Pretty helpful. Took about 15 minutes for the salesman to decide if he was going to keep walking to see if I needed help tho.

I am very displeased with this location. I called at 11:45 this morning asking for an update on my car. I dropped it off last night for an oil change and to have them run a test to see why my check engine light came on. They told me they were done with the oil change and that they were getting ready to do my engine diagnostic test. I waited 3-4 hours just for a response. I called at 2:45 and nobody answered the phone. I called again at about 3:15 and they said that my test came back and explained to me what was wrong. They then told me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to take my car to a Chevy or GM dealership. My car is not a Ford car. It is a Pontiac, but they have always done everything they could to fix my car. I wouldnt be as mad about it if I didnt wait 4 hours just for them to call me back. They told me they werent going to charge me a diagnostic test fee since I waited for four hours for a call back when the car was done in the garage the whole time. I am on my way now to pick it up. I guess I will see if they are being truthful about that! I will never be back to this place again!!!Update: I got there and they told me my oil change hadnt even happened yet even though somebody told me the oil change was done at 11:45 a.m. I confronted the man over it and he basically threw a hissy fit and said I never said that!!!! I was on my lunch break!! And I said, Somebody did! He told me it would never happen again. I told him Dont worry. I wont be back! I ended up getting my oil change for free.

Exactly what is quick about this place??? I guess they took my money pretty quick after waiting 2 hours for a simple oil change... Maybe just rename it Slow Lane so people wont have expectations for fast service.
