I was able to get my daughter scheduled very quickly. We arrived to the appointment 10 minutes early and couldn’t find a park because their parking lot is too small. The appointment was at 3:30pm. It is now 5pm and we still have not seen the doctor. We are sitting in the waiting room watching many patients go before us. This is insane. I do not recommend this facility even though the staff is quite friendly.

Mrs. Joyce did an awesome job at scheduling me on the same day. Staff in the back was great as well! But the wait time to see the doctor was extremely long!! I checked in at 10:30an and got called back to see the doctor at 1pm. The doctor was very friendly as well. I gave them 2 stars because of the wait time.

Dr Cass has been wonderful helping my husband with his eye disease. The ladies in the office are very knowledgeable about insurance policies. The ladies helping with contact lenses were very patient. Thank you Kacie Moore for helping me find just the right frames.

Never coming back to this place.. Very unprofessional. Had my eyes examined and ordered my new lenses. They said my glasses will be in and ready at a certain date. I came in and the the glasses were not ready cause they wasnt cut and the only person that could do them was off.. So being they didnt have them ready like they said they would and nobody there to do them.. I asked for a refund. Then they told me the manager who does the refunds wasnt there today either.. and ill have to come in on a different day. Being that I work during the week I just cant keep taking days off. Ill be looking for another eye doctor today and Ill file a report to the BBB.

Could not give no stars. Ever since they were in the My Eye Doctor network it has been difficult to get appointments in a timely manor and almost impossible to order contacts. The calls were going to a main line outside of the office and was taking three days for anyone to get back with you. The person at the office gave me her personal number to order stuff since the network was not allowing them the answer calls in the office.

Went to see Dr. Cass and his staff for the first time today due to an insurance change. Kelley did my vision screening and was my first introduction to the office. What a lady! So professional and caring! Then, on to meet Dr. Cass! The day just got better! Answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable in a new place. So, Im old and need bifocals..so on to meet Shannah! So patient! She taught me how to place contacts in my eyes...old dogs can learn new tricks! And then finally to look at glasses and to check out. Another wonderful lady. I am saddened that I forgot to get her name, but she had the longest eyelashes. So pretty and very helpful. Thank you all for such an amazing visit! 5 stars!

I went here for a yearly eye exam and a new prescription and was out in under a hour. That includes the time I spent being indecisive about frames. The office was clean and cozy. The staff and the doctor were friendly and listened to all my needs. Would deffinetly recommend to friends and family

Very knowledgeable and up to date with pediatrics! Brought my 3 year old in and will be bringing my 8 month old in next month. He advised me that they do free eye exams for children under 1 if they are uninsured! Great guy!

I went there on November 22nd, the staff is amazing and very informative regarding my insurance and concerns. The Dr. was very nice too, I have been having problems driving at night and he made several suggestions that I think are really helping. Thank yall! :)

The absolute best in optometry. I have complicated eye issues from birth, but Dr. Cass and his team have given me the best experience Ive ever had. Ive never enjoyed going to the optometrist until now. No matter your need, they are the best. AND, they have a fantastic selection of glasses to choose from. Just top notch!

Great experience. My daughter had to see Dr. Cass for an eye infection last fall and for being a new patient, they were able to see her immediately and get her some relief quickly. Very satisfied with that experience. Then I saw Dr. Cass a couple weeks ago and also had a great experience. Office staff are VERY friendly, personable and professional. Even though it is not a convenience to make the drive the service makes it worth it. I will be moving my whole family to Dr. Cass as their annual eye exams come due.

If I could give this place 10 Stars, I would ! Yesterday during work I had something bothering my eye most of the day. I called the after hours emergency number and Dr. Cass answered and immediately requested to come by his office to check it out. Ms. Kathy at the front desk is amazing and sweet ! Dr Cass removed the metal out my eye and was very polite, and helpful. Thank you guys soo much! I highly recommend!

