Great customer service. You know what they say you paid for what you get I think is a little pricey but they do a great job. I have taken 3 of my vehicles to them. All 3 times have been great.

I am very pleased with the service I received. Jim was very attentive, friendly and communicated well. He was able to find after market parts for my 2004 vehicle and kept me a informed of the progress. I am happy with the results and would not hesitate to take my vehicle there again.

Went here to get an estimate for my insurance co. So I can have some minor body repair done to my truck. They are a very reputable business and very customer friendly. The service rep that helped me was very courteous, helpful and safe. I recommend coming here first to see what they can do for you first before going anywhere for body work on your car if needed.

Couldnt get them to paint my bike. But the welcome & smiling faces. Ill try them in the future.

This place is HORRIBLE they had my vehicle about 3 days and did nothing with it ....they leave your vehicle out on the street around the corner from the shop where any one can vandalize it ...... I went to pick up my vehicle and a worker asked if it was my vehicle so I said yes and he handed me the keys... he had no clue who I was then 2 days later the manager(thats a whole other story) calls and says your vehicle is ready for pick up!! Are you kidding me right now...what a joke

Took my Tc here to get my front bumper fixed. I have to say they have the best customer service Ive ever encountered at a collision repair place.Thank you Class Acts the bumper looks amazing. I definitely reccomend these guys for any repairs.

This is the second time we have taken a vehicle to Class Act. The first time, the service was great. We just got our vehicle repaired a second time and the service was even better. Staff is excellent (Thanks Jim) and service repair on the vehicle was top notch.

This place has a 5-star rating a gold Circle award for several years in a row very very pleasant people that are employed there very helpful and understanding and I would highly recommend this place. To have any of your car work done its not a repair shop but its a collision facility. I dont with the nicest estimators that have ever come across.

Dont do correct etimates and then refuse to work on car after saying it had been repaired before when it has never been in an accident. Have Carfax to prove it. Sent us somewhere else.

I used to love this car wash until the prices sky rocketed and the quality went down the drain, went recently and the process is rather safe due to covid-19 but was disappointed again because they vacuumed the drivers side and left thee whole left side untouched the whole process just felt rushed and they just didnt care.

They do really good work. Always busy but now know why. Only aaa body shop around. But really really really really really really really really really really really just expensive almost 5 grand for a repair where 8 other shops wasnt no where near that price

After an auto collision, I went to several locations asking about repairs and found Class Acts Auto in Beaumont to be the superior choice. Not only were they professional, but exceptional quality work was completed in a timely manner. Hard to find amazing service like this, especially given that their estimate was unknowingly $500 less then the competitors. I highly highly recommend this company for auto body repair!

These guys are great. Our Sienna was rear ended on the rear driver side bumper. They replaced and repaired our van so well that we cant notice where the impact was. I also looked at the subframe and underneath the whole car, and can only say they really took care of our sienna.

I had a horrible experience from some of the staff to the vehicle. I have a 2018 Honda Civic that needed the left rear bumper fixed. I dropped off my car on a Thursday and was told by Carlos that my car would be ready on Wednesday. I called him on Tuesday to get an update and he said that it would not be ready until Thursday. I came to get my car and the car was in the front of the shop. I rubbed my hand on the car and it was very dusty. Then i walked around it and it had 2 chips the size of a pea. I told Carlos about the damages I saw on the passenger door. Each the size if a pea. He became very arguemental and I asked for his manager (Jeremy) who came to see the car checked the paper work and said that the pea size chips werent there and that as a courtesy he would have it fixed. The damages were never there because they are noticable and werent marked on the car walk around form. Carlos immediately went to the office and I followed. He said that the paperwork checked out that that wasnt there before but that it didnt mean that the chips on the passenger door werent there already. He said its not like we look really close to see every detail. What? Who says something like that? I felt it was rude. As a customer this is not expected. It was awful that he didnt want to take responsibility and fix the problem. Jeremy went around the car, checked his paperwork and said that he would fix it as a courtesy. Carlos said, so are you saying we did this and this and this pointing at the front of the vehicle and then smirking. I felt he was rude and wasnt taking things seriously. Jeremy kept on saying that my car had 7k miles enought to go to New York and back several times and that I could have caused that! Now, who says that when you have an unhappy customer in front of you? The person that was with me couldnt believe the way things were handled. It was a horrible experience and something that could have been done in 3-4 days, took 12 days!!! Unbelievable! None of them were apologetic for the damages the body shop caused to my passenger door. Carlos was extremely defensive and Jeremy was trying to justify himself. I feel that this body shop wants to do things fast, fast, fast and failed to return a car in good condition the first time. I will never bring it there again nor will I ever recommend anyone there.
