The guy that works at the front is horrible he has horrible customer service and looks like he doesn’t want to be there. It works smoothly without him being there and you can tell the other workers enjoy him not being there as well. He lets the line get sooo long and then gets mad when ppl come In

Slid in there at noon on a Sunday.Tentatively ordered. Apparently they serve lots of things other than bagels!The coffee is pleasant and the bagel was good.It was a nice and relaxing atmosphere, besides the somewhat small location.Extremely fast and accurate service. Food was nice and warm, coffee was nice and hot.Didnt notice when they called out my order, but an employee brought it to me as I was wandering around with a smile. As someone with ADHD, much appreciated.Staff seemed a little confused but polite and sweet. No coffee stirrers though :(Liked it. ❤️

Weve been going here off and on with our great grandma (she LOVES bagels) for years. Theres a woman behind the counter who always remembers and greets my GGma very warmly and I love that. Weve never had any issues with our orders and the bagels are fresh. Good place!

Slow service and bad customer service. We waited more than 20 minutes for our order and when I approached the counter the cashier guy rolled his eyes when I said: I’m still waiting for our food and he responded: they already called your name. They never did and looks like they gave our order to someone else. No even once they apologized. Staff is very unprofessional, they are not organized and not engaged. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Management should help this team and make them more accountable, it’s very bad for the business. When we walked in they were numerous people waiting, this team is completely disorganized. Compare to other locations like Las Colinas and Oak lawn this location is by far the worst. I have to say Karen, the lady that took our order was the only one that stepped up to help and prepare our order again.

I really like Einsten Bagels but this particular locations customer service is lacking. This same little either Hispanic or Oriental woman (hard to tell with the masks and all)..is usually at the register but she does NOT know the menu or has a hard time comprehending customers orders. Ive started going to a different location. Its kinda outta my way but the customer service their is awesome!

Lame service, I emphasized 3 times to have my bagel extra toasted, they completely ignored my request. Stay away from this horrible customer service establishment

Great place and location. Customer service is average and they put a nice size amount of cream cheese on the bagel.

I ordered on the app for the first time and my order was ready when I got there so that was nice! I do with they had used more cream cheese, it was dryer than normal and they didn’t seem double toasted.

Location no longer has curbside and my mobile order is frequently wrong. For example I order double toasted and when I get home my bagel is not even toasted. I cant even put it in the toaster because its already smeared with cream cheese. What a bummer. Management needs to work on quality control!

They have great variety of bagels. If you like jalapeños, they have one with bacon and jalapeños! Its delish !

Unimpressed with the food. I used to love this place. Now everytime i go i wish i went to a different one. “Avocado toast” that i normally get sucks now. they put avocado chunks on half the bagel and it looks thrown around in the to go box. i do not recommend going to this location.

I was driving so I couldnt take a picture of my delicious Nova Lox bagel but dang its awesome! Lox is always fresh tasting and I choose the skinny Everything bagel so i wont fill stuffed. Highly recommend it.

They need to improve their curbside pickup service. The employees act like the customer is an inconvenience. The pickup location is hazardous for both the employee and the customer. This was the 3rd time an employee openly complained about bringing out my food. Maybe start with better training? Get a better curbside pickup location? Maybe... I dont know, one if the MANY parking spots a few feet away? They have no excuse since most other food establishments in that shopping center also use parking spots for curbside pickup. I still love the bagels 🤷‍♀️

With limited people ordering and evident shortage of staff this location continues to spiral down in service. The Guy taking orders was showing signs of annoyed by my order or just plain lazy. Businesses are struggling and some are closing down and this people can afford to act like this? Pure dileriction to duty and consideration ofb9ur business. To this business owner: check on your place or you will loose it soon!

We were kicked out just now told no, no..go eat outside where it is 34 degrees with the wind chill. Just because we wanted to sit down and eat our bagels. Would not even give us a refund, because the sign outside states no indoor seating for the public. Being a customer there means you are just part of the public. Not going to pay their salaries and overhead being just part of the public. All because of Covid. One more cowardly place bites the dust.

Always love going here. Their bagels are the best in town and the servers are always friendly and helpful.

Einstein Bros is a favorite of my family. We have been going to this particular location for several years now. The bagels are consistently delicious and well prepared. They dont skimp here!! We actually like them so much, we had an Einstein Bros Bagel Bar at our Wedding Reception! It was the biggest hit there... (next to us of course lol)

I really did like this place, but my recent visit was horrible. Maybe its a new manager or whatever, but Im disgusted.Chief complaint: during a time such as Covid, its alarming to bite into long blonde hair. Beyond gross!Other complaint is that due to their poor management, they were significantly out of bagels with 2 hours of service left. They are unapologetic about it too. I was really just about to walk out. I wanted 5 muffins, yet their was only 1 left.

