I am grateful to get invitation from a friend to Nike Company Store with discount for up to 40%. The store are huge but 1/2 are filled with shoes at full price.Important read before going1. The pass for friends and family are only valid for single entry only and if you coming with other adults other than spouse, they will need separate invitation.2. You cannot leave the store and enter again with the same invitation pass so make sure to get everything like wallet or cell phone before you checked in.I was expecting it to be larger store like REI and Decathlon but it is small and limited selections. I could get some of them items cheaper online when Nike have 50% sales for members.Overall, it was a good experience and I get some good deals and you paying no sales tax in Oregon 😁.

I was able to get into the company store thanks to a friend. The staff here was so helpful. They had a great selection of shoes and clothes and I walked away with a lot of things. It was a great experience.

Selection for men is 10x better than women. Two non-tights workout shorts (one being hot pink ruffles), zero trail/running shorts or shirts/tanks, one tennis dress without the matching shorts, one tennis skirt that doesn’t have a place to hold tennis balls. A lot of tights, bras with more style than function, and cropped shirts. Men had multiple styles of trail/running shorts and shirts in many color options. Same for tennis.

My friend was kind enough to give me a pass. A wonderful place! The customer service was above and beyond. Special shout out to Miguel who was so helpful and knowledgeable. He found me the perfect fit with Zoom x Invincible!! Love them!! They are like walking on clouds!! Also thank you to Kyle,Spencer, Andrew B and Joel(who had a great sense of humor),they were a great help as well.We did end up spending two and a half hours there. So fun!!

If you can get a pass and head in, the deals seem good compared to retail. Lots of clothing and shoe options, though expect somewhat seasonal offerings for shoes. For instance, no Converse were available. Store employee said Converse come and go.

The customer service was great and honestly the whole place was amazing. It was a great experience. I went to the fitting room many times. For the amount of times I was in the fitting rooms, the employees were still very kind and did not seem annoyed. I really appreciated that.

I had never been here before. It was a kind gesture of a close friend who registered me as a guest for the day. I was a bit overwhelmed, mostly because I have not gone to a store to shop in a long time. Found what I needed after some time. The employees were all very friendly and available to help. Easy checkout, and overall a good experience. The parking lot was a bit fuller than expected. It was the only part of the experience I didnt enjoy. I hope to get a chance to go back someday!

Being a gigantic Nike fan since forever, it has been a dream of mine to come to the Nike Company Store in Portland. Im from Seattle, so it isnt like I can come here often either. I feel like if you are able to come to this store, and you are not from Portland, then coming here is basically a huge part of the Portland Experience, atleast thats what it feels like to me.I dont know if its just me, but whenever I walk into a Nike store there is always that distinct smell, like fresh sneakers, and new clothes, and I love it, and it just got me pumped up when I first walked through those doors. I really didnt know where to start in the store, it was just do big, and I really felt the definition of being a kid in a candy store.I want to say I spent the longest time in the shoe section, just going back and forth admiring everything. The one thing that got me insanely excited was seeing the Nike Adapts ~ the auto-lacing ones that have the same colorway as the Nike Mags. I really couldnt believe I was looking at them, not only that, but I was able to hold them in my hands. On top of that, I even got to try them on. They are listed as basketball shoes but youre crazy if you are hoopin in them, atleast I wouldnt ever hoop in them. They were actually insanely comfy, and the auto-lacing tech was just so mindblowing. The only thing that kind of kept me from getting them was the fact you had to charge them, and thats just really akward, and who knows how well they would do in water (if it all of a sudden rained like crazy not that I would wear them with rain im the forecast). Also, the price is kind of crazy starting at $350, but the 40% discount we got which is insanely generous got it down to $210 which is almost the retail price for Jordan 1s... almost. But yeah, the adapts are probably the dopest shoe Ive held in my hands so far in my life.There were still so many shoes that were amazing, and being the sneakerhead I am, it was just such an experience being in that store looking at the shoe selections. It will be kind of hard to get used to Nike Clearance Stores after coming here. I just think its really cool how they had shoes I was considering going for on the Nike SNKRS app, but didnt because they were too expensive.I did end up getting the Vapormax 2020 Flyknit Summit White, which did release on SNKRS app. They were originally $220 but the discounts got it down to $132 which is insane for a clean sneaker like those, and they are really comfy, light weight and the lacing technology on them are really unique. For real, one reason Nike is my favorite is because they are so innovative but still very stylish. I also got a bunch of clothes, and my family also got shoes and clothes, but the only reason we got so much was because iof the insane discounts. Im still in awe in how good the discounts were.I actually look foward to going to Portland now, just because of this Nike store, and it really made a dream I forgot I had come true, and I could spend several more hours in that store just looking around. I cant stop talking about how cool of an experience it was being in there.

