First off is do your research before going to this dealer and using their finance company! That being said if you need a vehicle and have no where else to go they can get you a vehicle, but it will not help your credit at all. I bought a vehicle from them in November of 2019 because I thought I had no where else to go. But with the finance company they use (creative finance) they only report the debt of the loan they do not report your payments at all. This will not help improve your credit score at all. I was able to buy a new vehicle yesterday from another dealership and the financing guy explained this to me.

All started off great and than a week after getting the vehicle I have had nothing put problems I had the vehicle in the shop 3 times before they would fix what was broken when they sold me the car they sold it to me with a dented rim also with out disclosing it and than said it was my fault I have replaced numerous parts which has costed me allot of money for a vehicle I haven’t even had a year and as of today my vehicle won’t even start and pretty sure my fuel pump went out I am very unhappy with my purchase and think it is very unfair to sell a vehicle that is basically a lemon knowing I’m single mother of 3 kids who needs a reliable vehicle. I got a very nice car and although the Blue Book price for a 2016 is about the same for a new one as what I paid for this one I still understand that company has to make money. Also the car is in excellent condition. It was a company owned car so I know that it should have been well maintained. I love the idea that I got the for free oil changes, Plus as long as I keep the Easton Motors sign on the back window I get half-price oil changes.

Easton Motors is way overpriced on their vehicles and completely are only out to take you for as much money as they can get. 19% interest is completely ridiculous! We rethought our decision within 4 hours of signing papers and they were unwilling to end the contract.

At first this place came highly recommended. They played games with me for over a week. They asked for proof of a legal document showing that it was being removed off my credit, after saying they didn’t care about it. I sent the proof the company said they would send the proof that it was being removed off credit report. Their legal department came back and said to say they needed proof again, but was given. The documentation I had to prove was sufficient enough from attorneys standpoint as well as the actual company. Attorney requested in writing what their justification was - they got super cocky and said they won’t discuss except with my attorney because they now realize this is a law suit that will be taking place against them. Best part of it all is on Tuesday I can buy any car off their lot outright which they fully chose to look over. I had quite a few recommendations that I originally handed out to people based on some referral thing they have. I made sure to let everyone know to go to a different place I used to buy my car today. Everything they say on their website is not factual, their cars are over priced when almost all of them have very high miles. The process is a joke, GO TO A BETTER COMPANY FOR A CAR! I wasted time on them and in a car already today and now a law suit against them. Their legal department which she said she is a paralegal pretends she is an actual attorney. Honey your not and you sound and act very uneducated, the lady who was helping with the loan process didn’t have a clue what she as doing and or could even do her job adequately. If I could give a negative rating I would. A process of well over a week was a complete joke, and the legal department maybe should get better schooling since they can’t read a leaf all document as proof. IGNORANCE- see ya in court it’s worth the money- glad I didn’t waste my cash on even buying out right got a better deal with a way better company who are educated and and not scam artists.

An amazing experience with Easton motors of Beaver Dam. Bob was exceptional when dealing with my issues. I was struggling to work out a deal with my current financing company and he helped me pay off my current loan and put me in a car I loved but also could afford. This is my 2nd purchase in 3 months from him and highly recommend him and Easton Motors. Its important to know they will only let you purchase a vehicle you can afford. They have a ton of high mile low maintenance vehicles that come with 2 year 24000 mile power train warranty. All of their vehicles come from the south and have zero rust. Yes you will more for the vehicle than if you purchased the vehicle from a regular dealership. But you really only come here if you have credit issues so you have to pay a little more to guarantee that you get a reliable vehicle. This is by far the worse car lot you ever purchase from they sold me a limited car everything was fine when I brought it of course they fix on it enough for me to say ok I’ll take it but then not even a month later my car had problems they only fix one problem under my warranty then after that they never fix anything esle this car has giving me nothing but problems since I’ve got it and nobody’s trying to do anything about it I’m jus stuck with fixing on it n payin a car note please nobody save yourself from getting played out of a Vehicle because this place will give you a bogus car

I was really happy when I purchase my car, but then I started having problems with it, I have been to the mechanic At least 6 times and wasn’t nothing good about each time, I had to pay for brakes out of pocket because the brakes were bad when they sold me the car, n I didn’t have a warrant to cover brakes and now I’ve been renting cars because I don’t feel my vehicle is reliable enough I only had my car for 7 months n i I’ve had problems since I got the car, so I’m basically stuck with a car note and alot of issues, and I have kids to take care of, I really regret going there I should of just went to a place like Kia, or a Nissan place because I feel like this place really screwed me

Dont ever buy from Easton Motors. The owner and his employees who help with this deception, are nothing but con artists. They over price vehicles, and vehicles that are junk. Put a few band aids on them, and sell them off as great vehicles. They do not give you the extra keys, or the remote entry codes, sell cars without the manuals. When they were contacted about keys and entry codes, no response. Do not ever go there.

Not a good place, stay far away.... freak show really explains it. Be careful of Shawn Feldman or Lawrence Mead. These two are the freak leaders. They try to trick you with running a finance company out of the dealership and try to rush you. They dont properly fix their vehicles and are really just concerned about money and treating Lawrence like a king. So weird.....
