Thanks for shutting me down with no notice while you upgraded to 5G. I was home alone, recovering from a surgery when my wife was taken to a hospital in a different city. Great time to be without service for the better part of a week.

I have been dealing with Metro for some time I left for the last year and decided to come back with the offer of a free phone and tablet. It was not free I ended up walking out the door spending $165 and they told me I would receive a $50 gift card within a week. I am a disabled woman and I do not get much money the fact being that that was actually my Christmas money to buy my daughter something for Christmas, I made sure before leaving the store that they were definite I would get that gift card within a week so that I can buy my daughter something for Christmas. I was informed not only by the manager of the store but also by the district manager that I would definitely receive that gift card. When I didnt get the link for the gift card I called the store I went down to the store with in that first week I told them I wanted to return the tablet if I wasnt getting the gift card. I was told to just wait a couple more days to see if I get the link before doing that. I did what was asked of me and now find out that I was misinformed that you had to have three lines to get the gift card and was lied to in the store. I said well okay then I want to return the tablet oh, guess what I had to do it within a week I was in the store trying to do that when they made me wait a couple more days. I feel like I was used they knew I was on disability I think that they took advantage of me and when I tried to get things straightened out the only thing they could offer me was it $25 credit. I am currently trying to get in touch with the district manager but I am told they cannot give me any of his information to get in touch with him

One and a half month in and the service is unreliable. Almost 0 service in Burton/Shell Point. Also dont come here if on a Saturday or Sunday they are not open!

I knew it wouldnt last at that location. We need one but closer to bay street.

Everytime I go there they never have any phones for me to upgrade to.
