Store help is very uneducated when asking about items. I asked a associate about rolls of screen he said we dont stock that its a online thing. 2 isles away there is rolls, rolls of screen. Went to the window desk asked about a screen door cover to protect the glass . Associate had no idea what I was asking. Kept on insisting Im looking for a fireplace screen cover. I walked out. I worked for the home depot years ago store #3820 Cleveland, Oh. All associates know the store, products, and took time to walk customers their needs. took time to educate on products what a step back.. more training is definitely needed here.

Not sure how to rate Home Depot... Do they usually have what I want? Yes. Is the service good? Sometimes. Could they do better? Absolutely. The prices are competitive. Its clean. I return frequently.

This store is great. Bought a walk-in shower kit had four employees helping to load it. Everyone was friendly and willing to help! I even called the store and spoke with Manager Matt. Who was just as pleasant as could be. Even before he knew why I was calling. I would suggest this store versus Lowes everyday of the week. I live in Center and will travel to Chippewa for my needs..

So I go to Home Depot to buy a zero turn mower. John Deer. Gave them a large amount on a check! And all was good. But soon later found out the Mower was Broke! Now trying to get my money back. They wanted to give me in store credit.? Like I want to spend thousands in there store. So they then said I will have to check back with them next few days. To see about my money back... Like WHAT?. I ask them the manager to give me a discount on another mower. For there is not another one like the one I was purchasing. Just even more expensive ones. Manager said NO! One would think a Manager would do whatever it took to turn this huge problem around. To make customer happy. Stay away from this store!!!!!!!!!!

I had a plumbing problem that was a blend of older and newer technology. Other places told me what I needed to do wasnt possible and I would have to update the house at great cost. One of the older employees looked at my problem and new exactly what to do. He said no one remembers how to problem solve anymore. He knew where all the parts were in different isles showed me how to do it and saved me thousands. I couldnt find jank him enough. Older people put youngins to shame sometimes.

Placed a curbside pickup order .I was sent an email that my order was ready for pickup. Proceed to the store and checked in when I arrived waited 30 minutes still no sign of my order .ask a team a team member if he could check the status of my order he comes back and statesTheyre working on my order.then why would they send that its ready ?I didnt have the the time to sit at the store for an hour and still waiting.better off to go in and do it yourself!!!lowes just gained a customer

I was recently looking for flooring at the Chippewa Home Depot and flooring specialist Don Tatasco was very helpful to me. I had a number of questions as there are many different types of laminates, vinyls, and hardwood. There are various pros and cons to each and he was well informed and patient and assisted me. I felt confident doing my business at Home Depot and was glad this gentleman and flooring specialist was working and able to advise me without pressure. He was kind and professional.

Did not have what I went there for. Self check out would not read my drivers license. Voided my card for 24 hrs.

Went here to look for a refrigerator and was shocked as to how unorganized the appliance department was! Not enough consult stations and what ones they did have were right in front of what you want to look at! Went to the one in Robinson Twp. and was hands down much better! They got our business!

Paint department was very helpful in explaining paint for vinyl shutters!

Love HD. I spend lots of money there. HD needs a WiFi that works though. I tried to connect to wifi, it still didnt work. Ppl need reception to talk on phone while shopping at HD.

Super friendly and helpful. They always have what I need for all of my projects. The gentlemen at the paint counter helped me pick out everything on my list and suggested products for me. There was a very nice young lady working in the outdoor area who was helpful and super friendly. I never feel like im interrupting the workers when I have a question and everyone knows where everything is!! Def suggest this store, and the flowers and beautiful!!!

This store has been there every step of the way for our home improvement needs and projects. I want to give a shout out the Gabe! This man helped me check out, cut the drywall and came out to me recut and load the drywall when he didnt even have to. He went above an beyond what he needed to and was very nice and professional and extremely patient with me! Give this man a raise for quality work.

Had to make a few returns. Walked into the store about 8pm. Encountered three women 1) service desk, 2) paint, 3) checkout. All three were friendly and helpful. Sometimes at the end of the day employees act like its time to go home and you are there too late. Not these ladies. You would have thought it was 10am!?! Go home depot

First time shame on you, second time shame on meSo, I was sold an LG countertop microwave, a product that was considered by the store ( obviously a brand they stand behind because they sell it), a decent microwave model: not top of the line, but okay. Still 130 dollar model. I’ve had it for little over two years-and one day it just won’t continue heating for any more than two seconds before shutting off. ( mind you, I had a GE for FIFTEEN years with no issues). Called LG- took me five times to get through to someone, finally they told me they couldn’t do anything because it’s been over a year. They gave me a number to a local technician who also verified LG has issues- but yet Home Depot continues to sell this product as a reliable one). I called Home Depot, and they gave me the same run-around story. Buy local and don’t be fooled by the promotion of fancy technology( LG never even asked for me to scan the Smartdiagnosis feature) or stainless steel facades. To say the least, I need to do a better job at doing my homework and put less trust in Home Depot’s product pushing.

