My contractor sent me to Daltile, I walked in right before they were about to close and Nicky Arnold asked if she could help me. She could tell I was stressed out and I had no idea where to begin. Her one simple question.. do you know what you’re looking for and I said NO not really just something natural. She pulled out the perfect Riverstone for the shower floor, beautiful tile for the shower walls, matching grout and the shower boarders. It was absolutely Gorgeous exactly what I wanted! Just like that 15 minutes or less she picked out everything I wanted with no stress ! She definitely has earned her title as a DESIGN SALES SPECIALIST, she’s professional, patient with a smile the entire time! Hats off to Nicky! I had a GREAT experience with Nikki. She is so knowledgeable about all the tile and the grout to match. I went there as a complete novice looking for tile for my bathroom. With her help, we picked out beautiful tile, accent, and floor tile. Everyone who has seen my bathroom raves about how beautiful my bathroom is. Now I’m back for my kitchen. Backsplash and flooring. Not only is Nikki friendly, but she’s so knowledgeable about all the tile in the store. She’s amazing.

Extremely professional. Great showroom rep with a great eye for design and accent. The other guys behind the desk are busy doing work so leave them to it, they are on the clock and are making things happen, so dont expect them to tell you how to install tile or talk about the weather. Know what you want, do your research before hand (or at least have a rough idea) and you will have a great experience.

Great help from Danielle. She was quick to bring me optimal backsplash options that complimented my countertop choice.Plus, shes hot with a cute little personality.😉

Extremely rude customer service, not helpful at all.

My wife went to the Beaumont location this morning (5/13/2019) to purchase tile for a kitchen backsplash. The female sales person seemed annoyed to be bothered by a customer and did not offer any help whatsoever. The company lost a sell, any future business, and the “word of mouth” advertising is not going to be good.

Its not really a place for regular people, they are set up to cater to builders and contractors. But I was still able to get what I needed
