Just read the comment before.I am adding to this review to be fair, I did not call the owner as he has requested in his comment, but the dealership fixed the issue the second time I was there. I appreciate the work when it is done right. Service was good. It was a warranty job since the SUV is less than 3 years old. I am changing the overall rating to 4 stars as the average rating for both visits. I am looking for 5 starts job next time I viset this dealership.

This dealership blew away all other dealership experiences I’ve had. I worked with Simon to find the truck I wanted. Great guy who hunted down answers to all my questions I had beyond what most people would probably ask.The whole dealership was relaxed, easy to talk to, and made buying my new truck a great experience.Once I got my truck home, it was discovered there was a manufacturing issue with it (not the dealership’s fault, they aren’t running the assembly line). I brought the truck back within 48 hours of buying it, and they let me go home while they took care of everything without me having to sit around and waste my time.When it everything was fixed and ready, I came back, they were as friendly as ever, and I even got a chance to sit and chat with Peter (the sales manager) about life in general - our careers, family, etc.And this isn’t to forget about Wade either who was working hard helping me out, and even making sure my new truck got topped off with fuel.All of these people deserve kudos for their work and friendliness that made the car buying process enjoyable.It wasn’t just a buying experience, but a time to get to know some cool people that I will continue to say hi to every time I bring my vehicle in for its regular service.

Made a trip out to Beaverton Nissan today (10/11/2021) to see a specific car (Alfa Romeo Giulia), which is used and under $30k. I get there and a someone who works there (was never made clear if it was in fact a salesperson) came out and asked if he could help me. I asked to test drive the car and he went in to ask his manager for the keys. He came back out and said the manager didnt want anyone test driving the car unless they were ready to buy today because they didnt want to rack up the miles (eye roll). What do you think the point of test driving a car is? I wanted to know if I should even consider it an option but its clear that customer service isnt the top concern at this dealership. Mind you the car is under $30k and was not in the best condition, certainly not one Id buy it in. You lost my business in five minutes and a quick drive over to Beaverton Infiniti solidified that they will very likely be gaining mine. They had a very similar car available, a salesperson there took a picture of my license and got the keys, I was test driving the vehicle within five minutes. Its nice to know that there are still dealerships that want to sell cars around here. The salesperson after hearing about my interaction at Beaverton Nissan went to great lengths to tell me they are not connected with that dealership in any way and that I could test drive ANY car they had on the lot.

Came in for an oil change and was told it would be an hour or so. we walked to a nearby restaurant to get some lunch and were called to let us know our oil was changed and they also washed our car. The actual time to get it done was about half of what we were told it would take. very good service, thank you.

TJ showed us both vehicles, answered our questions knowledgably, and we went through the car buying process smoothly without any sales pressure. Edwin helped us understand the additional dealer options, and did not pressure us when we turned them down. Very friendly staff. The process of buying a car does take time, but we did not feel the staff used any time-stalling tactics. Pleased with our purchase, and would recommend them to others.

I just traded in my car here. Maureen helped us find the right car for us and couldn’t have been more wonderful to work with. Though they were short staffed on the holiday weekend, Maureen made sure to find all the available options for us, listened to what our wants and needs were, and was not pushy to make a sale. It really was a case of find something perfect and let’s make it work. 5 stars for her alone! The other staff members were great too, making sure we got what we needed and again, no push to upsell what was not requested or needed. Very pleased with the interactions and our purchase! I am going to be honest that I have never had the best experience with car dealerships in the past, but Beaverton Nissan has completely flipped that for me and I couldnt be happier with the whole process of purchasing my new Sentra. First of all, I felt respected the minute I walked through the door, and Simon, our salesperson, was wonderful from the beginning to closing the deal. When I drove off the lot, I realized that the Ally interior and exterior protection had not been applied as I was originally told and paid for, but as soon as I emailed our financer, Edwin, about it, the deal was fixed right away. I would have been fine with just having the charge for that protection taken off and not having it applied, but the cherry on top is that I will be getting it for free! I truly appreciate the transparency of this dealer and the fact that they were willing to work with me to make things fit my needs. I will definitely recommend Beaverton Nissan to my friends and family who are in the market to purchase a new vehicle.

