Great place for parts

This place will give you a estimate, and than change it after their done, didnt fix my car right at all. Only go for parts because the macanics are not good

Omg...my favorite auto part and service shop. The prices are the best! And the counter your lady, Shanie was so helpful with a # 1 personality. The owner Mr. Mo seems to be a little grumpy but thats just his personality...I have no problem with that because hes very knowledgeable! Thank You guys so much for my new windshield!

The installers there will break your property trying to fix other problems and will have no remorse for what they do. Mr. Moe, doesnt like to honor the honor policy and keep your receipts by all means. Cause his way of keeping track of this is just waiting for the i.r.s to audit him. Buy your parts off line these ppl are rude.

Long story short they are the best! Mr. Moe took care of me as a single mom and made everything the best! I recommend him any day and the prices are amazing! I do not usually do these kind of reviews but this was the best ever! Oh and the ladies at the desk were so sweet and so nice!!!

Never called u back. So unorganized place

The place look like a bomb went off in the building, but the staff has a system of organization there (Just like Dads Shop) the known where everything is located. Great service had parts when promised & quick installation.

Called part was there used for better price, got there they could not find the part. Was forced to buy part brand new at a increased price. Told me new part would be in on Thursday of last week and still waiting on the new part. Very unorganized place.

Call them about a part they said they had it in stock. I drove 20 miles to get it and they dont have it. Thanks for waiting my time 2 hours of it.

If I could get mo to sell me what I want this is an incredible place to shop. He just has to much to do and overloaded.

Best imports all right. I remember when I had my stick shift truck and some cop got on me about one of my backlights near my license plate was out and ticketed me for it. (Judge stomped on that and put it out of existence, so HA) The guy who saw it was like Pfff, whatever, man. And picked it out and replaces the old one with a new one in less than a minute. So they do have what you need (probably that is) and glad they exist. I can see some other business to give you the same parts but higher.

I called and some lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and then put me on hold forever and told me they didnt have the car I was looking for well I went anyway and they DID have the car I needed to pull parts from

Terrible business. Slow, have to wait on hold for 30 minutes or more to speak to anyone. You but new parts and they use old parts instead!!

Horrible service the man behind the counter was very rude and when i ordered a piece on a monday they told me i would get it tuesday and its next monday now and they still dont have it and now they dont want to answer the phones when i want to check on my part arrival after this i will never do business there again period.

The front desk women are rude af I called and that morning about a rear side mirror and I didnt get a call back till 4:30 or 4:45 so I went there to ask for a cap I walked n spoke to them and no one said nothing so I asked who did I speak to on the phone twice no one said anything so a lady said I talked to her on the phone but I didnt tell her to come here and told her I know you didnt I jus wanted to show you the part words was said and I left bad customer service will never go back there they dont deserve one star how they treated me
