I recently purchased a refrigerator from Reconditioned Appliances. It was a very good experience. There was a wide selection of appliances to choose from. Although most were reconditioned, they were very clean, and many were new or like new. The prices were very reasonable. The customer service was excellent; attentive from my first call to the follow up call after delivery to ensure my satisfaction with their product. I rarely do google reviews but as a business owner myself I felt this one is one that I had to do. My daughter recently moved across country and needed a washer and dryer. We found Reconditioned Appliances and set up purchase and delivery. Everything went perfectly. A few weeks later though, the washing machine was acting up. I contacted Tamah with Reconditioned Appliances and without hesitation they set up a time to either fix or replace the washing machine. Again, another seamless transaction. They even made sure they reached out to me to inform me that everything was taken care of—in my opinion that small gesture made a big impression. I went in to Reconditioned Appliances to check out their stock of stoves. I found one and inquired about layaway plans. Ms. Tamah, ever so friendly and helpful filled me in about a purchase plan that required you to pay only FIFTY DOLLARS down and make monthly payments. Needless to say, I purchased a smooth top stove on said plan and drove away with my stove!!! Thanks Ms. Tamah.... the stove is great! I am having a ball cooking on it!!!

My wifes washer she had for several years with out so we had to use an outside washer which got old very quick, i research Beaufort and was referred to Tamah at Recondition Appliances on 5 County Shed Rd. The washer i first got had a problem, so she sent she tech to see if he could fix the problem, but couldnt so she without question upgraded the machine and we have been very pleased not only with her professionalism but her values with her business on how she takes pride of what she stands on.Thank you so very much Tamah for your concern about your customers!!!!I wish you longevity in all that you do........

Tamah responded back to me about a dryer I had inquired about, indicating that it was indeed available. We also inquired if they would be willing to take our old dryer, to which they were. Excited, my dad and I made arrangements that next Saturday to pick up the new dryer and drop off our old. When we got home and installed the new one, we discovered that the belt had come loose during transit. That caused the dryer unit to heat excessively, and become a fire hazard. My dad spoke to Tamah who said she would personally bring a new dryer and pick up original dryer. Which was completely unexpected!! The very next Monday Tamah came to our home with an upgraded dryer, helped install it, and made sure it heated properly. This has been one of the best experiences our family has had with any local business and we would recommend Reconditioned Appliances to anyone in search of an appliance. The customer service here was phenomenal. I moved to town a year ago and needed to purchase a washer and dryer with very little money to work with. They worked with me to find a quality set of appliances in my price range. I bought them, and this is where they really started to impress me. I loaded them in the back of my SUV one at a time and laid them on their side. Just FYI, you are not supposed to do that with a washing machine. So, when I installed them, the washer was dumping water on my floor. I called and asked them if I could swap out the washer for another unit as I thought the one I bought was defective. She warranties what she sells for 90 days and she sent out a repairman that same day. He arrived at my apartment and in less than 10 minutes had identified the problem. When I laid it down on its side, the tub that holds the clothes was off center because the support frame was popped out of place because of how I incorrectly moved it. He quickly put it in order and I have used this set for over a year without any problems. The price was VERY reasonable, and the customer service was fantastic. I cannot say enough about how much she stands by her products and her warranty. You can shop around, but you wont find a better deal for the money on anything that is used and warrantied. You have nothing to lose when you buy from them. The item will work, or they will make it right. I highly recommend you give them a try for any appliance needs you may have!!!

I called a couple other places (Hilton Head, Okatie) and everyone had to order the part I needed. They had it right on the shelf, had a better price and its right down the road! Ill definitely be calling them back.
