs on my Jeep. The people were always respectful and prompt returning calls. The only negative was the timeline which surpassed insurance coverage due to a repair on the door handle. They discovered my Jeep actually had keyless entry but didnt work so that was fixed. I applaud their effort and would recommend them to anyone!

Worst place ever! They kept changing my pickup date for my car then when I finally do get my car they leave a mess for me to clean out. Empty boxes for me to throw out. Not even a week later a part to my car fell off while driving so I brought it back to be repaired. They tried to tell me that the part was damaged from before my accident and the initial repair but they had never seen my car before my accident. They also marked the piece up that had fallen off so I don’t see how it wasn’t part of the damage???? Finally they tell me to take my car in to get the part replaced at no cost and that I could just drop by and they would pop it on fast. I was there nearly 2 hours just waiting. Worst place ever!

My car got hit while parked and I was so upset but this was the smoothest and best experience for my auto repair!! The service is amazing they let you know step by step what is going on. My car looks better than before it was hit, everything detailed and beautiful. We will always go back to bates!

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. 4 months I came in to have a window fixed. At that time they did a great job and their prices were reasonable.Yesterday I came in to have another window fixed and they jacked up the price $70, kept my vehicle for a ridiculously long time, then stole my GPS. When I called they gave me the run around and said their employees would never do something like that. My vehicle went in the shop with the GPS but it mysteriously disappeared when I picked it up.I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was a $40 part and they charged me $250. It takes less than a half hour to replace the part. Total ripoff.

I would like to recommend Bates Auto Collision for their continued faithfulness to complete the repairs of my vehicle. A small fender bender accident turned into a much larger issue when I was hit by a driver who did not yield to my oncoming vehicle causing much internal damage to the whole driver front panel and door including bumper and all the electronic whistles to boot. Even after three months had gone by and another part was determined not working most likely due to the impact of the collision, Bates stepped up for me in handling the paperwork in which I was granted reimbursement on my out-of-pocket costs. I truly appreciate the care that I received to make things right on my vehicle. Bates was recommended to me through a colleague and I am glad that I made the needed actions to have my car moved to their facility for repairs. Bates personnel, Jessie and Sandra, and more that I just don’t have their names were tremendous in their provided customer service insomuch as to drive a payment to the dealership for some extra work that was needed, personally washed my vehicle by hand before returning it to me, made a last minute adjustment that save me from purchasing a new FOB for my car. To the entire Bates Auto Collision group, a big thank you for making this upsetting experience manageable.

Awesome friendly staff

My truck got some water in it during Harvey, I chose them to fix the damages, big mistake...took me about 6 months to get my truck back. On more than one occasion I had to call the adjusters, insurance company and the dealership they sent my truck to. I had to call and get answers from them myself because they guys at Bates seemed to lack the initiative to make things starts moving and go forward. No reason I should have been doing their job. Would not use their services again.
