My shopping experience today was amazing! First of all the store is basically immaculate. All of the employees working the floor are actually tidying up, reaching out to customers offering their assistance and being kind. Everyone working there was friendly. The restroom was clean as well as the dressing room. Yes, their dressing rooms are open! How great is that?! Jo, Kimberly & Teresa all interacted with me and helped me either find a top to match a particular split skirt I was buying, handed things over the door to me in the dressing room, or went to unlock the bathroom for me to use. I was in there quite a while. They had a lot of inventory with great sales going on. I dont like to shop, but they made it fun for me today! I highly recommend this store and great set of employees who give wonderful customer service.

Fist times Ive went to this store and I will for sure be going back. School supply shopping for 3 girls was made easy and cheap. I couldnt believe the prices on things. It was insane! We will definitely be back. All the workers were so helpful and extremely nice! They even helped me sign up for their coupon system. They also give active military 10% off! Way to support our military!

I always enjoy shopping here, but Im not sure why its described here as a womens shopping center. They mens clothing also, as well as childrens. Plus much more. I usually find what Im looking for and often leave buying more than I intended ( especially if my wife is with me).

The commercial, in my opinion, is VERY misleading you walk in and first the smell hits you it smells like mothballs and old clothes then you look at the prices theyre written on no original sales tag and its like reg price $450.00!!! On sale 30% off wow what a deal! We saw prices in the $1000s here are you kidding me! On to Walmart we go.....

Love this store, I had not been back here since I moved back to Beaumont, but I went in Memorial Day weekend and found lots of bargains. Everyone was so nice and helpful, very friendly staff.Love their Power Hour.I will be a regular customer now.

Great place to buy everything was 50% and 80% off plus an extra 10% off. Happy hour. That was a happy hour for me

Good Shoe Selections

I love Mom and pop shops and try to shop local as much as possible. Had a pretty good inventory, but prices where too high.

Close out stuff from Pier 1, and other places, a bit of everything, go to the web site for more percent off, store smells weird though.

I absolutely love S&M the staff is wonderful the prices are great and the stock is unimaginably great for the pricing favorite store in town

Ive been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I shopped at the gaylyn store. But my days shopping there are over. I went to return a $10 dress with the receipt but I was a week past the deadline. My feelings were so hurt. I think it was because I have spent literally 10 of thousands of dollars with the store and I couldnt get a store credit for $10. I used to feel special and appreciated. But now Im just embarrassed. I guess store policy is more important than me.

My first time today was ok and the clothes are REALLY nice. Im going back to shop... The staff wasnt willingly helpful and no one asked if I was ok, But I do like the store. The sales there are remarkable!

If you have the time to shop and youre a brand name shopper you can get some terrific buys here! Dont go in a hurry... but its definitely worth the time it takes to look through their clothing

Prices were great on most clothing and shoes. Prices on a few items were abnormally high. So be prepared to look closely as there are plenty of great deals to be had.

S&M has really nice designer items at very affordable prices. Plus, theres always a sale. I love their shoes and dresses.
