After the COVID-19 started the automotive was closed for 7 months but when they opened back up they had better crew members and everyone was working harder and faster they get cars done with in a reasonable timeframe day in and day out I highly recommend the Walmart automotive they always make the customers feel at home and just have amazing social skill with them and do everything in there power to help them with whatever they need

Slowest service possible, kind of just moped around and took their time. Out of every oil except one.

Came right in an hour prior closing. They accepted my vehicle no hesitation for oil change. Prices notably fair and service technician friendly and professional. I will absolutely use and recommend them over-again. Thank you for a good experience.

Two cars was ahead of me before I arrived! He told me an hour wait, okay that’s fine I been here over 2 hrs going on 3! And all the workers doing is standing around telling stories to one another! Very very bad customer services! I will not be back only reason I’m here is cause I need things from the shopping center

They shouldnt be allowed to have one star if you ask me. I pulled up to the lube shop and received no service or a greeting for almost thirty minutes and I personally had to keep calling the worker before he even considered to even acknowledge that I was waiting. Never again.

I came to have tires installed. When I arrived, they had just started on one car, and then there was one more car in front of me. By the time I left, over 2 and 1/2 hours had passed. Yes -- it took 2 1/2 hours to change 12 regular car tires.Its a combination of severe under-staffing, bad management, and what appears to be a complete lack of oversight. The folks there are nice enough, but they just are not being managed/led at all and therefore are unable to properly prioritize and ensure that things are progressing as they should.

Waited an hour to be told they couldnt do my oil change because I have a plastic oil plug. Guess my 2018 F150 is too exotic for a Walmart oil change

Horrible customer service. Everyone that works back there acts like they hate their jobs and customers are nothing but an inconvenience.

2hr wait for oil change could not get hand held computer to work wifi would not work took over 20min.after compleat couldnt reset cars computer

They had tires for 10.00 there were discontinued but they were all gone
