I had a lovely experience in this store. I had a return and Mika helped me so well. The manager Evan helped out as well and he made it go so smooth and fast. They had knowledge of what I was looking for and where I could find it. I was simply amazed about how many items they had for hair care. This will be my must stop at store for great customer service and the items they have in stock. Thank you.

Have always enjoyed shopping Bed, Bath, and Beyond, I discover kitchen tools, pans, implements, and appliances that I had not seen nor heard of before. This store is where I bought my daughter and son-in-laws wedding gift, which they were thrilled with.

To me, this is a dangerous-temptation store, and I cant afford to shop there more than occasionally. 😂They almost always have at least approximately what weird little household thing I need and cant find anywhere else. And lots of other interesting stuff! I often get useful ideas from seeing items they have or from their nice displays.The floor workers are always very helpful. If they dont know the answer to your question, they find someone who does.

I am an instacart shopper and on a whim, I decided I would try doing a shop at bed bath & beyond, which Ive been to maybe twice my entire life prior to today. Jimmy and Marcel made it a very enjoyable experience and were very instrumental in helping me finish my shop much more quickly than I would have, had I done so with no help. I just want to give them kudos for being extremely helpful today! They deserve a big raise, or at least have lunch bought for them on the company dime.

I was in a hurry; needed to rush out and get them for a hospital bed in home and couldnt leave the patient for long. They had them waiting for me up front. Chose two sets and out of there. I was shopping around for about an hour, couldn’t find sheets I love, found an employee and am glad I did !She was extremely helpful and helped me carry my purchases because I forgot to get a cart, she picked out high quality sheets, comforter, body pillow and throw blanket ! I’m on week 3 of my new sheets and have never slept better .Never thought I needed $100.00 sheets, but definitely worth it ! She acted like a personal shopper and the experience was amazing because I came in blind not knowing where to start!

My experience was awesome, on Monday I made a purchase in Beaverton they didnt have all of what I wanted. call the Tanasbourne and they had the rest of what I wanted. The guy at Tanasbourne asked me if I had a coupon I said no I said I have one at home and he said you got 30 days to bring it in. So I went back to Beaverton store today with both my receipts and both my coupons and just got $30 back on all the stuff I bought on Monday.

This particular store had many empty shelves and didnt have some items I commonly buy at BB&B. Staff were nice.

Ordered my item online and then within 2 hours it was ready for me to pick up locally.

I love all the unique things you can find here. But today there were 2 cashiers with a line almost to the other side of the building. I walked around the whole store because I didnt want to stand in line. I thought if they dont have more cashiers by the time I get to the cashiers I would leave the cart and go home. They finally did put on 2 more cashiers. Also a bag reminder at the door would be nice since all stores now charge for bags. Just trying to get use to that new feature.

Friendly staff. Looked for tea pot, found a cooper shelled one. Out of the 6 displayed only 3 were in stock. Found one on the shelf that was not displayed.

Not going to lie, I absolutely love this store. We had a house fire and recently moved back home. Im so excited they are open again so we can finally replace items we lost in the fire.

Sometimes the sales people will not leave you alone. Can I find something to slather on my bod without so much unsolicited input? I appreciate that there is someone there if I want to ask but the last two times I’ve been in, I felt like I was there so much longer because I needed some alone time and it was hard to come by. Say hello, say if they have any questions, ask, tell about a special of you want and then BACK OFF.

This Bed Bath & Beyond has cosmetics - shampoo, conditioner, & what would have saved me oodles of time at Target: hair products. I found exactly the product I was looking for: LOreal extra hold clean gel.I also found an aluminum dish drainer (no rust!) that will expand to fit over one side if my single hole sink to dry Tupperware and pots and pans! One stop shopping at its finest. I will be back! Staff was friendly and very helpful. Woman at checkout told me she had the same drainer and it worked great. We discussed the hair gel and I made a joke about keeping my hair from limp. Guy behind the counter agreed: limp is bad!

The best curbside game in town!

Rude and disrespectful staff, high prices, they dont honor their price matching policy, had to wait in line for well over 15 minutes because only one cashier and like 6 people in line. They also overcharged me by scanning an item twice and then arguing with me about the total being correct and even un-bagged everything in order to prove they were right just to be wrong and not even apologize. I asked for a manager while this was going on and she sarcastically was like oh one second, Hi Im the manager.All these 5 star reviews are probably fake considering they say nothing about the store. And the occasional 5 star review is from someone whos been to the store one time it sounds like.Save yourself money and hassle and shop elsewhere.

