Excellent customer service with quality products at a fair price. I probably could’ve found the products cheaper, but the follow up service for products I expect to last for the rest of my life and as worth a little more. Fast shipping too. Highly recommended.
Great store for hard to find & vintage toolsYou really need to look in EVERY nook & crannyor you may miss that special tool youre looking for.Bring your walking & climbing shoes for youre sure to get a workout.
Fred is awesome. Everyone who works there is very nice. Magic Mike can fix any small engine.
You can get any kind of used tool here. The place is old four(4) stories of history and old tools. The building has to be over 100 years old, with some of the original dirt still there. The bathroom fixtures are original as is most of the interior of the building. If you love old buildings as I do,, you can take your time and see the care and detail the old craftsmanship an used to put into their work. Oh yes there are hordes of tools on every floor, so you have to take your time and be careful. If you are looking for a specific tool or type of tool, i t is best to call ahead. The staff knows every tool and product in the house, and they have spent more time learning their inventory than studying sales relations. Still, if you want a good deal on used tools of all kinds, this place is a bonified treasure in Beaver County.
Its the only business in Beaver Falls left thats worth still going to patronize. Theyre a bunch of great old men always willing to show you were your next treasure is hidden!
My old but wonderful 1985 band saw broke on a Thursday evening at about 11pm. Not good.... I use it everyday in our business, especially during the Christmas season, and love to use older refurbished tools. I purposely seek out older woodworking tools, like table saws, planes and band saws, since many of them are better than the new junk on the market. I typically buy them broken, and refurbish them myself. On this day, I could not find parts for it anywhere, and I really mean that. But then I found Hamilton Tool & Supply Co online, and called them on Friday morning. They answered the phone in person (so refreshing), and talked with Phil. I simply said my old 14 Buffalo band saw had a broken blade guide, and he immediately responded with the exact model number, before I could even give it to him. He asked me which type of replacement part I wanted, the standard or the upgraded roller bearing type. Phil had me on the right track in about 1 minute! How often does that happen today? I asked about shipping options, since I live in Missouri, and needed it ASAP! He quoted me the USPS Priority Mail Express price (with no upcharge), and I said I was going to check a few more places locally before I bought it. Phil professionally said good luck with that, which struck me as a clue from a seasoned veteran of the parts business that my ongoing search was going to bomb. It did....I called back an hour later, said he was right, and paid for the part and shipping. He said it likely would arrive on Monday, but it was possible to get it Sunday. It did arrive on Sunday afternoon, and I was operational again. This company is great and it was such a pleasure to work with them on a solution, the correct solution, and an incredibly efficient experience from start to finish. The part they sent was superior to the one in my machine, and Hamilton Tool & Supply Co is now on my speed dial for any parts I need in the future. I have many older tools in my woodworking shop, so I almost look forward to the next time I need something (crazy, right...?). I only wish they werent half way across the country, so I could meet them in person and shop for another cool old tool at their store. Thanks again Phil, youre great!Ben Mudd - DebbenFarm and Grace Renovations, LLC
Ive been coming here since I was a kid, and every time the inventory has something new. Its higher quality and lower priced than anything youll find at big box stores
Fixed our lawn mower and the cheapest price around, does great work! Great store...every type of tool you could need and very reasonable prices. Our new go to for equipment.
They are tuff but fair. This place is amazing a literal Disney world for tools. They got rare stuff Ive never seen before.
Awesome place. Owners are very knowledgeable and friendly. If you need a tool, they have it, and it is probably a better quality tool than the new stuff you can buy.
Amazing place with nearly every tool, part, and accessory you could need for any tools!
It be nice to let us know when there closed on Saturday instead of waisting my time
Their the perfect example why I do it, and encourage, buy and support the small business. I was in need of wood to be cut for project, and the shop, got done and some extra work. When I called and asked for help and cost, the owner just said were neighbors, well help. His son did 1st rate job. Will be my 1st stop shop for any DIY project!, thanks for making my day, Gwyn Johnston
Amazing one of a kind place full of every type of tool you could imagine. Rooms and rooms full of tools and all Kinds of stuff. Everything from power drills to local road signs. Literally no way to see everything this place has in 1 (or 10) trips. Essentially a variety store focused on tools meets a used tool flea market, and much more!
