David is a total class act. I had to have an iPhone screen repaired twice... in 4 days. Both times the repair was completed same day and in 30 minutes or less. On the second occasion I actually watched David repair 3 different types of phones in under 45 minutes total (I stuck around for a few extra minutes after mine was done because he was just a friendly guy and I enjoyed the conversation). The guy knows his sh&@, prices are very reasonable, and he believes if you want something done right, do it yourself. So hes going to be the only one handling that precious phone of yours, not handed off to an intern in the back room. Despite the fact that he offers the convenience of on-site repair, I recommend visiting his office if you can. Nothing too elaborate but his dog, Torch, hangs out quietly next to Davids desk and is as cool and sweet as they come.

I needed a new battery for my Pixel 1 so I called and reached Dave at iFlyRestoration. He ordered a new battery (and a replacement screen just in case), called me when they were in, and I dropped my phone off next morning. Later that day Dave contacted me and told me that the screen broke (which apparently is hard to avoid with the Pixel 1), the replacement sent to him was the wrong part, and that a new screen would be in the next morning. However the next day the part got lost in FedEx land and wasnt delivered until 7 that night. Dave called me when it came in, replaced the screen and battery as I waited, and I left with a repaired phone.It turned out that Dave was flying out later that night for a week long trip. If the part hadnt arrived that evening he was going to wait for it next morning, fix my phone, and then fly out a day late. A lot of people in this situation would have loaned me a phone and said see you in a week when Ill have your phone fixed, but Dave was not going to fly out until my phone was fixed. So there was a bit of trouble but Im impressed that Dave was committed to fixing my phone and was not going to leave me stranded.I definitely recommend Dave and would return to him for any phone, tablet, or other electronic repairs.

This place is the great. The owner was nice and honest about the condition of my phone. And the best part was that I didnt even have to leave work to get my phone fixed!!!!! He came to my work and fixed it right in his vehicle. Amazing!

Ive taken 3 phones to Dave and hes awesome. First phone needed a screen and camera lens replaced. He suggested the protective covering for the screen, which is a smart move since I fumble the phone quite a bit. I also talked to him about cases and should I buy a super expensive one... He gave some great advice, saved me money and (knock on wood) no screen breakings! I then contacted him about my bosss phone for a screen replacement. She had been using a phone with a cracked screen for weeks and said she just didnt have the time to bring it to the store, so I suggested Daves mobile service. He came to work, replaced the screen in the short window of time before she left for a business trip. She was my new boss at the time and very happy (brownie points for me because of Dave)! The final phone was a brick (wouldnt charge or turn on AT ALL), hes identified the cause and working on data recovery which may not be possible, but I totally trust hes pulling out all the stops! I recommend Dave to all my friends who are hesitant to fix their phones because he makes it so easy!!

This is the second phone which we have brought to Ifly Restoration in the past year. We actually found Dave and his company as a result of a manager from a leading cell phone provider who told us they often send their customers there. Dave is very courteous and knowledgeable and as he did last year, repaired our current phone quickly. His response time to any email or text message you send him is almost immediate. I can promise you he will never take your equipment and disappear. While we always hope our cell phones will last forever, that isn’t quite the plan that the manufacturers have in mind. Professional, friendly, fast and efficient. When my iPhone broke midday on a Monday halfway through an email to my boss I felt like the next few days I was going to be out of commission, but with Dave being flexible and available I was able to have my iPhone back within less than an hour.

I brought an iPad to Daves office 1 day, and had him come to our home in his mobile Ifly restoration van another day( so worth the extra money to have him come out!) in the same week to fix my sons smashed iPhone screen! The touch screen of my Samsung Galaxy 6 Edge Plus froze. I tried to push the power button off but the screen defaults for me to press the reset or to power off buttons on the screen which of course wont work because the phones screen had become unresponsive. I tried to remove the battery but with a tempered glass back, it is very hard to do without the right tools. I googled cellphone repairs near me and iFlyRestoration in Bedford, MA popped up with 5 star reviews. I sent David a text message from my Samsung tablet which is synced with my Samsung cellphone (thank God for small mercies, I am in sales and out in the field when this happened) and told him about my problem and if he is at his office, I will go there to have him fix my phone. He kindly told me how to reset my phone even when the screen is unresponsive (press power and volume button down simultaneously for more than 7 seconds). Worked like a charm! Thank you so David.