Always an amazing experience when I come here, everyone is knowledgeable and familiar with all the items in the store and brand itself. Its cool to ask about a certain release and the staff get excited just as you are talking about it. In my opinion, for this being the company store it should have a bigger and more exclusive variety, whether it be colorways or actual product availability. People that get special access passes dont want to use up their special access to shop for stuff they can get anywhere else like footlocker or champs. The company store should feel like an exclusive shopping experience, not a typical one. But, besides that staff are extremely nice, knowledgeable, helpful and happy; The store is always clean well kept, so still definitely worth checking out .

If I could give a 0 star I would. The customer service was terrible today. I received a promotional pass to access so I went with My wife and kids while visiting Portland so we decided to go to Nike. Due to the pandemic we opted to keep our toddlers in the car. I went in first and asked Vinnie (a receptionist) if my wife could come in after me since the kids were with her. Vinnie said yes just to have her show the family pass once I was done shopping. After I checked out my wife went in to show our passport and was denied access to the store due to its “one time use” even though I had explained only one of us would go in at a time with our babies. She was told since I checked out already she could not go in. We were misinformed by Vinnie and asked the manager Synthia if there was anyway my wife could go in due to the miscommunication. Manager said she could not do ANYTHING as if we were trying to cheat a pass or something! We were misinformed, met by rude customer service and completely wasted more than an hour of our time. All of this could have avoided if Vinnie would have just mentioned NOT to check out until after my wife went in. I should have the option to leave our young children in the car with my wife during the pandemic because it makes us feel safe. It’s pretty outrageous a huge Corp store would deny my wife to go in and wouldn’t even offer any options after driving 250 miles to visit the store. Maybe there should have better representation at there headquarters storefront. We are very disappointed all around.

Jonelle made this my FIRST pleasant experience. One employee told me they didnt have a bathroom for customers. Asked another staff member, same cool person who sized my sons feet. She directed me to the restroom. The restroom needed touching up to say the least. When I asked staff who came in while I was washing my hands if she was going to touch that restroom up, she bluntly said it wasnt her job. Make all that money here and the restroom is trash. Anyway back to Jonelle. She was the first employee to ask if we had a Nike account which we did. Last time I was here I spent over $600 and wasnt given option to have my receipt emailed. Went back to return items and they kept my receipt. Vowed I would never return. Of course I did. But didnt buy as nearly as much as I did last time. Nothing for myself. Janelle is the only staff who has ever apologized for my last experience. Great attitude, quick, and serviceable. Because of her, I will be back.

Today I had the greatest experience at Nike. I had a pair of shoes that were defective. I showed up and the staff was incredible.They understood my situation and not only gave me a store credit but also a pass to come back.The service was so amazing it actually touched my heart. Thank you Nike!

I visited the store through my employer on a Saturday, and was immediately overwhelmed by the crowd and left without buying anything. When I called to ask if I could return when the store was quieter during the week, I was told that I could not. I have heard similar experiences from co-workers. Not a big fan of the company, but I just wanted a decent sports bra. Disappointing.

The place should not be marked as a “sports shopping store” because it doesn’t open to the public. You need to get a pass (from Nike employee) to enter the store. It should be considered as a Benefit Place for Nike relatives, rather than a “store”

Great place to shop!! I.love Jordans and Nikes, so it was a treat shopping there. I didnt know what Id get, but I knew it would be great. I ended up with two pairs of Jordans (Retro IV Red and Blue and Retro XIII Purple and White),three Nike sweatpants, and matching Nike socks. Jonathan was a big help. He ordered my shoes from the Warehouse for me. Awesome experience for any Nike fan.

Very clean environment, super helpful staff. Only thing they didnt carry enough womens size 10s. They had a few styles to choose from, but a majority of the womens airmaxs were sizes 9 and under kinda a bummer. But I managed to get a few pairs that fit in the mens also a few outfits. Overall wonderful experience.

It was a really nice store! The prices were less expensive then going to a regular retail store clearly. The staff was really friendly with us and had a lot of patience even though the store was somewhat busy! I was able to get these two pairs of shoes for a great deal! I just wish they had a more selection of clothes though I did pick up a pair of shorts but wasnt really impressed by amount of clothes they had. Maybe its better on a different day. Just prepared to drop a lot of money though its cheaper than usual but you always end up buying more! Would recommend and go again!

The customer service I received from Justin Lu working in the shoes department is the reason why I had a 5 star experience. He was very attentive and approached me as soon as he noticed I was looking for specific shoes. I had walked passed groups of employees who did not have the intention to help customers. I’m grateful to have came across someone with a strong work ethic and who is mindful of others. Thank you again Justin!

Just ok, employees that were assigned to help customers were helpful. But employees at the check out counter seems a bit grumpy 😅. It perhaps that was an exception.Merchandise options are a plenty if you have the $$$$. There is a limit of dollar or item count purchase.

It was my first time there. Not a lot of different clothes but lots of sizes of the stuff they do have. Very clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful and acted happy. Isnt that odd? It was the comment I told my husband as we left. Nike must be good to their employees.
