Bath and Body Works is amazing. Great customer service. Youre greeted upon arrival. Staff are available to answer your questions. Plus the day that I was there, they had a wonderful 50% off sale on select items and foaming hand soaps for only $3! Whats not to love about Bath and Body Works 😌

I attempted to go into the Fairfield mall locations with my 2 year old, 3 year old, 8 year old, and 12 year old when I was just inside the store. The young lady at the other end of the store told me that I could come in but would have to leave some of the kids out waiting in the mall while I was looking in the store. I said “excuse me, you want me to leave my small children in the mall while I look in the store?” She told me “yes, only two of you can go in.” I get having a certain amount of people in the store at one time but to have the Audacity to tell me to leave my small kids in the mall by themselves just so I can look in the store! I’m sorry but your merchandise isn’t worth me leaving my kids so I can decide if there is something I want to purchase or not! I was so irritated that she even thought that was acceptable! If I was unable to enter with my kids then by all means, but for her to expect me to leave my kids unattended in the mall! Do better Bath & Body Works!!!!!

The ladies working always are friendly. They showed me all the new scents and gave me some personal recommendations. I did not leave empty handed lol

Love this store. Its just so much stuff that it becomes overwhelming. I spend a lot of money in this store, but I love their products. They have products for women, men and unisex. Its a one stop gift shop for me.

Went in today to shop. Bought bath care products to get the buy 3, get two free. Cashier failed to tell me that Aromatherapy products did not apply, even though I asked why my total was more than expected. My advice, ask what is on sale because they have it posted by items that arent even on that sale. Worst experience out of all Bath & Bodies I have shopped at.

I am so sad. This was a favorite store. I went to get some Marshmallow Fire lotion as someone at work shared it with me. You can only buy it as a candle or as a refillable air freshener. More of those two categories less of lotions. Whats up with that?!

Lovely employees. Showed my kid lots of new fragrances!

They insured social distancing and limited the number of customers inside the store at a time. They even encouraged the use of hand sanitizer provided by them prior to entering.

The staff helped us find a specific item Eve though they were busy and that made our shopping experience great. Check out was quick and easy, the coupons and discounts made for an inexpensive trip.

I love this store. 😆 They always have the items Im looking for in stock. The displays are set up nicely with the sale signs close by showing the savings. Ive found each employee to be helpful and knowledgeable or directed me to someone who would know. The products make great gifts when. I bundle them together in a gift basket or some things by themselves. I love that there is testers for trying something before you buy it. Just a really nice place to shop.

Nice place with OK prices. Good staff. Very helpful. Could be better stocked as needed eucalyptus bath salt which ran out before the eucalyptus oil Id previously bought with it to match. Had to get lavendar instead causing a potential mismatch.

Great products but you should use their reward system and buy items on sale otherwise very high prices

Giving 4 stars because I was able to find what I went in for but not too happy about not being able to use my rewards app. I have 3 rewards that I cant use in the store when I want just a couple things. I know I can use them online but when you just want a couple things its not worth the shipping costs..

Prepare for the obligatory assault on your nose! They do have a variety of good scents, and most of the time there are some good deals. Beware of the scent overload when going in though, your nose will be worn out after this store.

The sales associates are wonderful but two are lack luster. I enjoy the store especially for sales. The company as a whole isnt what it use to be sadly though.