Awesome place. If you need something they most likely have it! 4 stories of tools in the main building, and a large industrial warehouse full of the big equipment!! They buy, sell, and rent. Very knowledgeable and will work with you to make whatever project you are working on easier!
Sells junk for $5 less than brand new.No warranty. No returns.
If youre looking for a tool second hand this is a good first stop. The Hamilton brothers are very knowledgeable on tools. Love this place!
This place has Everything!.. And usually a pile of each thing so you get your choice. It truly is amazing that theyve amassed so much stuff. The prices are decent but not cheap. Its not well organized or well lit and the place has an uncountable number of tripping hazards around every turn. Expect to spend a good 3 hours if you want to look at everything. .. it really makes for a fun way to spend the afternoonThey are Shop Fox reseller and have their own line of woodworking power tools. The prices arent fantastic but if you need a local supplier for heavy tools then theyre perfect. They have a second building a few blocks away thats filled with used power tools that are too large to fit in the regular store.
Employees were very helpful and professional. They even showed me how to properly use the products I purchased. Definitely will be a returning customer.
This is a real treasure trove of oddements. Its just like your crazy grandfathers basement full of slightly rusty old tools and weird electric moters; only fifty times bigger. With some help from the staff and a bit of imagination you should find something that fits your need.
If you are working in any type of mechanical area from remodelling homes to bridge building or even auto repair and you need a tool, they have it. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that know exactly where anything you need is located. You can spend hours going thru the building looking at tools. Reccomended by me.
Very good people that dont b.s you! Very pleasant to talk and very helpful
If you need a tool they have it .. if they dont have it, it doesnt exist. Old tools new tools wood working automotive and landscaping
I know the owners dealership go with whatever they sell their quality is our good
Best used tool place ever to exist, i always find just what i need and the people are all nice and respectful, anything from a chainsaw to a shopvac or an old craftsman table saw to no name brand tools lomg outta date if you like older tools then this is the tool shop for you.
Had purchased an Accura shaper fence from them on eBay. Price was neither high or low. I live on the other side of the state, so when I found myself 20:minutes away, figured Id take a look. First, the owner and staff are very nice. Someone else mentioned the amass of tools. It can be a bit overwhelming depending on who you are. Not sure how things are categorized, not 100% they know where everything is. Would I have liked to spend money there? Yes. But as someone else said, I didnt find any deals. Some hard to find items? Absolutely! Need a ridiculously sized open end wrench or socket ... look no further. A reviewer said theyd perhaps make a deal if you made an offer. I may have explored that if I had read the review prior. But I didnt feel like lugging something from Floor #3 or 4, them take my offer as an insult. Someone said you could spend 3hrs there. Maybe ... but I couldnt. I tried to check out the 30k SF warehouse, but it was closed. My final summation: Worth the visit? Yes. Pricing? Not great. Hes got a boat load of stuff to sell. Some (much) of it will sit until theres little to no value to it. Will I keep watching them on eBay? Yes. Would I return? Yes... and better prepared.
This place has everything. I highly recommended visiting Hamilton Tool & Supply.
Great place buy & sell tools. They will barter prices
You cant just walk through this place, most tools are used, take cash and work a deal!
Great. Place. To shop
Big selection of tools of all kinds new and used
Nice helpful staff but I sadly wasted a bunch of fuel and my time because I was mislead to believe they are selling a 48in tool box when it was only 41in at a pretty high price for that size.
Great tool store!
Ive could have spent all day in there lots and lots of tools everywhere
Amazing!
Low pay for tools, resale price is high.
You need it.... they have it!!
Everything under the sun tool wise!
