I have found my place with Low country appliances. My main man Mike is so AWSOME in what he do. If somethings wrong, Mikes your guy. He solved and saved me a great bit of money today. I thought my washer broke, went in and explained the problem. The guy diagnosed the issue and got me the part. I was able to go home and fix my washer and spent next to nothing when I thought I had to buy a new machine. Awesome people, I recommend them all the time.

Bought a washer in July it wouldnt switch cycles called multiple times even spoke with Alex on 3 occasions in August he asked me to text pictures to him so I did Never heard back from him!!! Called several times no answer now mind you we actually live 3 hrs away this is for my husbands moms house so we are not here a lot but finally after a couple of months of this I finally call the cell # I had texted he said text the pictures again he may have the part to fix it now were into the beginning of November and once again NOTHING finally I called spoke to Mike and we went down there this past Saturday and Mike told my husband to jimmy rig some wire together and if it didnt work bring it back they will exchange it well it didnt work so I drive from our home in Lake Wylie area to load a washer to take back to them expecting to get an equal value washer and Alex will only exchange it with an old rusted washer he even has the nerve to sand the rust and paint the area right INFRONT of us!!!! Mind you we went ahead and purchased a dryer on Saturday taking them at face value thinking they werent going to do this!!! Well I can say I will NEVER recommend them nor will I ever use them again!!!! WORST BUSINESS AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

This place is a joke! They dont have what they post online in the store, dont return phone calls, are not always open during the hours posted on store, and the inside is a dump.. dont waste a trip!

12/21/18....STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I bought a washer and dryer from them in August 2018....I was told then, if something happened to them, they would come out and fix them. Well, As of December, the washer now has a loud metal to metal scraping sound when agitating and the dryer no longer works....I have called now for five days and gotten no answer yet...I have left three messages....we shall see what happens before I rate this as permanent...it could go up or down depending on if I get an answer and they fix it or not. I have decided to finish my review today...January 7, 2019 to give the final update....I was told that if I wanted them to fix it, I can bring BOTH units back in and theyll be glad to look at them. Im 61 years old and live alone and you want me to load up, on my own, and bring 2 appliances back to you that you sold me that BOTH are now not working right after less than 6 months???? I was told Well, the washer could be this or this or....yada yada yada and the dryer sounds like the timer went on it...so you can either call around and get it done for about $300 or more or you can bring it back here and we can take a look at it and hopefully can do it for less......Ok, so youre going to sell me something and only service it if I can bring it back to you and maybe do it for less than someone that didnt sell it to me?? I was told by some guy sitting in the office that was more interested in sending someone to go buy or sell gold to someone else at the time....My time is worth money and it doesnt make any sense to me to be out fixing something and Im not here to sell anything. Guess what...I dont trust your repairs will be any better than your customer service skills!!!

Owner is more interested in talking to his buddy about fishing plans. Place is very dirty and unorganized. Prices he gives you over the phone and online are bait and switch. I would give this place a zero stars if possible. Go anywhere else.

Bought a dryer from here on 12/12/18 brought it back 12/13/18 with original told i could not recieve a refund waited over a hour for them to fix it and still no refund!! The owner is a hassleman and doesnt respect others time!!
