My locally based co-workers had been singing praises about H-E-B plus!, and they were right to do so. I have never been to a grocery store so large, so well-stocked, and so inexpensive. The workers were frequently restocking the shelves. All of my grocery items were easy to find. I bought more than I had anticipated and yet spent less money. The checkout workers were efficient and courteous. The restrooms were clean with only a short line. Please establish an H-E-B plus! in south-central Massachusetts or northern Rhode Island so that I can shop here all the time.

Sushi rice are so overcooked they are becoming homogeneous. The rainbow roll arent proper rainbow its mostly avocado, a penny pitch move? I let the two sushi maker know they claim they will improve I will change this review if they have improved to proper standard they used to be.

Last week this HEB double charged us on pick up and we had to postpone a planed out trip for our anniversary while waiting on a refund, this week this HEB again double charged us for our pick up again, and once again I am scrambling to reschedule our wedding anniversary due to it.Stop trying to steal from us.Stop ruining our anniversary.

So many neat food choices. Homemade bread and tortillas are very tasty. Good deals on meats. Drive an hour just to shop!

HEB is always my go to store. We are in Crystal Beach for a month and I will drive to this HEB before anything closer. I love the variety of the food, and I find the prices reasonable, consistent with Walmart pricing and much cheaper than Kroger. This is our first visit to this particular HEB, but will definitely not be our last. We will do the online shopping for the majority of our items and then the day we pick it up we will buy our meat. Im kind of picky about my meat choices. Same with the fruit. The majority of the staff here were great, I did have one bad interaction with one of their curbside shoppers, but Im just letting it go is a bad day. Its hard to be a curbside shopper on a Sunday when the store is busy I can understand her frustration. I definitely recommend and will be back

Weve been loyal customers for over 7 years with this particular location but today was the worst. We always do curbside or delivery every week spending over $300 each visit. Today I forgot to add the two cases of water, I called @5pm my order is set for 7:30-8:30 delivery and was unable to add the water. I was told it needed to be 3 hours prior to deliver and although I understand that I also believe they couldve accommodated. Im not pleased with this at all

My favorite grocery store in Beaumont!!!!Clean, all products are fresh, great fruit and vegetables and of course wonderful selection of meat, vitamins,wine and Pharmacy and so much more.Love the prices and the specialty products they save me to make an online order often.Nice team of helpful employees.

Great selection, very helpful, clean, well stocked, and fast. Curb side pickup is easy and stress less. This store is my first choice. Take your time and check out the great cheese selections they have also.

The drive thru is excellent, if for some reason you cant get off, do your shopping, just make sure your vegetables are in good condition.

HEB Plus on Dowlen Rd in Beaumont Tx is amazing! I had to fix my review due to previously stating the incorrect store.... I had been to 3 different stores due to not living in Beaumont anymore,but was reminded to check there for Oxtails. Just as we thought they had them & I stocked up.

Go see Roshelda in the floral department! She got us in and out in no time. We had a last minute need for a unique balloon arrangement. No problem at all. She had us smiling before, during and out the door!

This HEB is my favorite.. wide selection of anything i person would need! The prices are fantastic!!! You surely get your monies worth! The Different Dept. Heads are always helpful and friendly. I shop in there so much, your made to think your family. Love it

I found a bug in my salad that’s supposed to be premade ready to eat I was eating it and found what looks like to be a Mosquito.

Customer service is not friendly. They make the company look bad and I love this store. Purchased some school supplies on 07/21/2021 went to return the school supplies on 07/22/2021. Good thing I did cashier Sade T. Over charged me for item I didn’t even come home with. I handed the return items to her and she still scanned the items. The cashier wasn’t even worried that I told her that I didn’t want the items and I was overcharged.

This HEB is good but I wish it had a meat market I miss getting my red snapper

It is always good to visit Beaumont. This HEB is like the candy store for adults [as all HEB Plus stores]. You can find just about anything for home, even clothes. It is clean. Staff are nice. Nice selections at reasonable prices. And the clearance was very kind.. BUT in the finalizing of the trip,, the cashier that was handling my groceries and the bag lady, do need to understand that school time for conversation and preventing customer from moving forward in line [as they entertain another until completion of their own humor] spoils moments for a Grade A. It has always been that type of behavior that reminds me that I am only visiting. Other than that, I will keep visiting and enjoying the pleasure moments towards a great experience.

AS ALWAYS HEB WAS WELL STOCKED, SO MUCH SO IT ALWAYS TAKES 2 HOURS FOR ME TO LOOK AND SHOP. STAFF IS ALWAYS HELPFUL AND THE CHECKERS FRIENDLY.