I have been servicing my car here for nearly 4 years and now its the time to stop visiting anymore. I could feel the lack of quality in customer service during my last couple of visits. I had to wait unattended to get done the cars recall work for a long time (nearly as double as what they promised). Finally I went to the counter after seeing the car was already out and parked for some time. I requested a multipoint inspection along with it as I was expecting some routine works needed on the vehicle, but I didnt hear from them during my waiting period and finally they stapled multipoint inspection results at the counter expecting me to drive in another day as they couldnt do it and made me wait for a prolonged time for a single recall work. Usually they give a short briefing after multipoint inspection and never caused too much delays, however that kind of professionalism couldnt be seen for my last couple of visits.

Salesman was nice to work with but the check engine light went off less than 3 weeks after purchasing a vehicle from these guys. Had really high hopes after reading reviews. Payed full asking price plus repairs after buying a car with warning lights coming on right after purchase. Plan on paying for repairs if you are hoping to buy a used car. Definitely would have made a different choice if I could do it again. Just money down the drain. 😐

I just wanted to test drive a car and it was a good experience at first. But then when I was trying to get an appraisal for my trade in, the guy wanted me to sign some papers to verify my information for their system. However the the fine print said it was an application for credit. I told him I didnt want to apply for credit and he verbally told me they wouldnt run it, but when I refused to sign the papers he got upset and claimed he was an honest person. Took an hour and a half which was way too long.

They seemed to not want to work on my car. I inquired about the cost of installation for a hitch, and was told ‘with parts and installation it will probably cost about $900’. Well I already got a quote on the part for $250. So you’re telling me it’s going to cost $650 for labor? No thanks. Just because I’m female, doesn’t mean I haven’t done my research. The time to install a hitch is 25 minutes. Thanks to their response, I will be buying and installing my own. I thought it would be a good idea to install OEM for resale value. But not if the service is like that. I asked for the installation price, not the part price. FYI I had to call parts and service department separately to get a quote for each. Service department didn’t want to deal with me after learning my SUV is hybrid. It is able to tow 3500 pounds and has wiring pre-installed. Why would you say it’s not supposed to tow?!

I called the dealership to ask about a lease deal on a new Leaf. I spoke with Rob and he said there were several showing in stock that met the requirements of the lease. I told him that we would be in later that day to have a look. He called me back within a few minutes saying he went to check on the physical availability of the vehicles that met the lease deal and said those were showing in inventory in the system but werent actually there. He further advised there was one available that he could possibly get close to the same lease deal - it was a step up in features. He called to tell me this to be transparent and to keep me from driving there just to find out the exact cars that met the lease deal were not available. I REALLY appreciated the transparency and he created a level of trust from the beginning (just over the phone). This is key to me because I have dealt with some shady car salespeople in the past.Additionally, there was no haggling back and forth on price. I told him what I would be comfortable with (I was reasonable) and he made it happen with his sales manager. I didnt have to go into the Finance office for additional sales efforts. It was fantastic!To summarize, it was one of the best car buying experiences Ive ever had. Thanks to Rob!

I bought my first convertible here at this dealership back in November of 2009. The staff was so-so, but the car salesmen was wonderful to work with. The overall deal was good, but they argued with me on the financing and warranty details even though my credit was good. The car is excellent! and I bought it with 84k miles. The car currently has over 138k miles on it and the only issue I encountered was that I needed to replace the drivers side power window motor. I have driven all over the west coast in my 2004 350z roadster when I owned it. Check out the pictures

A weeks we went for an oil change and tire pressure check. When we left the workshop once the work was done the tire pressure should low compared to the report where it mentioned they had topped it to 35. Had to go back to the workshop and have them top it off. Since then the pressure is good. This has happened twice now. Also the Multipoint inspection shows the coolant levels as good. But the Coolant level is below min.. I am not sure if they even do an oil and filter change. Lost trust with these guys..

Be very weary about buying here. Majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful but when getting to finance it will be another story. After going through the information about warranties and trying to scare us into getting it, I asked if they are even confident in the cars they sell. He said if something happens to it the next day they wouldn’t help and it’s not their problem. Well low and behold 3 weeks later it’s in the shop with a check engine light. I tried to reach out but did not receive any help. When you spend over 21000 for a car that has 37000 miles you expect it to run with out problems for a while. Just want everyone to think twice about their inventory.

