If there were an option to leave less than one star this business would get it! The old gentleman...I use that term gentleman loosely...is unprofessional, unfriendly and rude! Worst customer service EVER! Think twice before parting with your hard earned money here.

Fair prices and great service! Mr. Bobby is so sweet and knowledgeable. Breland was kind enough to take us out and made sure our motor was in great shape ready for summer. Local business, good people. Ms. Faye was so helpful with all the paperwork.

Cannot say enough good things about our experience here. We are first-time boat owners and they walked us through each boat we were interested in and really broke down the difference in them— even if it meant redirecting our attention from a more expensive boat to the slightly cheaper Boston Whaler we settled on. Highly recommend using them especially if you are big on supporting a locally owned family business.

So I bought a propeller from a different store I spun the prop on my boat. The propeller I purchased didnt come with the guts in it so im like ok this place opens at 0800 im just going to get it from here. I walk in talk to the owner he asked where I bought the propeller from I told him he tells me with a very nasty attitude to take it back there then. I was loke well I just need the inside parts for this one he said yes we have it but Im not going to sell it to you why should I help you when you didnt buy it from us....the man was very rude and would not sell me the part I needed. I will be never going back.

People refused to even try to work on my tilt and trim and said they werent interested in doing any of the work. I definitely wont be back to this place.

Best service and when he heard my son talking to one of the guys in the store about us going to an Island for the weekend and our boat would not be done, he let us use his own boat for the weekend. I also bought my motor from them and they by far had the best price. The mechanic is one of the best in the area as well. Bobby Cooler is a man of his word and will have my business for many years to come.

I have known the family that owns this business for more than 5 years. They have been in the Beaufort area a long time and not only provide quality products and services, but can also provide valuable information on how and where to use the products which they sell.