Departments are organized around a square walkway that you enter on the left and walk around until you arrive at the checkstands on the other side. There are literally hundreds of thousands of products within easy reach. I just darted in to look at weight scales, grabbed one I liked, and a store associate nearby handed me a coupon bag that had a 20% of coupon inside. Sweet! 😁 Take a right turn when you enter if you are dropping by to pick up drug store consumables.

Recently returned an online order. Store associate made a mistake and instead of going straight back to my credit card the manager on duty, some lady not wearing a name tag, refunded it to a gift card because thats all her options were she said. I had the online receipt, my emailed receipt, and the card I paid with. I begrudgingly agreed because I was going to buy a vacuum sealer online anyways. I went home to spend it and it had no money on it. I called the following day to the customer service on the back of the gift card and was told that the store deactivated the card because they felt I was returning an online order I didnt own. She asked me for my ID for the gift card, it matches the online order, and I have the emailed receipt. Did she not notice that? So the customer service rep from corporate did some digging and when they finally got a hold of the store the manager refused to explain to her why and to reactivate the gift card (I was told could only be done at the store level). Pathetic. So corporate customer service had to jump through a bunch of hoops to refund my credit card. I was about to go buy it from Target but the online employee offered me a really good discount as an apology and expedited shipping for free.I thought Id give this store another shot and that same rude manager was there. The entire time I was there I could see her nodding towards me and mumbling stuff to other employees. When I asked them what it was she said they were clearly uncomfortable answering.No idea what her problem is but Im never shopping there again and I just returned all the items Ive purchased there (I got a new vacuum that especially can handle dog fur, some bath mats and towels, a new pair of sheets, and a few other things).Ridiculously rude management there. I tried to call the store manager about it and I just got hung up on. Ive gotten 3 apologies from corporate and an email apology from their regional manager about this.

Decent prices and a range of items within each genre. I like the fact that I can buy a $5 cutting board or a $75 cutting board all within the same store. Returns have generally been very easy, though I believe they have a time limit on returns. Very good selection of kitchen items from pots and pans to utensils, which must be the beyond from the name?

We had what could have been a very difficult series of events at the store, entirely our fault but throughout the purchase, the return, and the exchange, the staff and the manager were helpful, polite, and cheerful. The manager and an associate named Josie were particularly helpful and determined to get us exactly what we needed in a fast and efficient way. Given the option to shop there or elsewhere for competing products, well make the drive. Its worth it.

This is the best location in the Portland area. It has enough stuff that I want so the premium membership is actually worth it. I wish the mall 205 one was this good.

Horrible customer service, one customer service member says they will honor a discount and to refer to her at the register. When I return later in the day to make the purchase another staff member says they cant do that (unfortunately the first team member was off by the time I had returned). In this day and age when Amazon is a click away, all you have to compete by is customer service.

We needed to exchange drapery rings. Clerk did not give us the option to get the correct rings. She just ran the refund which takes several days to process. We had to go out of pocket. Shes the manager and would not budge. We have never had this kind of service like this with them.

Place was very small, maybe the smallest BB&B Ive ever been in. They still had a nice selection of items though. Was quiet and easy to find what I needed. Staff was friendly but maybe needs a little more training on product info.

Great employees here. They were nice and helpful. They also let us return a wedding gift that didnt have a receipt or on the gift registry. The item we had stopped working after two weeks and they let us get a replacement.

They should allow you to use coupons when theyre out in the mail even if you forget them at home.

Rude customer service.Unclear price match policy.I came after being at the gym so was in my gym clothes so I looked somewhat raggedy but its not an excuse to act like I dont belong there.I drive a Tesla, pretty sure I can afford whatever I want in there. When I asked for some advice about an item they moved off the ones I was looking at and was recommended all the cheap ones. Not even like their brands just the low quality junk stuff.It was like they thought I couldnt afford $199.99 sheets. So they were like, oh look at these $20 ones.If you want nice things for the house skip this company and go to Crate and Barrel, Nordstroms, or Macys.If you need generic things like cooking sets and appliances goto Target.Bed Bath & Beyond just needs to go bankrupt already. Their staff has gone down hill, the stores are humid and a mess. Overall poor experience from them over the past year.