Theyre bagels here are actually good i remember trying out one here long time ago back in the early 2000s and it was good I also remember when my mom used to work here at this location long time ago back in the day in the early 2000s when she used to live in Euless at the charter oaks apartment when she used to be with this guy and he would take me and my sister to see our mom here while she in uniform working. Miss those days and those times and years

Delicious! Service is quick, food is fresh..We had the new chorizo sunrise breakfast sandwich. Jalapeno cheddar bagel with fresh eggs, chorizo, avocado, and some kind of aioli..this sandwich has some heat to it, but really good..the eggs are fresh cooked..you can taste it..my daughter had a blueberry bagel with strawberry shmear. The dining area is bright and clean..coffee..my daughter had white chocolate mocha..i had the cinnamon coffee..winter blend..both were amazing. Highly recommend.

Delicious food, Fast & great portions. And the little near Asian lady behind the counter every time I go is just a joy to interact with. If I had a grandmother from that part of the world, it would be this lady. Youll love coming here to and they really get the service and great food out fast. This is a great Einstein Brothers location.

Just all around good comfort food.

I have always loved Einsteins. Moved to Bedford and I dread going there. The manager is a grump. Negative, no customer service skills. Ive always been able to order a dozen sliced and only get 1 toasted. He refuses to do it. He runs the register, takes orders and runs orders our for curbside and takes phone orders. Making customers wait while he does all this as employees are only allowed to make food. Not to mention his selection is small, not making enough bagels. Running out all the time.

Love the bagels oh my goodness the chocolate chip cookies are off the chain cant explain you would just have to try it for yourself and you will be tongue twisted on how good it is

Its very disgusting when you walk up to eat here an employee is smoking a cigarette sitting at the table next to you that you have to eat at outside. So you are trying to enjoy your bagel but have smoke blown in your face. Also they gave the person behind me their order before mine. This is terrible customer service!

They were very busy since it was a Sunday morning but I was still in and out in less than 20 minutes. The dining room is still closed but you can eat outside. The bagelrito was good and very filling.

I see great reviews but the only decent employee was the nice lady at the register. It took 5 minutes for them to acknowledge me at the register, once I reached for their attention one tells the other can you take her? Love their bagels like crazy. We get the Monday special and use them for breakfast sandwiches, pizza bagels, and more throughout the week. Make sure to triple check your order with your own eyes to insure that you got what you ordered for call ahead. Theyve made this mistake more than once.

I’ve always come to this location but lately it’s become a disappointment every time. They always run out of bagels. The staff is not friendly, and ordering ahead is useless because they’re always out of stuff and it’s a painful process trying to get any kind of refund. l’ll drive the extra ten minutes to the other location now.

Four not being busy they were slow. Also they were out of many drink products. Have been a long-time customer here but have not been in for awhile. Was not impressed as I have been in the past. Looks like they are not on top of things as good as they use to be. I also noticed that the lines were not as long as in the past, dont know if this is a sign or if the market has changed.

I happened upon this bagel shop while in Texas attending Fire Academy. The service from the time I stepped in the front door was excellent. The lady at the till made sure I had everything I needed and even brought a glass of water with my bagel as I chose a spicy one and didnt get a drink. The manager and I engaged in conversation while I was waiting, it turns out he just got back from West coast Canada which is where Im from. The bagel was delicious. I would highly recommend stopping by if your ever in Bedford.

It was my first time at this location and I was really disappointed. I arrived around 10am and the staff seemed too busy with their own conversations to even welcome us in. When we were finally ready to order the cashier was short and brushed us off. Once we got to the 2nd register to pay the other cashier informed us they were our of the bagels that came with our meals. Thats fine things happen. She asked us if our food was for here or Togo we said For here. There was only one other couple there besides us and around 5 people on the floor working this shift. All of the tables were dirty and they called our food out and left a bag just sitting at the edge of the counter and walked off. I didnt ask for our food Togo so we grabbed the bag and scanned for a possible clean table to unpackage our food. Most of these things arent a big deal and I am an patient person but it was 10 am and the staff was treating us as if we had just walked in before closing. They were all giggling behind the counter joking around while they failed to get our order correct and attend the dirty tables.