Love HEB. Would rather shop here than anywhere else. But the baggers really need to learn how to properly bag groceries. When I put my groceries on the belt at checkout, I put them how they should be bagged. (Can goods together, meat together, dry goods together ect...) But instead they bag how they want and put can goods in with my bread, vegetables in with my meat, or frozen stuff with my boxed stuff which makes the boxes soggy. Please teach them to bag!!

I rather HEB over Walmart because of the better quality and better prices. The store employees are super friendly and super helpful.

What an all in one store! The staff is helpful with a great variety of food selections.

I understand they have a job to do, but it would help if the personal shoppers who are actually doing shopping could assist when asked where an item is. I asked FOUR staff for the location of the Baking bags and not one of them knew what I was referring to and kept sending me to the wrong aisle. The FIFTH one directed me to the item by the Ziploc bags. How are you shopping in stores for customers without knowing where the merchandise is yourself? And upon arrival to checkout in the express lane, the cashier was asked how she was doing and she stated bad, these people getting on my nerves in here with ALL this shopping, they should have got they stuff before 2day. I had just finished telling my sister the young lady seemed unhappy about being at work as other lanes were moving way faster than hers and she was express. In a time when people do not have jobs, I think those that do should be grateful because its the customers right now that are ensuring they get compensation.

The whole experience is great from placing an online order for a curbside pickup. The staff is always very friendly and upbeat they do a great job as far as product selection. Highly recommended!

Ran in to grab something fast to eat that wasnt fast food . There sushi selection was awesome. They also had Turkey salad that was great.

Large store with good, fresh produce & large variety of products. I do not care for their meat. Parking is always a challenge, regardless of day or time of day you shop.

Hands down best grocery in beaumont. Gets super busy in the afternoons/early evening but thats to be expected. Theyre great about having enough checkout lines open so the population isnt really an issue.Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Dudes at the butcher block are a trip and always make me laugh.Great place.

This is the second time in two days I have received molded fruit. If the shopper would simply LOOK at the fruit instead of just throwing it in the bag, this could be avoided.

OMG my 1st time there. My daughter always goes there but i always shopped our local grocery store because its always convenient. Made a beleiver out if me i will drive the extra 30 minutes from now on. So much cheaper and better produce and meat.

We often make the long trip there for specialty items (fresh. Sushi)....and sometimes call ahead to assurw they have many trays of SPICEY TUNE my daughters favorite.

The produce and meat departments are the best. I find everything I need in this one store! They are the first to open after hurricanes,bad weather. They were the first ready for Covid with safety measures in place.

[I have to add to this review because this is getting to be regular -- the last few times we went to the College Street HEB, we have picked up something on sale (usually in produce) and when we got to the register, it didnt ring up the sale price. Not a big issue except of for the attitude of the cashiers huffing and puffing about having to go to shelf an check the price. Hey, I didnt cause the problem the item was clearly on sale. Huff and puff at the one that puts the prices in the register database. ]Being the closest grocery to our neighborhood, the College Street HEB is our go to store. It is convenient and for the most part has the quality and selections of the bigger HEB on the north side of Beaumont. But we find ourselves a couple times a month heading the big HEB because of more selections.

Awesome store if you can think of it they got it love that place.

The only thing keepingme from giving this store that I really do love so much is the incredibly slow and often broken gas pumps.

If you like your money stolen from you and being over charged through curb side delivery, then this is the place for you. I personally have seen a huge fall in service, friendliness and product availability from this place. So much so, Ive had to take my money and shopping into Sulphur, Louisiana. Its a sad day when you have to shop in ANOTHER state for groceries.

Everything is currently shaded by the global health situation.. they didnt have anyone watching for people entering without mask or improper use of one. At least 10% had no mask and it was packed. I wish Id turned around and made another choice of destinations. From now on I will, even if time is of the essence.

Grocery pick-up here is awesome. The only place use for grocery shopping.

Went there on the week the snowstorm hit us. Im thankful we were let in and then they started rushing people because they were about to close and had to get everything I needed quickly. The case is there was someone who wanted to buy and they were told by police that they were closing already. Im guessing they were running low on things because some shelves looked empty. Im glad we were able to get a few things.

Great HEB!! Good selection on just about everything. The meat is always fresh and anything on my grocery list is always available. After the initial shock of Covid, the store was quickly restocked and the employees were very patient. Checking out is a breeze and easy, every employee is usually kind and helpful. This is my go to HEB.