I had a prescription from my doctor and unfortunately she suggested this clinic . I called to see if they accept my insurance, the lady on the phone said they do . I go in, give them my prescription - they take one look at me and say they don’t accept the insurance after all . I call the insurance company while I’m there and the insurance lady insisted that this clinic should accept the insurance because they have before . I tell the lady at the desk what the insurance person said and to please check again. Reception lady was adamant that they don’t . I leave.Later on, bump into a neighbors relative and come to find out she’s been a customer at this clinic with the same exact insurance type .I called the clinic only to be transferred to the answering machine. I was very upset and considered pursuing legal action through a friend on that reception lady for singling me out, making me feel like I’m not welcome out of everyone . By chance someone from the insurance company personally called and suggested I go try Eyemart Express . I did and wow, what a difference their customer service is . They make you feel like they actually care, they were super helpful and I was in and out within 10 minutes .

Upon arrival greated very friendly by the staff. Dr Cass did thorough exam and explained everything that had changed. Great to have a doctor that you can put your trust in. very highy recommended

The office is beautiful and everyone is so friendly. I did not have to wait but maybe 5 to 10 minutes after I arrived for my appointment. Dr Cass is very professional and really takes time to take care of me and my family. I highly recommend this office.

My former eye doctor stopped taking our insurance. My son was out of contacts and his prescription ran out 2weeks earlier. This office got us in the day we called and was very friendly. Dr. Cass was great. We will be moving all our eye exams here as checkup time comes around.

I normally dont write reviews but I had an awesome experience here. I have Keratoconus and my previous eye doctor pretty much told me I had no options, other than wait until my vision got worse and save up for a cornea transplant as my insurance wouldnt cover any treatment. The Beaumont Family Eye Care team worked with me and provided me with hard contacts to help manage my Keratoconus and also got my insurance to cover all of it!

Went to Family Eye Care to have my eyes examined and found the whole experience pleasant. I was seen promptly,the staff was courteous and professional, and the doctor did not make me feel rushed. I would recommend Family Eye Care to anyone.

Beaumont Family Eye Care creates an environment for their guests thats reminds you that your in great hands. Their office creates an experience that is peaceful and soothing allowing you to relax and enjoy the visit. The Doctor was very good in explaining the prognosis and possible treatments necessary. I was at first very nervous because it had been many years since my last eye visit, that didnt go so well. Very poor customer service. Was not notified in advance that service was going to be refused because I shared a concern on Facebook with this office about service from a staff member. i received a text message to reschedule my sons appointment and when I called to schedule the appointment I was told service was refused. Which is okay because I was not happy with the customer service. However, it would have been nice to been told that when I visited with my other son in June and when I called in August. In my opinion refusing service is a form of retaliation because I chose to share a concern about customer service on their Facebook page. Lets be honest, you cant only share positive feedback and you should accept the negative to help your business become better. In my opinion, do not choose this office. You can find better service elsewhere.

My eye appointment was a great experience. I had an initial exam for contact lenses. I was a little apprehensive due to a bad experience I had with another Optometrist. The young lady who performed my prescreening was very friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Dr. Cass made me feel very comfortable during my examination and was always explaining what he was doing. He went over my vision problems and what lenses (Contact and Spectacle) that would best suit my needs. He also explained about the guarantee.... that if I was not satisfied, they would make it right. I would encourage family and friends to give Dr. Cass and his friendly staff a try for their next eye exam. I look forward to returning for my contact lense fitting.

Dr cass has a nice personality. he spends time with you to help you get your prescription right so that you will be able to see much better.his staff will take time to help you find the lenses that are right and perfect for you. they will do their best to answer your questions. i have been with this same clinic since 1961. they have taken really good care of me. i lived in odessa,texas for several years and drove 500 miles back here to beaumont to get my glasses.

My husband has an eye disease, so when we moved to Beaumont I was concerned about finding the right doctor to treat his condition. 3 years later and weve never had to use the emergency number thanks to Dr. Cass.

3 oclock appointment and here it is 4 now and Im still just sitting around. Took off work for this???
