Tyler was AWESOME! Im not naturally technologically savvy. He had all the answers to my questions and he was very patient with me. Tyler was VERY professional and knowledgeable. T-mobile needs to give this guy a raise.
I didnt just happen to be in the area and come inside to visit on a whim. I called to confirm the availability of a specific product which the young lady confirmed they had in stock. After arriving at the store and waiting 45 minutes we were told the item is not in stock but we could order it. I was confused so I told the gentleman that I had just called not even 20 minutes ago and spoken to a young lady about the availability of this specific item which she told me they had in stock. When he asked the young lady who we had spoken to, she exclaimed that when she checked YESTERDAY there were many units available. I understand that yall work off commission and Im not calling about the most expensive phone you guys sell but Ive been with T-Mo for 10+ years but Im not worth the iota of due diligence it requires to put me on hold, pop your head back in your storeroom and see if something is actually available? Your cell service is great but way to take my time seriously. Stay classy T-Mobile :)

They were so helpful! They help me get my new phone through and was very kind and was very nice about my issue and recommend them! Sorry I forgot his name, but he is a very humble patient young man. Even their manager they help out with my issue with the insurance. If I recommend any place go to this place. I highly recommend this guy.

I came into the store on May 13th, and miss Jay was the person that had helped with the issue I had. She was well mannered, patient, and knew how to do her job. All other employees who were working that day with Miss Jay were helpful and friendly as well. They would check in from time to time in order to see if there was anything they could do to help Miss Jay resolve my problem. Great teamwork!Miss Jay’s service made me continue to still be with T-Mobile!
I just went into t-mobile at 183 and central and encountered the rudest human ive ever met. his name is wyatt and clearly he doesnt want to work.....at least not in customer service. i never have done this, but was so completely unnerved by his discourteous manner that i have to vent. why do people have to be so hateful? i wanted to return a phone. he told me no, since its been more than 14 days (but, he didnt even bother to look up my account to see if it was eligible for return). i called customer service (because id been in touch with them and theyd told me it could be returned). when i walked back in, he rolled his eyes, told me sprint is over here!, slammed down his ipad and began typing. i still had customer service on the phone and she told him the process. he said he didnt have, on his screen, what she was talking about. she ended up just saying that shed send me a return kit. no sorry, no apology, nothing from this guy. he doesnt need to be working in this field!!!
It was wonderful. As a Senior Citizen they were wonderful, kind, and they really listened.

Cannot remember the managers name who helped me. She was an awesome and dedicated in helping her clients. I am so happy to be here with T-mobile. Such great service. Keep it up as I am a loyal customer (4 years and going), ask Verizon where I was there for 20 years, happy to have left due to their customer dissatisfaction.
Matthew was super helpful, he knows what hes talking about and does what he can to save you the most by updating your plan. Very happy with the service he provided tonight. The phone took longer than we thought to transfer data and he stayed after close to help us with a great attitude!!

Michael and Jorge were beyond awesome. They were good listeners, they heard our concerns and were able to intelligently answer all of our questions. They know their product and were able to save us money. The level of Customer service was through the roof. They gave us T-Mobile Tuesday deals, made sure that we understood everything that transpired and provided one of the best chicken sandwiches that I have ever had.(Popeyes). My wife and I will be recommending T-Mobile in the future.
Michael and Sara were great but specially Sara who went above and beyond to fix some previous issues I had with telesales, plus she upgraded my phone in a breeze. She made my move from AT&T as smooth as it couldve gone.Thank you guys for keeping the spirit of great customer service alive.
Josh and Shelton were great, very helpful, answered a ton of questions, and stayed on the phone to help us get all the answers we needed to get a great deal and new phones. They worked great together, and were polite and friendly to all of the other customers.

The guy michael was actually really nice. Talked to me about changing my account to a sole proprietor account bc i just started a business. This tmobile was good in my book. But ive never been in one where they were rude so yea!! Tmobile is pretty chill. Now come down on the price of the cases & we good lol!

I just had a very rude experience with an employee named josh! First I told him what was going on with my phone and then I asked him what time does the store close and he said 9pm. Then I told him that I will be there shortly, then he said to “you better hurry up!” Knowing that it was a rainy night and then I brushed it off and drove to the store. Needless to say Josh was rude to me the entire time and very disappointed in the overall experience at this store.
Shelton was the man. He came all the way from Hogwarts to solve my customer service issue. I had been in earlier and Michael was very gracious I will definitely be a loyal customer forever and ever.
Sara was awesome. She answered all of my questions and went above and beyond for me. I have communication definicies that causes me great anxiety, and she did so many extra things for me without making me feel like I was a bother. She has reaffirmed my faith in T-Mobile, she is a blessing to me. An angel sent to me from God. :)
My first visit at this location. Referred here due to other location not having the item I needed in stock. Greeted upon entry with a wait time of less than 5 minutes. I was in the tmobile at airport freeway an bedford rd. today. I had smoe concerns about getting a virus on my phone and Matthew was so very helpful. He actually sold me the phone a while back he is the nicest most helpful customer representative I will be forever a T-Mobile customer because of him.

Sara was amazing! Shes so very sweet but most importantly shes very good at her job and answered all my questions. When I would call the customer service and get so frustrated with the language barrier I was having with them, I would just hang up and go see Sara at the store. She could always help me. This 1 star should be for customer support but they can split it with the store cause they both earned half a star. Josh was good and at least helped in the end. The assistant manager didnt manage to do anything but aggravate me. Horrible experience when customer care and the store employees arent on the same page and argue with each other.

Im a Sprint customer and was trying to upgrade my device. I visited one location and they had no sprint phones. I called 3 other locations and they had no sprint phones. I was becoming irritated because this was looking bad for Tmobile as a Sprint customer. I called the Bedford location and I spoke with Josh M. He was positive he had the one of the two phones I was interested in. He did. I drove all the way to Bedford and Josh helped me get my phone upgraded with no hassel. He was very genuine and patient while it took over an hour to complete the process. He was apologetic for my experience with 4 different T-mobile stores not having what I wanted in store and was pleased that he was able to help me. I left a happy customer with a brand new phone. :)

Employee Mathew was horrible. All I asked was to put a screen protector on my phone and he denied me because I didn’t buy from him I have been with t-Mobile for 7 pulse years. Had to drive to a metro pcs store on w pipeline. Nice guy named Bryan was glad to help and I’m not even with their company. Also he does not even deserve a single star.
