I went to the salon and they have the BEST hairstylist and the BEST connection as coworkers. Which makes it very fun to hear the conversations between them. My hair is healthier with every visit

The store itself was very well kept. Selections in many departments wasnt the best. But very professional staff.

The young african American lady with the natural afro and Brittany were amazing. They have gentle warm souls and listen and talk to me as they are ringing me up. Its one of the few Ines still open. If your looking for kids clothing at a great price this is the place. They keep he store very neat and its never crowded which makes shopping here completely pleasent.

I had to return a curtain error. I ordered sheers & got curtains instead. I ordered for a friend. She was very disappointed, so much so that she went to another store! Personally, I know wrong picks happen. I probably would have driven a half hour to Savannah & returned & picked up what I wanted at store in Savannah! Ive used Penneys, for many years& my mother before me. I love their auality in their home items! I l e their variety of plush towels, great throw rugs, Love bedspreads with shams, pillows & dust ruffles! Oh, did I say, I love JC Penneys quality & great prices especially during holidays!✝️🎁🌲

Alot of clothing options and sales. This is the only modest place we have found to purchase swim suits for my preteen.The dressing rooms are very disappointing. It feels like Im trying on an $100 outfit in a public restroom. The aisles are narrow, not cart accessible. Therefore I stopped browsing.

I came here to but my husband a suite for a funeral and I cant remember her name but the three times I had to come back, she was there every time to help me. Very nice people and clean, organized and lovely place to shop.

Love coming here to get my hair cut! Ashley does the best job doing it and she gives you excally what you want and she always takes her time doing it!

If you are looking to make a purchase from their catalog, you may be better off doing it from online. I dont think the catalog even fits inside this store. One of the smallest JCP stores I have ever seen. Limited stock and choices.

Very clean and more importantly EVERY associate said hello and asked if I needed any help. Compare this with Belks, NOT one person acknowledged me in any way!!

I was there to get sneakers. Associate told another women how much they were on sale. Then asked about discounts off. She said they applied. I purchased them,got in car and realized no discount. I went right I was not happy.back in and returned them as well as telling them what sale price. It doesnt apply to those shoes.

Will location has been out of touch with clientele and the amount of traffic that was in this location sure shows that. This chain is trying to carve out its place within the retail industry and offers way too many items that can be found in other woke Asians and their pricing is not as competitive against a Walmart.

This is a small store does not carry a very large selection of mens, womens or childrens clothing limited shoes. few gifts, washcloths, towels, hand towels and some household items it does have a very good Beauty Salon.

The clothes are good quality, but the service and selection arent always the best.

What an awful experience with JCP SITE to store online ordering....I received Christmas items after Christmas and all the managers and associates could say was that there were lots of customers complaining and that they had written lots of letters to higher management. Really?!!!
