This has been, by far, the worst experience ever. I have received 5 different packages and 1 of them i didnt even order. Still dont have my 17 tablecloths for my wedding which is next Saturday. I cant speak directly to anyone. Submitting a ticket is all I can do and they are just doing what they want and when they want. I dont understand the issue as I run a business myself and I would never treat a customer that has spent more than $500 like this. I received multiple tracking numbers on every different box. My order page only has 1 tracking number for all these different boxes that are coming and only 1 box actually matches the tracking number, and its the item that I didnt even order. I never received any type of order confirmation, shipping confirmation, or anything. Even the boxes that I am receiving have absolutely no papers, packing slip, invoices, hello, goodbye or anything for that matter.. Im so beyond upset right now and cant do nothing until they respond to my ticket that for the 4th time im submitting. Apparently everyone has a different experience with this company but great customer service should be with everyone not just hit or miss.. I know people may like this company and I used to but, unfortunately, that has definitely changed and I will never order or recommend this company to anyone again.
The customer service department is wonderful! They helped me pick out the right size and material i needed for my daughters wedding! The linens arrived within a week and they were beautiful. Without finding you guys, I would have been a mess! Cant wait to do business with you again!

I personally had a okay experience with linen tablecloth. I didn’t receive my linens in time for my event but during the whole process I was going threw their direct chat on their site, and had a pleasure speaking with Katie H. who answered all my questions and even checked up on my order the day after knowing how urgent these linens were. She was on top of It and showed great customer service. Even though I didn’t get to have my linens in time for my event, I would still give linen tablecloth another chance considering the great customer service they have.
I wasnt pleased with my order. My order was delivered on August 28th by FedEx. It was left on my back porch and it was raining that day. The box was wet and torn. The chair covers was to small and didnt fit.I had to replace the box. I returned my order on 10th and they refused to give me my refund back.
Ive been trying to reach someone at LinenTablecloth! for several days. I placed an order for 16 tablecloths and 11 dozen napkins. The order is stuck in a pending status for over a month. I have put in multiple requests for assistance but have not received a response - very frustrating. Phone number doesnt let you talk to a real person. Last year I ordered 26 tablecloths and 10 dozen napkins and received the order promptly and was very happy with the quality which is why I wanted to order additional linens but if I dont get a response soon Ill have to use another vendor and if the order ever does come, Ill refuse it. Thankgoodness American Express has a great dispute policy. Id prefer to get the linens but cant wait for them to respond much longer.Where do I private message?
Both times I ordered through Linen Tablecloth, the order would come in different shades-- when I ordered ivory table covers, half of them were more yellow; the second time I ordered navy and half were darker- both times the contrast was quit visible. I reached out to customer service and all I received was a long email about how they cant color match every product-- found this to be quit ridiculous and will not be ordering here again as a result. They should have a disclaimer on the website to let people know that not everything you order will be the shade you order!

Went to the showroom before placing my order online, I was able to design my table beforehand so I knew what I was getting. The girls working there were also really helpful with sizing.
I ordered tablecloths from them on January 14. After a week I still had not received an email with tracking information or updates. I tried using the guest order lookup on their website but it wasnt working. With all this Im still giving them five stars due to the amazing customer service I received. The customer service specialist that I had was Jordan T. She responded quickly and politely. She was able to give my tracking numbers for my packages and theyre actually arriving sooner than I had expected. This is the best customer service I have ever received and probably the less stressful thing that Ive had to deal with while planning my wedding.

First, let me say I am glad I did not read these reviews first, cause it may have changed my mind in ordering from them. I ordered 19 tablecloths for my daughters wedding and 4 came damaged. I did the online chat, was told to send pictures and not a problem. Received credit on my credit card. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

I have had great experience in the past. But in the past few days I received my order and was missing some of my order. I have been sending emails for 3 days and calling with no response. I could order the napkins somewhere else but why should I pay extra for something I should have received already. I noticed in the positive reviews someone responded immiedately. I feel my email with a concern should have been taking care of just as quickly. Im extremely dissatisfied.So though I finally got a response from the company I still do not have thenapkins I ordered. I was told on April 3, 2019 that the napkins were being sent out on a 2 day shipment. Today is April 9th and I still havent received the napkins nor a response from the company. I have more items I need to order but since I cant get this resolved I dont feel comfortable ordering anything else.

