I came to public storage intending to shop around for prices. By the time I left, a had a unit and felt confident. The facility was immaculately clean and Lashanda was the sweetest lady I ever met. She was very knowledgeable and professional with a side of great humor. She had so much patience with all of my questions.

Very clean and well-maintained

The women there today were extremely helpful and got me tucked into my new storage unit easily. Had a problem with the gate and she walked up to my car as she came in for her shift and opened it for me then met me at the office to fix the issue. Amazing service and they made my day!!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Shanda. The rental process was easy and very convenient! We are thankful that we chose Public Storage!

Super friendly staff got us in and out easily. Ended up only needing a unit for a few weeks instead of a full month. Got the refund very quickly. I only have a minor complaint but I understand why not. Just wish they had a sensor for leaving instead of having to input your code. The angle of the boxs location means typically its easier to get out of your car and do it. Its a minor complaint not really an issue but if using a uhaul get out of the truck and do the code.

Price for a 5x10 went from $63, to $75, to $92 in less than 1yrs. time, so I vacated and will never recommend them!!

I’ve purchased boxes from this location a few times. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Brittany and lashanda. Both ladies were wonderful. I was in the store telling them how I needed a box I could ship a few items in and to my surprise every box in the store was shipping g approved. I’m pretty sure they’ve mentioned this to me before but I was only thinking about one thing at the time and that was packing my house and loading the moving truck.

I’ve been a customer at this location for quite some time now. Every time I go in the ladies at the front Dess are always so nice there always cheerful they always welcomed me with a smile. At this day and age it’s hard to come across people that enjoy their job.

DISHONEST! I rented a unit for about $100.00 (I was told I had to rent the only available space even though its too large for what I needed) the space only contains some toys and about six small boxes on September 25, 2019. I paid all fees that very day and was told my next payment was due October 24, 2019. Today I received an email dated November 1,2019 letter stating my unit has a lien and I owe $182.00. This is a disgusting way to attempt to cheat and make money, as I havent even had the space but one month which was paid in advance for the month or I would have never been rented the space!. Beware! I promptly contacted customer service, who verified that this was a not correct and should not be happening currently on hold at this moment with the actual local office 33 minutes on hold and counting...they just hung up on me...calling corporate again now

This is the best storage facility in Beaufort, low price for monthly rent and clean property.. thank again Brittany for making our moving process fast, friendly and easy .

For most of my 16 months in a climate controlled unit, the much advertised security gate did not operate--open 24/7. Even if it had, it would not have kept out the rodents that infested the place. Some of my stored items had to be thrown out.

Cat was straightforward with everything and even let us know about a bed bug problem in our area so we could get bed covers in the store. Public storage is our favorite storage in the area and I dont think I will use anything else. Their prices are competitive and their storage is clean.

The storage site is very clean. The staff is professional. The reservation process went pretty well. Our real estate sale closing was delayed, thus our move out date into our self storage unit was deferred a couple times.
