Super pleased with our storage unit experience. We just moved items in yesterday, but Liz made the whole set up process very easy for us, in a time of stress(moving from another state). She’s very friendly and knowledgeable.As far as the physical space, there are multiple sized units to choose from. Also, they are pro-active using rodent bait boxes. Gates and security cameras are also what attracted me to this facility.

Dont waste your time or money here! None of the employees are helpful. Lots of late fees, quotes change all the time, but especially the customer service is vile. No warnings, they just lock up your stuff and leave the premises even when all dues are paid. Theyre not open Sundays. Theyre not attentive either. They continue to lock my storage although I pay pay pay $$

I went by the facility yesterday for the first time to secure a rental unit. I was assisted by Liz. She was very friendly and efficient and made this moving process quite pleasant. The facility was neat and clean and easily accessible.

As always Liz was super friendly and accommodating. I needed to downsize my unit which was done quickly and efficiently. The facility is well maintained with easy access to the units.

Had my stuff in a unit for around 4 months. Once I went to get my stuff out, everything was damaged from water leaking into the unit. I went to the office to ask how to file a claim on the insurance that I paid extra for, the lady working there told me she didn’t know and she’d have to talk to her boss. I gave them a week to call me (they didn’t) so I called them. She told me she was waiting on her boss to find out and call her back and she promised she would call me back. 2 weeks go by (she didn’t call) so I call again, she promises they’re “working on it” she’ll call me back when they get it figured out. It’s been over a month now and I’m still waiting on a call. I don’t want to have to take legal measures, but I’m starting to think I’ll have to. I’ve got all the documentation saying water damage is covered and I’ve contacted a lawyer that said he’d love to help. Hopefully they call soon so we can avoid that route. I wouldn’t keep my stuff there ever again. Pay a little more for a place that takes care of their units and customers!

Staff was very helpful. Liz was able to get me in and out the last 5 mins before closing. I ended up needing a bigger storage and was able to do it hassle free. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

I reserved a cargo trailer last week. When I came to pick it up, they didnt have one and said they dont have them anymore. Yet they have trucks and car carriers. I gave my contact information when I reserved it. I guess they were too lazy to care. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I wouldnt trust them.

I would like to thank Liz and the crew for all of their hard work over the years. Its nice to know that the person you are dealing with can handle just about any situation. Liz has been there for a long time, and its obvious that the owners of the property installed a lot of get it done Management support for her.

I rented a space 9 days ago for my trailer with our 4 wheelers on it and it was stolen. I stopped by today to pick them up and it was gone. I had a trailer lock and the tires where chained. The place was little help saying they did not know how to view the security camera footage. It was parked right in front of thier office and behind thier house. They dont carry insurance so I am out $15,000 if the cops cant find them. Beware!
