I was made very uncomfortable with the fact that while I was shopping the two girls were bad mouthing a customer who came in to buy something for someone. The line was crossed the moment a bad comment was made behind his back and then proceeded to make fun of the car he was driving.I definitely won’t be back to this location and if you want to feel unwelcome feel free to come but honest to god this was the most unprofessional output of customer care I’ve ever seen. Disgusting.

It’s Sunday 3:40pm and their doors are locked. Store hours are 11am-6pm, I waited 5 mins and called the store but no response.

I love love love Sallys. Unfortunately they didnt open on time today and had to wait an hour for them to open.

I know everyones hours differ because of covid but I have driven to this location twice, because its the closest to me. That being said its still 40 minutes away. The website says open as does the recorded message when I called, just incase the store wasnt open... Well...its closed Tuesday and Wednesday but you dont find out until you get to the store and read the paper sign on the door

Just never open. Always randomly closed even during business hours.

Tried to go in, hours say they’re open on the door. but doors are locked. this is really not a good look for a store.

Great customer service. The ladys are so kind and really want to help you. I wish every place I went to was like this.
