I HIGHLY recommend Silica! After a couple of issues that were beyond anyones control, Silica was there to make it right, and very quickly!! They take very good care of their customers. Their sales team and technicians are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and the delivery team was very courteous and did a fantastic job. Again, I definitely recommend!

Josh and Karl did a great job of installation --efficient, knowledgeable, timely. Too bad the fridge didnt--it s temp cannot be raised above 30 degrees so crisper drawer contents freezing, along wit milk on the shelf. Parts replacements maybe in 2+ weeks? Not thrilled to have t o use the basement fridge every day. Questioning whether these expensive appliances are even tested before sale.........

We knew appliances were at a premium right now with the pandemic going on, but luckily Silica had what we needed and thanks to a sale going on we saved some money on them too. When Mark and Kevin delivered our washer and dryer they went above and beyond. They too care to keep our floors clean, made sure our units were not only level but also level to each other. They even took the time to clean out our dryer vent to the outside and gave us some pointers on keeping it clean in the future. Super easy process from start to end and very quick as well. Highly recommend.

Exactly what was expected, a stuffy, and insulting sales person!! I came to look at styles and finishes for a dishwasher, fridge, and stove and possiblypedistals . Lora was hung up on size (Id know the end of the week) and made it clear that if I wasnt buying tonight, it wasnt worth her time explaining things to me. If I looked up all the information on the internet, what would I need her for? She kept telling me I could look at the products online then come back in. Why so she can get commission for my work? No thank you!! Even if I did order it she kept telling me, it is more than likely out of stock. Even the TV we looked at, she told me they couldnt get another one, then why have it on the floor!?! Stimulate the local economy they say... customer service is worth the extra price they say... remind me again ? How much do I have to pay to get insulted?

My dryer broke down the day before I had to have a total knee replacement 10/12/20. Checked around on prices. Silica had the best price for me. It was important that they deliver, hook up & remove the old 1 for a minimal fee. My daughter took me to the Beaver Dam location (10/23/20). Awesome service From Christine Csiacsek. I was in pain & needed to take of this promptly. She set me up for delivery on 10/28/20. They called the day before & gave me a 2 hr window. 2 young men(Mitchell & Travis) were here promptly when they said. They were so polite & got down to business.. They unlocked the side basement door, hauled it in, old 1 out, hooked everything up, locked everything up for me since I was having trouble doing stairs. I am so very happy with the service I received! I will definitely check Silica out before I go any place else for my needs. I am so very VERY pleased with customer service!!

We love Silica in Beaver Dam! We have purchased several appliances over the years including a gas grill, refrigerator, deep freeze, dishwasher, microwave, among other items. They have also serviced our appliances. I also had my mother purchase all of her appliances here as well.I cannot express how amazing they are! Their prices are great - always price matched online which helps in knowing that you are getting the best deal. They are super quick to deliver (usually within days) and the delivery guys, Josh and Karl, are extremely careful, knowledgeable, and quick! I wont go anywhere else for our appliance needs. We were in a bind as I had managed to foul my old washer with gasoline. Contacted Silica on a Sunday (roughly 30 minutes before their FDL store closed) and managed to purchase our exact model again AND get it delivered by Tuesday. The delivery guys, Mark and Ben, did an excellent job. In the past I had been a big fan of Grand Appliance. While Grand is still a great place, I will be buying all my appliances from Silica from now on. Local, family owned and exceptional service.

Went into Silica tonight ready to purchase a washer and dryer set. Employees didnt even bother to get up from their chairs to give us any information about the differences between the different machines. I guess well go to Best Buy instead. 🤷‍♀️

I went in to get help replacing a part on my dishwasher. The gentleman responded by moving a phone around on the counter so Id call the service people in Fon do Lac. No Im sorry this happened or Let me help you. Just a phone. I guess he did dial for me. The part is $35 if I get it from them. Found it on Amazon for $18. Exact same part. Also when it was installed they did not secure it to the counter top. It kept tipping forward. I had to put the screw in myself. Sort of sloppy. They do have a nice showroom.lots of variety. For the service you get you may as well save some money and buy in Madison.

Silica Appliance is my favorite place to purchase any appliances. Over the years we have purchased most all appliances. They are polite, courteous and always there when I have a question. Service is also amazing. I would definitely recommend their company to anyone.

I can’t believe anyone would ever opt to buy from one of the big box joints. The folks at Silica actually KNOW appliances. They aren’t there just to take an order or win a sales contest. They always take the time to listen to our family’s needs and point us in the right direction. Once they did an internet search and found the item someplace 100.00 cheaper and they gave me that price! I didn’t ask, that’s just how they do business!So the sales process is pleasant but it even gets better when they deliver your appliance. Purchased a refrigerator from John Mueller at the Beaver Dam Location. Professional throughout the entire process. Answered all questions and let me know when the refrigerator arrived to the warehouse as well.The delivery team of Mark S. and Karl were prompt and professional. They arrived right on time. Actually a bit early because the contractor had t arrived yet and he needed to have baseboards put on walls. The politely took the refrigerator apart since it would not fit into the house without removing the doors. After this since the contractor still didn’t arrive they politely asked if I minded them going to do the next stop on their route. I said absolutely since the contractor had just arrived and they would have had to wait. When hey came back all of the base boards were installed and they installed the refrigerator and answered any questions I had. In addition to this, these fine gentlemen also made sure my laundry as well as my range were level since they were reinstalled on new floors. This was greatly appreciated and not necessary, but they did this with a smile on their face with a can do attitude. It’s nice to see this in today’s world. Far too many employees rush to hurry and get the job completed. These guys did the job right and wanted to make sure I was totally satisfied before they left my home. It’s employees like this that are invaluable to any business. I just hope guys like this receive some positive recognition as well as maybe merit increases for being as professional as they are when dealing with the general public. I’d highly recommend d Silica to anyone. And if I could request a delivery team to deliver anything, it would definitely be these two fine gentlemen. The products are fine although priced a little higher then Id expect to see. I can get over that and spend the extra money at a smaller place like Silica. However, the gentleman that helped me out we very disingenuous and phony. As soon as had a glimpse that I wasnt going to spend money there his tune changed and he started to treat me like a delinquent step child. All in all, go ahead and shop there, but beware of fake smiles and dont expect any help loading or unloading appliances.

Purchased a new fridge May 2017, now Sept 2018 and the repairman came out and said it isnt a fixable issue and time to buy a new fridge. Store will do nothing to assist us and insists that we contact the manufacturer as its two months out of warranty. Agree with previous reviewer...this time it didnt pay to shop local.Response: I had no issues with MY personal warranty company but with the dismissive service when I reached out to Silica prior to my warranty company.
