Seriously: choose CPR for phone repairs!I have had my cell-phone repaired at least three times in the past 2 years. Until taking my phone to CPR, Ive never experienced such thorough, informative explanations about the repairs needed.The estimate I was given was also explained and stuck to, and the cost was significantly lower than what Ive paid with other cell phone repair companies.The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and had my repairs done the same day despite the fact that there were a number of things that needed repaired beyond simply a cracked screen.

They literally kicked a**! I dropped my brand new phone(without insurance). They replaced all the broken components for a very fair price, fixed it in an hour, and couldn’t of been more pleasant. Thanks guys!!

My teenager smashed his iPhone 7. The screen was wrecked and he also messed up the home button. The tech quoted me a price and let me know that he may not be able to ensure that the home button would be function but cest la vie. Repair took about an hour. Phone works and looks great. Much cheaper than an insurance claim. They also have lots of different accessories like Pop Sockets, etc.

I brought in my Mac Book Pro due to a hardware failure. The computer would not finish booting up and all of my data was inexcessable. The techs at CPR were very helpful and the price they quoted was very fair. The Mac Book was there for about a week and was restored to it’s original state.They even took the time to show me how to recover most of my files from the old hard drive.Again these guys were great. Very professional and helpful.

The techs at CPR are awesome. Fixed my broken screen and removed the passcode on it for me. I was surprised when the tech told me it was going to be almost $175 to replace my IPhone. XR screen. I’m not use to paying such high prices since we moved here recently, but the tech gave me Christmas pricing plus my military discount. Thanks guys.

Because zero stars is not an option...McDonalds has better customer service guys. Just doing my part so that everyone knows there are levels to quality in screen replacements and they only use the best but they can also get them for $98 so make sure to ask for a basic screen b/c the best broke within 2 weeks...watch and phone screen. I spent $520 here a little over a month ago and still have 2 broken screens that are being excused. Of course its all my fault they both did the same thing around the same time. Duh! Our devices still work, alarms sound, its literally just the screen. Instead of attempting to help in ANY way, the store manager actually yelled at me and was overly defensive of his employee while completely unaware of the situation. Poor excuse for customer service and DEFINITELY not professional. The managers unprofessionalism went as low as naming and bad mouthing his competition. Take your business anywhere else. I highly recommend Sebastians multi service. Check them out!

I had cracked what I initially thought was my screen protector but after peeling it off came to the unfortunate event of seeing my phone screen was shattered as well. Luckily, Nick J. was able to help me get it taken care of. The service was quick and affordable and my phone looks and works like brand new. I went here for a screen repair, they did not tell me that they were not certified by Apple and therefore dont have real iPhone screens. The store has a policy requiring payment for services upfront so I didnt find that out until I had already paid for the service and gotten my phone back. The colors are very faded and the screen goes crazy anytime I make a phone call. I took it back to have this issue fixed but it changed nothing.The employees are very nice and the pricing was average but that doesnt change that I now have to go and get my screen replaced by an actual Apple repair place because this place gave me knock off screen without telling me, definitely would not recommend getting your iPhone repaired here.

Best customer service ever! Verizon Wireless sent them to me for a possible repair. The guy was nice enough to tell me how much the repair would cost. He allowed me to talk through the value of the repair verses waiting for the new Iphone 8 to come out and get a much cheaper Iphone 7. Considering that I am in the customer service business myself I do not normally leave reviews because I am completely aware that in most businesss you cannot please everyone. In this particular situation I believe that my phone was not repaired properly and/or the correct screen was not being used that is supposed to be compatible.I was pleasant each visit into the store, the first time having my screen replaced on my IPhone 8 plus, as well as the second visit in which the screen quit working.This is my experience, I took it in and left the phone there per John; he said it would be done in 45 minutes or so, I leave and run some errands and come back in about an hour. He tells me the first screen didnt work so he had to try another. Ok, sure no problem I hangout for a bit and he completes it, good to go. Total cost: $225.00 ( a bit higher than some of the quotes locally around Bluffton but no biggie I wanted it done right). They were recommended to me by T-Mobile in Bluffton. I made sure to ask that these were apple parts and or compatible and at that price I wont have any issues. Super happy to hear a yes to that question.A month or two later I do the most recent update and I wake up the next morning to the finishing screen that says please click to finalize update however; the screen doesnt work. I cannot select anything on the screen and nothing I tried worked. I could see everything on the screen but could not select anything.I call in and they tell me there is no warranty on the screen and I let him know that it has worked up until the point that I did the update. He then proceeds to tell me that he did receive an email saying some of the screens they had received were not compatible with the most recent update and they quit working. (Ok, seriously?!). Still being the laid back person that I am I ask if they can at least just take a look at it to see if there is anything they can do, considering I paid over 200.00 for this screen. He tells me of course, bring it in. They looked at the phone and said that they should be receiving some new screens in about 2 weeks and to come back then. The owner/manager tells me to follow up and check in within the next two weeks. I asked if given the circumstances they would at least cover the part (which was bad when they put it on) and I would cover the labor of having to replace it again. Which, to be honest is more than FAIR.I call in about two weeks later and they tell me that they are willing to give me 20 dollars off the next screen and that is all they can do. Im sorry but 20 dollars off is a complete slap to the face! No thanks, I ended up having to go to Charleston to the Apple store and get a completely new phone (WHICH BY THE WAY WAS $165.00 BRAND NEW!!!! WITHOUT INSURANCE). The apple guys also told me that the digitizer was broken and there were multiple screws left loose on the old screen which would have eventually caused more damage. Needless to say, just go to apple if you have an iPhone!