Went to peek at curtains and of course have to walk around and check out the whole store. It was pretty dead. Lots of bare shelves. Lots of items super overpriced. I saw many things $15 + more than other places and not just Amazon. The clearance stuff was the only stuff almost regular priced. Pretty stupid, no wonder they always have the 20% coupons, cause they are so overpriced they are desperately trying to lure people in. They didnt seem to have higher quality stuff to make up for the pricing either.

This BBB has a better beauty section than Ulta for makeup, at least it is better stocked. It also has a large drugstore like area with shampoo and soaps, even pain relievers, etc.I was really surprised by this and will make this my first stop for beauty products. The rest of it is the usual BBB, and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Bed, Bath and Beyond is always a staple for home good shopping for us. The first BBB I shopped at was in Spokane when I moved up to college. I like that they have a wide range of products from inexpensive things targeted at poor college students to nicer objects that will last for years in a home. I like this location in the shopping center of Cedar Hills. From Best Buy to BB&B, I can knock out a ton of things in a very small area and amount of time. Note: This is the location down by beaverton transit center and they moved in November 2012.coupon info: they will accept expired mailer coupons, but not expired email coupons.

Our visit was fine, they had a decent selection and we walked out with more then we planned.The store was a mess when we visited and when we checked out we had some issues with the items not ringing up correctly, it took some time for the employees to verify the prices but all was eventually set right.

Had to return a just purchased trash can due to a hefty dent out of the box. Exchanging was easy, but service members made my wife feel like she was a huge inconvenience.

I have had a very horrible experience here at his store on 7/13/19I purchased a vanity mirror and once I got all the way home to open it, I found that a totally different item was in the box. Since I had returned home, I took the mirror along with the receipt to my nearest BB&B store only to be told I needed to drive 23 miles across town just to return it. The associate that helped me kept saying Thats weird, thats weird like I was lying. All I wanted to do was exchange for the correct item. I paid $200 for a mirror to open the box and receive something else! I immediately contacted customer service who explained to me that I should not of have to travel all the way across town because I had a receipt and my item was purchased that day just to exchange my item, so she offered to contact this Beaverton store. I waited on hold for 20 minutes and the CSR told me that she had spoken with the manager and (I’m guessing this is who I later talked to when I arrived) that I just needed to bring the mirror along with the receipt back to his store and he would refund me money. It was now 8:35pm and I raced to drive all the way from Gresham to Beaverton just to make it before 9:00 pm and once I arrived I walked up to the counter receipt in hand with the mirror and I explained to the sales associate that I was the young lady who the CSR explained had the issue and they told me to come back to this store. He gets the manager and the manager walks up looks at the box and the mirror inside and looks back at me and says I can take your information we will need to do some investigation before we can refund you. I was very taken a back and I asked why would there need to be an investigation for something that I cam into your store earlier today to purchase? He said that’s just what we have to do I can’t tell you why front of customers and other sales associates I told him that does not make any sense at all. .Then he added we need to review cameras and I have been instructed by loss prevention to get your information and once we investigate, we can give you a call. At this point I felt so embarrassed like he was accusing me of stealing a whole mirror when I clearly had my receipt. I asked could I speak with loss prevention and he said they are not in today. So then how were you instructed by someone that was not in that day? Why did you lie to the CSR and tell her that I needed to come back to the store to bring the mirror back and you refund me if you had no intentions of doing that? He sounded so conflicting! I drove a total 46 miles there and back and I feel so embarrassed and humiliated that I can say I regret ever purchasing anything from that store. I never go in there to shop and I only went there because the lady at the Bridgeport store told me that the nearest location that carried that model was Beaverton. I felt like this was a racial profiling issue. Had I been of another race would you have responded that way. Is this how you treat paying customers that spend their hard-earned money? I have never been treated such a way and denied returning an item that I had proof of purchase of. I had a receipt and I would have rather exchanged but because of this hassle and shame I would rather order my mirror from a different company and I would never shop with them ever again! This needs to be corrected! A waste of time and money and very humiliated.

Hillsboro store sucks! The manager non friendly and unreasonable! Prices higher than the Beaverton store! Dont want to match their own store prices with another branch!

The isles are very congested with items hanging off the end caps on all sides. If you are using a cart or are in a wheelchair you have to be very cautious to not knock anything off onto the floor. We attempted to talk to an employee about it but she was just condescending and had no interest in sharing our concerns with a manager. It is not handicapped friendly unless your on the main isle.

Not great for choice in hypo-allergenic pillows, couldnt find any peroxide, not a lot of color choice in curtains. I only go here if I am looking for something very specific but This time was a major disappointment. Staff is nice cor the most part.
