Machine was great when it worked. Sadly it didnt always work and then that resulted in service calls where the techs would not call us back with ETAs, even though we were told they would, would arrive DAYS later, parts would arrive DAYS later. At the last, our machine was down for more than a MONTH and they refused to let us get out of our lease, because they were working on trying to get the machine to work, therefore they werent breaking their end of the lease. During this time the machine was non functional, and techs would come out every few days and try to fix it but could not.

Always nice, Victoria treats us better than we deserve. Since Victoria smartly Left Canon USA. Our service has been horrible. Their internal numbers are a lie for bonuses. We have had a leased 9270 that has been down for most of its contract. We have a fax machine thats been screaming like a 3 yo girl for 3 weeks. Do not use this company. The only person who can make decision is in san diego.