Its the home depot, it smells like wood lol. Honestly, I am here way too much but its a nice store and well kept.

This was my first time in this Home Depot. I had a gift card to use so I decided to venture out for flowers to put in the little garden. The cashier/service associates were very helpful in directing me to where I needed to go for different items. I was able to achieve my goal and get everything on my list.

Came here with my husband to get some wood. Totally left him to get lost in the beautiful Christmas tree display lol employees were kind & helpful.

No-one in appliance dept for quite some time, then an employee turned up who kept contradicting himself when we asked questions. This is the norm for big box stores, unfortunately!

Found what I needed no thanks to staff. Needed a piece of plywood cut and 2 employees blew me off. Went to the customer service desk and the woman sent someone back to assist me. The young lady was very helpful. 1 out of 3 isnt bad I guess, probably not the most sound business model however.

The girls in the paint department are great (wish I could recall their names) they were able to do a successful match with a tiny broken sample that I had. Much Appreciated!It is always one of the cleanest Home Depots that I have seen. Staff is always friendly and helpful when needed (but sometimes tough to find!)Selection is always adequate. Their community events are nice, the Saturday morning kids workshops are cool too! Store is a solid business for the community.

Home Depot rarely has what contractors need on the shelves these days. Even the basics need to be ordered online. This is a real hassle when you are working on a project and run into an unforeseen problem. Its telling when you go to Home Depot for something and they no longer carry it in the store, but then are able to find it on the shelf at Walmart. This happens all the time. They have lost their focus. Also sales associates used to have knowledge of the area they work in. Now they are generally young-ish people who have limited or no knowledge of the area they work in.

This visit, I put together a set of double interior doors, and since they do not have them pre-hung, I found all the components I needed, and it came out perfectly. I like this store, they do have some knowledgeable folks, especially in paint, flooring, and doors.

We Bought a Anderson storm door there, about a month ago.. we noticed bugs entering our home through it. There is a huge gap in the top right corner, the door is a Anderson 32”/80” right hand door with retractable screen.. I called the store and spoke to Richard, he advised me to call Anderson directly..hundreds of dollars ( about $400) and not even 30 days.. Anderson offers to send me a new channel for the right side. I said that was not satisfactory because the door was sold under the name “ easy installation “.. less than 45 minutes, now if I tear apart the pre built frame to install the new part it could be then considered customer abuse, as it is not designed to be repaired at the home by a layman.. and considering I paid a premium for the “ Easy installation “ why should I now rebuild it?, I said I would either accept my money back or they could send out their installer to try and fix it, that was two weeks ago and still no answer, I sent these pictures to Anderson per there request, and yet no answer.. I checked the better business bureau and discovered Anderson is not a member in good standing...Shocked that Home Depot would sell such a lousy product for hundreds of dollars and express no interest in helping a customer with a problem. And that they would sell products that are not better business bureau accredited...I thought I could trust Home Depot, Not!!! This is still on my home and can be seen by anyone, I live on a very strict retirement pension and am physically disabled..I’m at a loss at what to do, So Friday 10/11/19 I will be calling the Attorney General consumer fraud bureau in Pittsburgh if this is not Addressed.. Rich and Home Depot and Anderson has my Phone number and I await the call. Thank you

I would like to let everyone know about my experience today at the Chippewa store.Upon arrival at the entrance, I was “told” by the employee at the door, that I MUST wear a mask if I want to go inside. To which I replied, “ medical exemption-no mask necessary.”As I walked through the front doors (maskless)... the employee said “LIAR!”Apparently, she hasn’t been made aware of the fact that I do not have to clear my medical exemption with her.My other issue is that their signage specifically states, “by ORDER of Governor Wolf, you are REQUIRED to wear a mask to enter the store!”That is NOT a true statement. Governor Wolf SUGGESTS that everyone wear a mask. He can not mandate that we must wear them.I will be taking my business elsewhere now that I have fixed my problem. Home Depot needs to RE-train their staff and verify their unconstitutional, untrue signage with their law department. Employees should not be bullying customers on their way in the door.

Checkout was easy with do it yourself. Plenty of parking. Can b a little tricky getting into lot but not bad. Great variety of items.

Wanted to buy 2 gal.of exterior block paint needed tint stood in line for over 1/2 hour while employees were being chatty Kathys instead of doing their job, two other employees were working also but appeared to be doing anything else but helping customers. Place sucks!!!

This home depot has a lot older people here then other stores Ive been in... I spend roughly 4000 a month in them, not no more, because Ive retired but this store with older workers then the stores up in the Cleveland areas an I say this because here your helped ..there you have to hunt for someone to help you ...here you dont, an they greet you with a friendly face.its nice to see that.... Im in my 60s.an at my age we sometimes need help thx H.Depot.
