Very nice trailer home. Price cuts @ 50% off

I have had my home for two years now. The people at Clayton home in Beaufort, SC are con artists. First they sold the home I picked out after giving them a $10,000 deposit. We overlooked that mistake and picked out another home. After signing all the papers to have the home delivered, we find out the home was previously owned. Now we are having all kinds of issues that we have to repair out of our pockets. Its only been two years we shouldnt be having so many problems already. Definitely go somewhere else or make sure you have your camera recording what you pick out. They will do a switch-a-roo on you.

I really enjoy this team. They make it happen. Great homes and are easy to work with.

Not that great of modular homes. Could have had better upgrades. Cheap prices for what they have and they are nice! People that work there are amazing people.

Clayton homes is very professional theyll guide you through every step you need to purchase a home they are more than willing to work with you on the way you want your new home to look and feel and their service workers know how to do everything under the sun

Do Not buy from Clayton Homes. And yes they own Oakwood Homes too. I bought a modular home from them and paid full price up front because it was custom. I expected a beautiful walk-in home like they promised. They never delivered it. It was left on someone else’s property in pieces. I had to make arrangements to have it delivered and set up by another company – and pay an additional $10k to get it done. At 68 years old I don’t need any more experiences like this one!!!

If you decide to go here you gotta see Katrina!!!!!!Update 3/17/2019: A little unhappy as of today alittle run around as to plumbing hook up told to schedule inspection for 3/18/19 (Tomorrow) had a guy willing to accommodate us and have it done by Saturday only to be told no were not going with him he is wishy washy we have a guy we know will get it done by this weekend only to speak to the gentleman sat 3/16 for him to say oh no cant get to you til next week had to call the manager at Clayton (ate sales person out of town) for him to say he will be there first thing in the morning called the plumber again to confirm this for him to say yes Ill be there.. My husband and I have been there all day calling the plumber (Anthony) he doesnt even have enough professionalise to answer his phone and of course Clayton home isnt open today.. We have inspection in the morning we have til the 1st to be out of our apartment our home has been on the property since Feb 27th first payment due on the 1st and we still havent stepped foot in it!!!! I will update on how Clayton handles this unprofessionalism and if they give you Anthony as your plumber saying he is reliable this is quite the opposite he is unreliable unprofessional and quite frankly dishonest..