These dudes are incredible! I used to go to jiffy lube but after bringing my truck here I feel so much better. I know they did a true inspection because they didnt recommend anything be done (and thats what I was expecting) but the next person had a few things they recommended be done. I got an oil change and tire rotation and they do a complimentary multi inspection that was crazy cool, way more than jiffy lube. So worth the extra 15 bucks I usually pay about 45 at jiffy with a tire rotation, it was 70 here but I had a 10 dollar coupon they send every couple months in the mail. They even vacuumed and sprayed a disinfectant. They have a premium coffee machine that I doubled up on, entire service took about 45 minutes and the checkout people were really friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Just an overall great experience, God bless it!

Once I was ready to get my new Leaf, Wade made sure my financing was all set up before I arrived so I didnt have to wait around the dealership. Ivan quoted me the exact cost of the repair. Problem solved. I was surprised that my 1997 Nissan, with 251,000mls, has power steering lines that could not be serviced at Beaverton Nissan . Well I leased a Nissan Altima from them. The car is very reliable and runs well but I definitely do not drive it very much.I would say from a communication standpoint they are very solid. I get text messages when my next service is due and scheduling is not very problematic. They have wifi, snacks, and a television. It is a decent waiting area. Overall I am happy with the service they have provided.

This is the first time I have ever wanted to write a review for a car dealer. The sales team here is great and their finance manager is the only one I ever want to work with again. In our future car buying experiences, I will seek him out on LinkedIn and go to whatever dealership he is working with.George Chung in Sales was incredibly helpful by sending us additional pictures of our vehicle via text and setting up our appointment. We had to cancel twice and each time he was very nice and didnt put any pressure on us to get there asap. He was not in until later on the day when we came to see the vehicle so he set us up with another sales associate.Peter Bonebreak and Lisa Stone were the two Sales associates we worked with when we came to the vehicle. They were very easy to work with and it was the least stressful car buying experience my fiance or I have ever had. We were able to take the vehicle to an outside inspection the same day and as we anticipated it had no issues identified.Edwin Siemions is the kindest and easiest finance manager that we have had the pleasure of working with. He continued to work on our financing for 3 additional days even though the deal was already signed. He got us the best interest rate we have ever had along with getting the GAP Insurance and Warranty we really wanted included. I was traveling through Portland when I realized my Nissan van was due for its first oil change at 5000 miles. I called the local dealership but they said that this one was the only one that had a lift that would handle my high roof van. I got there at 11 a.m. for a oil change and tire rotation, they got me out of there in less than 2 hours which made me very happy because I was on vacation and just wanted to get to my next destination. Wade Lanagan is simply outstanding. I worked with him to try to buy a Pathfinder. Because of a colossal misunderstanding by me about some of the options on the car, and through no real fault of Wades, the deal wound up not happening at the last minute. But Wade was an absolute gentleman throughout the entire process.He is a man of unquestionable integrity and is dedicated to customer service. I had a great experience buying my first NEW car here!! I have gone through 3 used cars bought from various lots in Portland, in the last 3 years. All cars ended up dying on me or having major issues. I decided to check out a legit dealership and to my surprise, I was approved for a brand NEW car!! Paul helped me with the application process and was very honest about what I could get approved for due to my credit, being a first time buyer, my job history, down payment, etc. Joel was my financial advisor and he helped get me approved through a lender. Both men were very honest and upfront with costs and the whole process. I originally went in to look at the Nissan Leaf but left with the Nissan Versa and I couldnt be happier. I LOVE my new car!!! 😊

Tj in the service department was awesome at listing out the needs of my vehicle- what was important to get done right away and what could easily wait. He also helped me try to get things fixed on my vehicle that unfortunately the manufacturer no longer creates the parts for- but his efforts of trying to find something to help with those specific parts were awesome. Given all the craziness of COVID I’m so grateful you guys were open and so expedient in fixing my Quest and returning it to me. Thank you very much for the professional service and the awesome job!!! One of the factors that led me to purchase my Nissan rogue was the service I received consistently with my previous car, a Nissan Maxima. I have complete confidence in Ivan and the other technicians. The support staff are friendly and professional as well.Update: I dont often write reviews, but I felt compelled to compliment Carr Nissan several months ago after yet another great experience with their service department. Little did I know, that I would soon be in the market for a new car. I was recently rear-ended by a speeding motorist and my Rogue was destroyed. The air bags and curtain deployed and the Rogue absorbed the force, crumpling in ways the engineers no doubt designed it to. I have whiplash and a few other injuries, but was able to walk away from the accident.I am amazed at the safety provided by this car, so naturally I started looking for another Rogue within a week. I tend to do a lot of research, so I looked at ads from a variety of sources, including private sales, listing services, and other dealerships. Carr Nissan had the best variety to choose from and had competitive prices. I met with Nick Griffin and immediately knew he would work with me to negotiate a fair transaction. Nick has a calm demeanor yet is attentive and engaged. He is intelligent, personable and funny. He clearly loves cars and shared information about the Rogue I drove for a year and still hadnt learned. The negotiations he had with management were reasonably quick, and Nick handled all the paperwork smoothly. There is no closer at Carr Nissan, where you get beat up by a manager at the very end; Nick handled things from start to finish. He even coordinated the return of my rental car. I really enjoyed my experience buying a car from Nick, though I hope I am not in the market for another car for a few years at least! I will be back in a couple of months for regular servicing with Ivan of course. Ill certainly walk over to the sales department to say hi to Nick and to sit in the new Z car for a few minutes!I will include a photo. Please bear in mind that this was a rather dramatic impact from behind and despite the damage, the passenger compartment was intact and I am alive to tell the tale.

