Any positive reviews this place has are either bogus, bought, or by employees. Rent-a-Center (especially the one in Beaver Falls) is a joke and I would highly recommend just saving up for what you want versus going to these people. They are no better than predatory loan lenders and prey on those who are in a bad spot. Absolutely avoid if you can

I love this rent-a-center!!! The people are so nice, and friendly. The understand struggles and hardships, and will work with you if you explain you situation. I have been dealing with them almost 7 years now and i wouldnt change a thing. Keep it up guys you are all wonderful.

Helpful folk. They nicely give reminder calls should a payment slip your mind. The store hours are slightly narrower than Id like but they have a good selection with specials constantly.

Clean store. Friendly but not pushy salesmen .... Could use a female face.

Very poor customer service. Steve is extremely rude and basically wines like a baby when you try returning something. They keep making appointments to come pick up their couch but never show up. Do not recommend this place to anyone!

I Lobe this Rent A Center. Steve tries his best to help you out, but hes got a job to Do as well.. I have been renting my washer and dryer off of them for almost two yrs now. Have pd off a laptop from there and an Xbox 360. And when something has broke they were there to get it and fix it with one to lend ya till the other is fixed. I will always go through them ...

Was to deliver between 1 and 3 instead had to call around 4 got a call back around 5 saying they couldnt deliver all the items but could deliver some. They never showed up. Poor service cant even show up to their own appointments.
