This place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I have had so many horrible experiences at this location. If you are going to go to a Walmart, go to the Sea Island Parkway location. Although I must say, if you are looking for something specific, go to this location. They generally have a better selection than the other store.

I got an enhancer band to go with my ring and it is beautiful. But I am mostly giving five stars to the wonderful lady that helped me at the counter. She was super sweet and helpful. 09/16/2021 give her a raise!

Set up pretty odd for a Walmart. Pharmacy said script would take 15 minutes and it took much longer. However the store seemed clean and there wasnt a wait to check out. Id like to actually give this 3.5 stars but have rounded up.

To be honest I was able to find everything i needed without any help. I dont think a lot of people work there during the morning. Nothing bad to say about this one.

Excellent food only surpassed by the service. Mahi was perfectly prepared. Great atmosphere, we dined on the screened porch overlooking Battery Creek and the docks.

I am visiting from Pa and when walking into this Walmart I could not believe what I saw. It was so clean and bright and well organized. Pa stores could learn alot from these in the south. You people who work at the Walmart should feel every proud. I felt proud walking into your store. Keep up the good job. ❤❤❤❤

Biggest and cleanest, most organized Walmart I have ever been too. Friendly staff. RV and van spaces all around perimeter of huge parking lot. Also a Claires boutique at far left entrance.

Found this Walmart to be a disappointment. The employees were not very friendly the items were not fully stocked most of the items I wanted to purchase were out and I had to go with a Walmart substitution found some products on the shelves that had expiration dates that had passed they didn’t have any offerings for certain gifts like souvenirs. The other Walmart in Beaufort is better. Also the parking lot seemed sketchy and made me feel paranoid when walking in at night

Walmmarts are not cleN places. They need to pay their workers more.

On vacation and went to get sodas, desert, sunscreen, bread and stuff like that. Nice and large grocery section. This is a big Walmart. Wish we had one so nice back at home.

Its around the corner from my house, and when my girlfriend and I popped over to get some bits and bobs I was able to get my first vaccine shot on the spot! An appointment was set up for the second shot. The whole experience was very pleasant and was done and over with in less than 15 minutes after walking up to the pharmacy desk.

I live on Saint Helena and drove to Beaufort Walmart because nothing in on the shelves on Ladys Island Walmart.The Beaufort location is stocked well with everything one would need. Versus if you are looking for nothing Ladys Island can oblige you.

This Walmart has self checkout only. I dont work there, so I really dont feel I should HAVE to ring myself up and bag my own groceries. Meanwhile the actual employees are all standing around, watching me. Well the ones that werent on their phones that is. Needless to say, I wont be back to that one.

The pharmacist was great, I couldnt have for anything better.

Not enough help today. Produce department was very empty today. Its a Saturday and you have the Mexican shopping and people coming in on vacation. I must say thanks for more cashiers working today. Please schedule more staffing on the weekend. The produce department is the money making department for all stores so I know they missed out on a lot of sales today.

They generally have what I want without issue. The employees are cordial.

I like this walmart. They do a good job of keeping stocked. The workers are friendly and helpful, if sometimes hard to find. But that is to be expected at a warehouse store. The fresh produce is great, and that is a good way to measure the quality of the grocery section. Theyre as good a Walmart as Ive seen

Customer service is not very good. Selections of swimwear is minimal. Not enough cashiers. If I have to use self checkout then I should get a discount. Obviously you are phasing out employees. I would rather shop a mom & pop store.

Dont do delivery the cannot tell the difference between north and south directions.

If they are not going to have cashiers to wait on customers, they need to at least keep all the self check-out kiosks in working order. Half of them were not working. Also, since the line was 20 people back and I am disabled, I was ready to just sit down on the floor. If they are going to make it so difficult to get checked out, they need to provide benches for handicapped people to sit down. I was ready to put everything back. I wont be going back to Walmart anytime soon. They clearly dont care about their customers. They just want to make money. If I could give no stars, I would.

I have shopped at Walmarts around the country for many years. This is the first one where I actually had a bad experience that actually made me feel embarrassed. Well, I am from VA and there Walmarts still use plastic bags, either SC Walmarts or this one did not use plastic bags. I didn’t know, but instead of explaining this to me one of the two ladies working at the self checkout counter made fun of me. No worries, thank you for that! I ended up purchasing reusable bags for $6.99 each and went on my way. Won’t be returning to this one, even thou is close to where I am staying.

