I stopped in to have my aging IPhone checked and was taken very good care of by Stephen. He explained what was wrong and was able to help me with a new plan and a new phone. He’s so helpful and pleasant. Excellent customer service!

Stephen was extremely helpful and made for the best experience I’ve ever had with a mobile carrier.I was able to get in and out in less than 15 with a hotspot.

I had such a good time at the store! I got a new phone and phone case that I love. The rep even went out his way to transfer the information from my old phone to my new phone. Made sure I got my military discount. I had good laughs while I was in there just such an amazing experience! I cant wait to have problems with my phone so I can go back to the store and see him.

Purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5g phone yesterday! Due to damage to my Galaxy S7 screen it was quite challenging/time consuming to set up my new phone. Stephen was so accommodating & helpful. Definitely recommend him & the store.

Great service from Rashaan yesterday. After calling ahead to verify they could fix the issue, he remembered me when I came in, had my problem fixed quickly and was so pleasant to talk to while he was working on it. I was also happy to see Coronavirus precautions being taken to keep everyone safe.

Lena was the best help I’ve ever had in any customer service I’ve ever experienced. Had a line that I wasn’t using that I couldn’t cancel my self and she went through hoops to get it canceled and the credit back to my card. If you need any at&t help she is definitely one of the best and so are her staff.

My iPhone 7 was unable to make or receive calls following the IOS 13 update. Apple was not able to resolve the issue and indicated that the problem may be fixed with a new sim card. If that didnt work, sadly, I would need a new phone. So off to the nearest AT&T store we went. The manager, Stephen, was intelligent, knowledgeable and very courteous. He tried and confirmed that the sim card was not going to fix the issue and guided me to a new iPhone. He proceeded with the setup and data transfer, told us approximately how long it would take and moved on to the next customer. When the shop got busy he did not get ruffled, nor did he rush us or anyone else. He was organized and efficient. He checked my new phone frequently to move the transfer along which was completed in a timely manner. As we were wrapping things up I complimented him on his knowledge and experience. He thanked me and told us he has been running that shop on his own since COVID began. Stephen is certainly a valuable employee.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. at&t customer for 18 yrs, went in on labor day with an issue and was LAUGHED AT by this man because I didnt understand something (also after waiting 45 minutes on service). Appalling and disgusting.

Had a great experience here, I was having troubles canceling a line that I wasnt using but still paying for and an employee by the name of Lena went above and beyond to help me out and not only fix the problem but also get my money back. They were a huge help to me and I will definitely be coming back here and you should too!

On yesterday I was trying to figure out why am I with At&t? The young lady is the absolute WORST, she dont know anything. I almost went to Verizon with my service but I realized they was closed. We Switched over from Verizon to AT&T two days ago, and we had the help of a representative named Brandon and Another guy by the name of Sharif. Both are very professional, polite helpful, funny and polite. Best customer service my husband and I experienced from any phone carrier store by far.

I have been going to this store since it opened. We bought new phones and recently added Direct TV to our account. This staff is incredible. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and fun to deal with. Take good care of them because they are an asset to ATT customer service.

This store is the best AT&T store I have ever been to. I have bounced between service providers due to moves around the country and most recently switched back to AT&T and this store was the most helpful and the process was very smooth. Highly recommend this location.

If I could gives this company a negative I would in a heart beat. Put up with them more than 10 years & couldnt get but one bar on the phone it always disconnect or drop all the time. Not only that they over charged for nothing !

I agree with Millie, the worse customer service Ive had in a long time. Also agree with the Lawrence statement as well, for he too displayed poor customer service with me and was far from professional. How can he (Lawrence, review written below) even write a review as if he doesnt work there. No one wants to see reviews from EMPLOYEES, of course they will give all 5 star reviews, real customers please and new faces to represent the new opening.

Sharif was very knowlegable, everything he said helpful. Brandon was patient, super nice, and worked well with me. But Stephen went WAY, WAY above and beyond to get me a phone from a store far away, spending a lot of time with me first to diagnose the problem with my existing phone, and then working on his day off to get and deliver my new phone to the store, texting with me along the way. That kind of service is unusual, unfortunately. The staff at this store, all of them, are a great collective, with Stephen an amazing asset.

This store is the worst I’ve every visited I was told they wouldn’t allow me to purchase a phone because I had out of states driver lience and my husband is in the military I haven’t changed over yet I went to another store got my twins the phones I wanted with no problem the older lady was really sweet when I visited the store in the past I don’t know what happen in the last couple of months but the staff there just aren’t as friendly I will take my business to another location from now on

This store has some mess up times when they are open. Ive have come to this store 4 times In four days just to get a new phone but for some reason theyre NEVER open. On the door it says open from 10am - ?pm Mondays through Friday, Saturdays 10am- 8pm and Sundays 12pm to 6pm but on their website its says 8am to 7pm. Wth! So I arrived here at this location at 2:00pm today and now there a sign on the door that said on break. Will be back at 3:00I give up! Im going to Verizon. Im so disappointed in AT&T retailers.

I was in there today to briefly ask for help on my account. I left without getting help. The employees there were rude, unprofessional, unfriendly, and utterly lazy. I was only the customer in the store and they couldnt even get up off their butts to greet me - and that was just the beginning of their rudeness.I also caught one of them in a lie, and when confronted on it, he tried to double down and tell another lie.Ill never return there again. If I ever need to get a new phone Ill switch carriers then go back to them.

Sad. They cant do anything for you at the store unless you purchase a new phone. It took AT&T 3 days, three days to attempt to port my number over. So, I called Verizon and they ported my number over in 15 minutes, in just fifteen minutes.
