Extremely displeased on the rudeness of the salesman. Went into the main office having 3 young kids with me, as I was attempting to put on a mask and checking my kids. The salesman by the name of Ben snottily said I must not wear a mask much and walked off acting as if I was in the wrong. I also caught the vibe after speaking with a few of the salesman, they act as if you don’t make enough to afford these mobile homes. (Keep in mind I make a comfortable living)They constantly say you that they are better than everyone else and that Clayton are cheaper homes. That is fine. I took my business down the street to Clayton Homes of Beaufort. Where I felt welcomed and at home.

I was there yesterday. February 24, 2020. I patiently waited in the office to be assisted in looking at some homes. Well, I get Ben to assist. I cant say he was rude, but a bit arrogant. I dont make a whole bunch of COASTAL money to live on. I just felt as though I was being talked down to. He did show me two homes, told me they dont assist on finding land, told me the prices of the property around. He was right, I cant afford to live along the snobby coast, but really didnt want to in the first place. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I may not make a hundred grand a year, but nobody, and I do mean nobody, talks down to me. Perhaps Ben would be better suited selling cars for Rolls Royce.

Very knowledgeable staff. They were very friendly and took the time to help us. There were only two sale people there and a lot of customers, but they still too the time to help us properly.

Strong armed sales tactics from days of old. took all of a minute in the door and the salesman called my wife a liar. had been there few weeks before salesperson gave us a key to look through the homes . went in to narrow down the couple we liked. salesman this time said we had never been handed keys to look unaccompanied before. wife standing there with pics and videos from previous visit with dates and unaccompanied. after a year and a half of waiting and looking we were down to three homes. two on their lot. this was our week to choose. Wife spent the last 9 years fighting a brain tumor so have learned a lot about what path to take. Our path will never go through oakwood homes

Gave my mom excellent service. Really listened to what she wanted and needed. They accomadate her and she is hard to please triple A with me.