He also went to bat for me to get the financing that worked for me. Since you are on the lot for a good portion of your day, they have a snack machine and great free coffee varieties (its the little things) :-)

Absolutely positive experience: they stayed in touch with me for well over half a year while I was looking for the right trim and color combinations on Nissan Armada all over the west coast, then brought the car next day from 120 miles away and gave me a lower price than the original dealership the car came from (and that dealership was already offering an $8000 discount). No one ever forced me to buy anything extra that I didnt want or need, and everyone tried to look at the deal from my point of view and offer what would be the most beneficial. I had the absolute best experience working with Robert Scott buying a Nissan Rogue Sport. I was dreading shopping for a new car because I anticipated I would have to interact with a pushy sales person. I never once felt pressured during the process. He made everything incredibly easy. He was up front and honest in his communication. He was very available via text to answer all of my additional questions. He was patient with my parents and all of their questions as well. Excellent customer service. A very relaxed experience. Highly recommend!

I have both purchased and had multiple vehicles serviced at this dealership over the years. Service and past experiences here have been very good. At my last scheduled service things appeared hectic and unorganized. Granted it was very busy. I elected to wait while my car was there for its 15,000 mile service. I noted that my car had been brought out and parked after approximately 1 hour. I assumed it was finished and somebody would come and go over what was done and if there were any issues noted as they have in the past. After waiting an additional 30 min with no word on the status of my vehicle, I approached the cashier and asked about the status of my vehicle. Several minuets after that the technician came out and handed me my keys stating he would email the information from my visit. He appeared very rushed. Noting how busy things appeared I was ok with this even though paperwork going over the inspection, services completed and future recommended services is usually given to me after having my vehicle serviced. I never did get an email about what was done. I did get an email several days later about deferred services air filter which I was a little confused by as I have a maintenance / service plan that I purchased with the car and all scheduled maintenance is to be covered . I responded to that email about the deferred services and asked for for the paperwork from my visit to be mailed to me. I have yet to hear back either by phone, email, or regular mail. I still do not know all that was done to my car at my last visit and if all the services that were scheduled to be performed were completed. As all my previous experiences here have been good to very good I still plan to return here for future service and will write this up to a one off or a bad day. I still would like the paperwork from this visit mailed to me as I keep it for my records.

Everyone was very friendly. However, a recommendation for service was made that was inappropriate. I purchased tires less than three weeks prior, and the technician told me to keep an eye on the tires because the tread is starting to wear out. That was obviously untrue, as I dont drive that much, and the tires were brand new. It starts to make me question the integrity of the technicians I work with in the future. People fear being taken advantage of in car repair shops, and these kinds of situations illustrate why that is the case.

Felt like a number they were just trying to get through. They were trying to give estimates for things before they had even looked at the car. I mentioned a clicking noise that it made while braking and they never said anything about it when they called or upon pickup and the clicking noise is still there. It seemed like they wanted to go down their checklist, offer me everything they possibly could to get as much money as possible, then get me out the door as quickly as possible. I will make more of an effort to find another mechanic in the future. I will not be back.

Great service as always, the team always takes the extra step. They took care of me quickly, despite not having an appointment and being rather busy. They were also as careful as they could be, all wearing masks and practicing social distancing. The waiting area, unfortunately was full of customers not taking any precautions, so the more careful people waited outside, but that was not your fault, it was just a lot of customers actively ignoring your comprehensive signage.
