They spent 10k dollars from my insurance I hit a deer needed a new hood new driver door and a headlight I get it back the bolts on my driver door and back passenger door fell out i had to tighten them myself and my ac dont work now when it did before I took it to them if you have these guys do any work thats major double check everything when you pick it up it will save you time

This is the worst place to take a car. First off they over charge you and give you a date which they never meet. Had a window replaced there and they took 5 days just to find the correct part. After that they “fixed it” but the window kept sliding and eventually came off the track not a year later. Hope someone finds this useful and doesn’t waste there time like I did.

After 3 weeks, their windshield replacement crack all the way down the passenger side. Happen over night, nothing impacted the window from any day before. It was from a bad install or bad glass that they use. They refused to do anything about the windshield, be a diiferent story if it was from an impact of a foreign object but this type of crack is not from impaction. First time and last time i will ever use them.

My vehicle was hit in a parking garage. Sipes gave me a loaner car while mine was being fixed. Great people and great work.!!

Sipes was so kind and authentic when handling my recent catalytic converter theft repair, at the same time the replaces my windshield for just over $300 a bargain from what I found shopping around. They kept me up to date on the availability of the parts and had the repair done in 2 days!
