Searched all over for the frames I wanted. Took 2 months and visited 10 stores. Reasonable selection available, with possibly best quality. You can feel the difference. Ive been in 3 times while narrowing my choice, which came from LensCrafters. Service was friendly and helpful. Depending upon the time you go, and weather, you may have to wait until the customer ahead is done. Oh and the complaints about same day lens service are misdirected. LC does not advertise or offer that service. I was told 2 weeks. Actual time is barely more than 1 week.

I thought the employee Frunck provided wonderful customer service. I was a bit overwhelmed by so many beautiful options to choose from but once Frunck stepped in he made the experience more comfortable. He started asking me questions to get the feel of my style and once he paid attention to the style I was going for he narrowed down the search to a few great matches for me and I was able to choose a perfect fit for my face. He even showed me how to determine glasses that were a perfect fit for my face which I really appreciated. Overall my experience at lenscrafters was wonderful and I would definitely recommend and refer anyone I know to lenscrafters. 10/10 experience!

I went to LensCrafters because they were on the list of approved places to go for my insurance to cover a portion of my glasses. I believe it is quite possible to have not used the insurance elsewhere and still paid less money.

Awesome experience!! I came in today was greated by multiple people while looking at frames. Stephanie is GREAT!! She truly knows her job and her personality is great. Got a great pair of Versace frames at a great price. Can’t wait for them to come in. Highly recommend!!

After receiving my eye appointment, I was able to walk to next door and buy a pair of glasses in less than 5 minutes. Great service, very convenient would recommend.

This is my first time to get glasses. Everything went very smoothly and I will definitely recommend LensCrafters to anyone.

If I could give no stars I would. Me and my husband went in with prescription in hand and carried around a few pairs of frames we wanted. There was 1 employee who was helping another patient and she never even acknowledged us. After at least 30 minutes of her and the patient gossiping, laughing and still never being acknowledged we set down the frames and go to leave. As we leave the clerk says thank you have a good day...this was the first time we were acknowledged, as we left.

Friendly staff helped me find the glasses that fit perfectly. Only bad thing is i have to wait a week for my glasses but thats no big deal. All around great people. Thank you

The original service was good, but I was told my glasses would be ready in two days instead of the regular 1 hour and one week later, they still werent ready.

Their service is quick, friendly, and a tad bit of fun!

Worst LensCrafters I’ve ever been to!! Only 1 employee in the store. Franchise or management needs to pay attention to this store. Won’t return to this store ever!!