To be completely honest, if you have the ability to go to a different store for what you need do that instead. The entire store staff (especially night shift) make it very clear that they do not want to be there. Ive had several employees out right avoid me when i need assistance, or the oh so commonnot my department, not my problem, Ive even been directly lied to by workers more than once. Tldr; Ladys island has a walmart, go there instead.

You go here because you HAVE to go here, as its one of the only 24-hr places around. Unfortunately it seems that most the staff dont even want to be there so theyre completely unhelpful at the best of times. However, the self service stations are awesome! Couldnt reach anyone on the drive-up pick-up lin, but to do it yourself is to see some cool technology in action!

This Walmart has lost its glow. Its not bad but not as good as it was. It was losing it. Before the pandemic.

I mean.. its Walmart... Place was clean and stocked... But they need more employees. I accidentally went to a card only self service lane and I waited, no kidding, 15 minutes before someone helped me. I was so embarrassed because people were behind me and complaining that I was taking too long when yes, I should have paid attention, but I shouldnt have had to wait that long for help. I understand moving forwArd and the self service option but there are still employees there.. getting paid to stand around and do nothing. Talk to other co-workers or talk on their phones. Its a mess.

The Store Was In Pretty Good it Shape However The Beer That I Wake Looking For Was OutOf Stock. This Has Happened On Several Occasions. There Wasnt An Associate Available To Answer My Questions.

David Bell that works in the Produce department is beyond Amazing!!! While helping me pick out some avocados. I began to complain to him that the store was completely out of eggs and milk he offered to go to the back to make sure there was none back there......lo and behold a few minutes later he came back with my 18 count eggs and some milk ....a real Jewel .... He is a real rare find!!

Had everything we needed and was clean, but very packed.

My dad, a veteran and trucker has been parking his rig at Walmart for 5 yrs now. Now his company got a call from Walmart manager to tell him to move rig or it will towed.. truckers saved us during pandemic risk their own safety to get products to stores including Walmart. My dads truck is not in the way and has not been. Its only parked their for couple days so he can rest and go back on the road. Really management at Walmart this is how you treat our truckers.

Waited to long to get a key made had to use the kisosk up front but they was pretty fast about getting me items they had locked up

The people were nice, and knew where their products were located. Were visiting from out of town. So, it seemed unorganized to us. But, it wasnt too hard to find our way around.

Clean. Employees are great. Theres a greeter lady located at the entrance, she loves to sing her greeting to you. It made my day.

This store is the best, my grandson loves to shop here because they have everything. Most of the employees are kind and will help you navigate the store if you cant find something, and theres always one or two crankies. But the prices are affordable and theres always great deals!

Any more they never have things in stock. The staff they have are not helpful. They act as if its a problem to help the customers.

Best time to come to this location is in the morning or on Sundays... if you come on a crowded day the whole store starts to heat up from people and terrible phone signal

Wal-Mart stores vary greatly by location. This particular Beaufort store is one of the cleanest I have shopped. Difficult to find staff. Relatively well stocked on essentials. Predominantly self-checkout, typically a single aisle (for cigarettes) that has a sales associate. I would rate it higher if it took less time to fill a cart than it did waiting in line to pay for it.

The store wad clean but they didnt have what I needed. It was waste of time going there.

Lately, the service to the customer has suffered immeasurably; really, really rotten!!!!Whenever an associate is found, their eyes are glued to the phone and their attitude is one of, why are you bothering me...

This location is exceptionally clean and organized. All of the staff seemed very friendly and helpful. They have paper, recycled or reusable bags only, which is awesome! Parking is great plus lots of shade trees. Best Walmart store Ive seen so far.

Overcrowding and aisles filled with carts of supplies just left unattended. Every visit requires maneuvering through the aisles because it is so cluttered and disorganized. Staff isnt helpful whatsoever and there is usually 2 of the twenty registers open making the whole shopping experience even less enjoyable. Not to mention the ridiculous increase in price of their generic brand items. 🙄

Umm, parking lot with broken glass that smells like urine and an unenthusiastic cashier. Experience is as expected.

If I could give less than 1 star. Took 2 and half hours for an oil change. Staff was indifferent and offered no redress. I wasnt the only one with long waits. DO NOT GET AUTO WORK THERE.

This plate just felt dingy. Three different workers nearly ran over my wife when she was looking at products as they were stocking shelves.

It was a good experience. I like to go into the store and get what is on my list. Everything I needed was in the same area of the store. The store was clean and well organized. I stopped in ladies room and it needed some attention. I did the self service check out which was every convenient. Every one was practicing social distancing with a mask or 6 feet distance. Great!