I found Linentablecloth showroom online and after reading a lot of terrible reviews, I decided that it probably wasn’t a good company to get linens from. But I’m a leave no stone unturned kinda gal so I forced myself to go take a look anyway. Wow! Was I glad I did. The showroom had wedding linens, high class charger plates, China and glassware and decor you can’t find anywhere. And the prices were unbelievable less than half of renting elsewhere. Why all the bad reviews? Dunno. I guess every company stumbles sometime. But I’m glad I gave them a second chance.

I have ordered from LinenTablecloth in 2015 & 2017 for events and was very happy with their customer service... HOWEVER, I placed an order this past Monday, received the standard e-mail response and now it’s Friday and my account says my order is “pending” still. I have sent multiple e-mails and absolutely NO RESPONSE. The phone line provides no ability to talk to a human, the live chat cannot be accessed and there are no replies to e-mail requests. This is definitely different than last year...Update... Linen Tablecloth got back to me, several items were out of stock but the rest arrived in time. Since the busy holidays, I have received prompt help and my confidence in this company has increased!

What a discovery! I was considering renting linens for my wedding until I googled and found this showroom close by. The prices were half the cost to rent, and I mean BUYINg them! Plus they had the flower rosette color linens I wanted that drop all the way to the floor. I am soooo happy!

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST customer experience I have EVER had!!! I will NEVER order from this place again and I recommend you dont waster your time and money either. I placed an order on 3/25/15 and I STILL have not received my order! I have called and called and most of the time their phone system is down. I have tried to live chat with someone and twice I was lied to saying my order would ship out in a couple of days. The other times no one is available even during business hours. No one has emailed me or called me in regards to why my order has not shipped. They have my money and I STILL do not have my merchandise which I needed for an event that has passed. DO NOT GIVE THIS SAD EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS YOUR MONEY! I guarantee you it is not worth it.

I placed an order through them for my wedding I contacted a customer service on what size to order on what size table I had. Well come to find out they told me the wrong size and I had to reorder 1 week before my WEDDING and rush the shipment. My rentals were stained when I got them. And the chair sashes that I ordered came damaged and had to get more sent out to me. No prepaid label was sent back for my rentals and had to pay to return the rentals. I sent back over the rentals 50 days ago and still havent gotten refunded my deposit money! Dont waste your time! Customer service sucks and the phone number they have listed never actually gets answered!
Weird vibe. Stained tablecloths, but they did the job. You get what you pay for. They said they would send me a free return label with my rentals so that I would not be charged “buying price” but they did not. It was my wedding week so I did not have time to deal with them and could not return the tablecloths on time because of an error on their part. I was charged full price. Annoying.

I received the wrong items. I placed an order for some chair covers, and other items. When I got my order all that was sent to me were 8 dozen of napkins. Nothing close to my order. I have been sending emails, and on line chat but no replay. I need this issue resolved.

BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!! I ordered from this company, never received my products. Tried calling them their phone are shut down. Live Chat does not respond. Emailed numerous times, you receive an automatic email response that states someone will contact you and they do not. Wish I had seen their Better Business Bureau F- ratting and that they have 74 unresolved complaints with the Better Business Bureau.
My husband found this company and wanted to purchase some tablecloths for a party. If you call them, the recording tells you to email them. You will never get to talk to a real person. Hubby got an email back saying that they have 16,000 of the tablecloths in stock, and he could pick them up at their showroom. We drove over to the store from across town, and arrived well before their closing time. Nobody was there. Lights were out. They have lost a customer, and we will not refer friends to them. One star is one too many!
If there was a negative star I would have used that one. I placed an order on Nov 30th. I understood that was the weekend. I send a query on Dec asking if they would be able to get these to me by the 6th. If not please let me know because I would have to cancel the order before it was shipped. My event was happening on Dec 8th and figured since they were in Portland an I am in Washington state it should not take that long. I never got a response except to say that a partial order was shipped on Dec 5th. I reached out with another email again no response. When I did finally hear it was an email asking about my experience was TERRIBLE! Post poor customer service there was ample time in my opinion to respond and not ship this order. IT WAS REFUSED AT THE DOOR THIS MORNING FROM UPS AT 10:15 AM. I have since sent two emails requesting my full refund. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE..
Ordered $423.29 with of items from this company for my daughters December 30th wedding on November 30th. The product arrived in damaged boxes and was not what we ordered, theyd shipped us some 13 poles and other items in boxes that were talking apart. Called them and they provide a return label and said they would overnight the correct items once they receiveed the tracking information on the items that were picked up and then overnight the correct items so wed have them for the wedding. Product shower up a week after the wedding. Only way to communicate with the company is via online chat or email. Phone number just gives a message to use one of those two methods with email supposedly being for urgent issue.Will strongly recommend that you DO NOT use this business unless you live in Oregon and can go to the showroom.

