Well I traveled over a 100 miles to come there as I have a vintage Monarch gas range, when I first got there I told them what I was looking for, showed them my pics of my range the lady took me in the back to view her vintages Monarchs and we ood and awed over them well then she took out her book of old Monarch ranges I asked her if I could look at it thats when it all changed! L of a sudden she holds the boobook to her chest and hugs it for dear life as if she had the holy grail, I said I not goingvto take it I wont damage it I just want to see if I could find my model and she said oh no no no! Because of covid! Ok mind you she has no mask on I dont either and we were just shoulder to shoulder in the back looking at the stoves I even opened one of the oven door s and no problem so there was hand sanitizer there I took some there now it will be fine but no no no ! Then suggested that she could open the book her self and she could show me some racks and grates oh no no I dont have time for that! Now mind you I was the only customer in there the whole time I was there so much for so highly recommended store so much for traveling over a 100 miles to come to that store and so much for customer service I guess you only get treated good if your gonna buy a new stove or fridge from them sad very sad 😥

I highly recommend Beaver Gunite Co.I have an older farm house with a stone foundation that was in need of some extensive repairs both inside and out. These guys are great. They educated me as the right way and no so right way to do a gunite job. Helped me make an informed decision.After I awarded them the work they continued to impress me with the quality of work and especially how clean they kept my barn. It was cleaner when they left than when they started.I strongly recommend them.