Wonderful place, very friendly staff. I dont think I ever had a bad experience there. Very prompt service. Highly recommended.

Went to this location today(06/09) and the service was ridiculous. To begin, upon walking in, a female employee who wears glasses was being disrespectful to another male employee right behind the bagel counter. It was obvious she was getting very frustrated with him by rolling her eyes and raising her voice at him. Horrible customer service. I’ve worked in food service before and I know that regardless of what is going on, you do not cause a scene in front of paying customers. Then to make matters worse, we waited 10 minutes for our food for only half of our order to come out. We waited a couple minutes longer thinking the other order might take longer to cook. But no. We went up to the counter and they said “it should have gone out already”. No it didn’t... so they had to remake it.

Einstein is an instant classic for bagels and coffee. This particular one is usually pretty quick with the orders, despite always being busy. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Ive been going to einstiens for a while, and this one is probably one of the best I have been to. My order has always been accurate and delicious. Not much else more to say, definitely check it out if youre in the mood for a bagel!

We used to come here semi regularly for breakfast but hadn’t in a while. Today we had a terrible experience. It took 30+ minutes for a bagel, a sandwich, and 1 iced coffee. When we got our food it was ice cold and not even correct. It’s pretty clear the workers here just don’t care about about anything other than gossiping and eating the food themselves. More than likely, we will not be back.

My wife wanted potato bagels, they had none. My wife is also pregnant and did not want any of the 7 bagels I brought home. Waste of time... I remember when Einstein bagels was actually good.

There is always a great assortment of bagels. The spreads for the bagels are plentiful and you get one free with each half dozen. They are perfection.

I like the turkey avocado bagel. Their breakfast options are tasty and filling without making you want a nap. The coffee is super good, has a kick to it.

I never post reviews, and actually this is my very first review to ever write on the internet, but I felt as if I needed to say something. We are from out of town, and decided to come eat here. The staff working definitely did not want to be there and were very rude to everyone that came in. Everything was dirty and there was not one single clean table. I also watched one of the ladies that was putting together out bagel with cream cheese drop it into another bowl of topping and pick it back up as if nothing happened and then wrapped it up. Very unsanitary and very disappointed. I felt bad at first because the customer in front of us was very rude, but now I understand why.

This place is absolutely filthy! Dirty tables everywhere and the glass the pastries are in is completely cloudy 🤢 It’s super slow for a Friday at 10am...

Awesome place for breakfast/lunch. Great bagels and good coffee. A little bit on the expensive side as a bagel and drink came to above $8, but worth the price. Neat and clean environment as well.

The bagels are amazing. This particular location gets very busy especially on the weekend in the early morning. You will be standing in line 9/10 times. With that comes a lot of noise. I would never sit to eat in this location, even if its dead when you come in. It gets busy that fast. -1 star for this reason. I will always recommend Einstein bagels though!

The breakfast sandwich was great! Didnt like the hasbrown but Id still go back. One of the workers looked like she had 666 tattooed on her fingers.. That was scary!

The chorizo and egg sandwich didnt knock my socks off but it was good. $6+dollars for a breakfast sandwich is exorbitant IMO. BUT to each their own.

The bagels were hot and fresh, the pumpkin cream cheese was delicious, the ladies working were very friendly.

I give 2 stars only because some of the staff are very nice people. The Saturday morning crew are very slow I waited 25min for 2 bagels. Iv seen roaches in the womens bathroom and if seen a roach crawling on the wall by the sink behind the cash register when i was waiting for my food at that point I was done and if NEVER been back.

Some of the best bagles Ive found in Texas, but definitely not up to Northern standards. And they dont have lox. Also, show up early if you want pumpernickel, they never seem to make many of them.

Best place to buy your Bagels. Nice outside seating. Very clean inside and out. The locks on top of Bagel with cream cheese is the best tasting treat.

Lady at the register rolled her eyes and complained about the customers she was helping right before me. Id been waiting awhile for those guests to get their order straight. Finally the transaction was over, but instead of helping me (the only person next in line) she trash talked them, started to take my order, then brushed me off (with gestures) and ordered the nice guy making the food to stop and take my order because she was done and wanted to get a drink. Someone needs to give that woman a vacation.

Ive been to this location once and the service was pretty good, the bagels were fresh and delicious! They got everyone through the line pretty fast! Didnt give 5 stars because the lady at the cash register was really hard to understand, it made it difficult and awkward to pay! I will return though!