When I ordered my napkins from them, they came in a timely manner. However, they were the wrong color. I wanted to send them back, and used their return services. For over a week, I have waited for their return confirmation and have sent numerous emails-all to no avail. They have no phone number. Their customer services is terrible.

This company employs scam practices. I rented my wedding linens from them. After the wedding I went on a short mini honeymoon for 2 nights. When I got back I contacted them to return the items. Apparently thry have a 3-day return window to return rentals that they don’t notify customers about, which means that they kept my deposit and I am stuck with like 30 tablecloths. Terrible customer service and poor practices.
I ordered tablecloths and it took a long time to receive. I got them after my event. I sent an email, help line, etc several times to find out when my order would come. They NEVER responded to me!! Now I filled out a refund form and still they have NEVER responded. Unless you have a month to wait for your order dont order from them. There is no communication.

I am trying to order 17 tablecloths for my daughters wedding, which is in 21 days. I was told the order was shipped from LinenTablecloth on March 2nd, but UPS never got a package. However, guess what??? LinenTablecloth has my money, and I have no tablecloths! I have responded to two emails from LinenTablecloth asking them to CALL ME, which they have not done. I had to go on-line to find any kind of a phone number and left a message for someone to return my call. They are closed today and for the weekend--lets take bets--will somebody call me back next week??? If not, I will be blasting LinenTablecloth on Social Media.

Normal ivory has a lot of yellow undertones. The weight is fine.2. The new shade of ivory is a true ivory (soft, off-white with barely any yellow undertones). The fabric weight is also fine.3. Youre welcome.Customer Service:I wasnt sure which linens to order, so an employee, Ruth, sent me home with a free sample to play around with (Thanks, Ruth). They were very polite when I called a few times to make sure I ordered the right product. Be forewarned though: they close at 4pm local time.Ordering:Free shipping over $99. Items ship from Nashville, so itll take a few days. Showrooms dont have a complete stock to purchase on site, so expect to ship.Why only four stars:The showroom was a little hard to find, and I feel like the images of the colors online were a bit brighter than in person. This was the worst experience Ive ever had. Not only did I not get my order but, they would not answer the phones nor the msgs or emails. The type of business they are in people depend on them for items for speical events and to feel like you dont matter is a very very poor way of doing business. They cant fill orders they have and they keep taking new orders.. BUYER BEWARE......... this company failed in every aspect of their service to more than just me. Take a look at their FACEBOOK page at all the people that are just like me... left without items for a special event. THE OWNER SHOULD REALLY RETHINK THEIR LINE OF WORK.... or go back to business school to learn how to Effectively run a business.
I wish I could give 0 stars. I had the worlds worst experience with them for the first time ever and will take my business elsewhere from now on. My business partners and I have ordered from them for several events with no problems and fast shipping. This order, I actually paid for shipping instead of utilizing the free shipping because I needed my items by a specific time. Days before the last day of the timeframe I noticed my order had been pending fulfillment for a week. I reached out via Facebook message and the rep told me my order was being prepared to ship that day. The next day, I contacted her again because I had not received an email with my confirmation number and was told the warehouse manager said the reason my order was delayed was because some of my items were on a top shelf in the warehouse but they would take care of it and it would definitely ship out that day. The next day, still no confirmation number so I sent another message and she told me it had been shipped out but Fedex had not given them a confirmation number for me all they had was theirs. I asked her for their confirmation number from Fedex. After several hours, she responded again with a random number. She also mentioned that 9 of the 15 purple overlays I ordered would not be included in the shipment that was sent out because they did not have enough to fill my order. I called Fedex who informed me they were not being honest and the only tracking number they give is the same one the customer would use to track; there is no seperate tracking number the sender gets. He checked by my address and assured me that there was no package coming to my address from Linen tablecloth, he even told me other shipments that are in route to my address. I let the rep know what I learned and she tells me she was not being deceptive she was giving me the information she was getting from the Warehouse Manager. In my opinion, they all need to be fired!!! I have placed a rush order with CV Linens and have already received my Tracking number and my complete order is on the way.

They first sent me stained items, and then sent me the WRONG items. Need silver runners, and cant get a hold of someone from chat, email or phone to speak to about this issue! Wish there were more places I could say what a horrible company this is!
Quality is horrible I washed them once and they came out of washer all SNAGGED. They need to note they are DISPOSABLE linen DO NOT PURCHASE your better off renting. They are a one time use! Customer service is a joke!
