There website was and still might be for weeks for revamping it said. I went elsewhere. But good store to go to in person.

Great service and reasonable pricing

I restore old Volvos and finding parts can be difficult. Luckily theres Baxters and amazing associates like Alex who will go above and beyond to help his customers. I have had some less than ideal interactions with some parts guys but he is top notch!

I came in looking for a certain 3in exhaust gasket for my car. Due to my car being modified I didnt have an exact part number nor could the elderly lady look it up in their database. After the brief discussion we had about said part she replies and I quote yeah Im not going back there to dig through gaskets to find it ... Id like to think shes getting paid there and therefore she should do her job as a parts counter service person and look for the part. But no. She decided she wanted to be lazy and not do her job. Everyone else there is great but if I managed Baxters I would not wanna pay people to sit around and do nothing to collect a pay check... Horrible service and a terrible choice to hire that lady and keep her employed

I manage the Jiffy Lube a couple of blocks away, and having been in this business for over 6 years now, Ive ordered a lot of parts. Ive also switched shops quite a few times, switching part suppliers. Ive worked with a lot of Baxters competitors over the years, and completely honestly, this Baxters location is the best experience in part ordering and accuracy Ive ever dealt with. Jason, specifically, has been an absolute delight to work with and has never let me down. The crew here does their job wonderfully, and far exceeds expectations when it comes to friendliness and thoughtfulness.Oh, and Jason deserves a raise!-Aaron

Terrible Customer Service and no parts delivered: Now I understand why in the last 2 months I came in into this store about 7-8 times and there were NO customers at all. Their service and professionalism is horrible. They place orders but parts dont arrive and they dont care. They dont notify a customer that they cant get the parts, weeks after the order should have been delivered, they dont even know what supplier supposed to deliver the parts. Jason, the assistant there, is very indifferent and lazy. Doesnt want to help, doesnt communicate with a customer, and lies to the customer that he doesnt know other auto stores just down the street. Ill not shop there any more.

I like this place but selection was unfortunately lack... i felt like autozone has more stuff, almost. I was looking for more specialty stuff, which I know I can get online. But with the pandemic, I like to support local stores.Although they didnt have what I needed, they were friendly and were trying to help. They looked up catalogs, made phone calls, juat didnt have what I needed, even as special order.Will be back for other stuff in the future and hopefully theyll have what I need then.

Waiting on the phone for 30 minutes would be less aggravating if they had a decent webpage...it is awful!! Off to Autozone...

Awesome service. I was frustrated over my clutch and thought it would be about a month out and it managed to show up less than a week later. Even saved close to $80 based on prices Id gotten other places.

These guys rock! Every-time Ive gone in here the guys that help me have been the best. The location on Cedar hills is a little was from my house but its worth it to get great service.

Great customer service! Its the rainy season. I really needed a replacement for one of the windshield wiper blades. I walked in, they greeted me and asked how they can help, I told them what my car needed. One of the guys checked on the computer for my cars wiper size/model that I needed. He found it, grabbed it for me and also offered to help me to put it on the car. I was so happy because I was going to google YouTube and learn how to change a CR-Vs windshield wiper. I was SO relieved! I was in and out the store within 5 minutes. Its my first time to the store. I was very impressed with their customer service. Great people!

Good place to get your auto parts. The also are able to get you good aftermarket stuff from big names like AEM, Vibrant Performance and ARP just to mame a few. Good to know if youre trying to finish a project or prefer to get quality parts locally and faster than snail mail without having to pay for shipping.

I had been looking around for a set of replacement driving lights (like fog lights, but designed instead to be used for extra visibility on dark roads etc, but not in fog) and had found a pair that would work perfectly with my car. (Hella Optilux 2500 Angel Eyes - theyre awesome lights, check them out!) I happened to be near the store and stopped in to check them out, but not really with the intention to purchase them there because I thought I could find a better deal online. Sure enough, I found them at a slightly higher price than I had seen online, but when I mentioned that to the clerk, he used a computer to search for prices online and actually found and matched a price slightly LOWER than the one I had seen earlier. I was very impressed and happy to be able to install the lights immediately.

This company is going down hill fast. the employees have no work ethic and the company website is trash. cant even pull a starter up with out major headaches. its 2019 update your website and search settings.

Machine was down when I went there and they wouldnt take cards. I didnt have cash and they didnt let me walk away with a free part. I would have given them 5 stars if they did. This baxters is fairly small compared to other stores.

Sat on hold for 10 minutes. I figured they forgot about me. I hung up and called back and the operator said they only had 2 people there that day (a Saturday afternoon! Come on!) and it would be a while before anyone would be able to help me. Its funny. Napa answered their phone first ring and helped me right away. So if you want good service, I recommend NAPA in Beaverton - not these guys. They obviously dont have their act together.

When I told the clerk the directions in my car manual for changing the headlight bulb Id just bought were not very helpful, he came outside and replaced the bulb for me himself. Took him all of 2 min. Customer service at its best!
