One of the best doughnuts place in the mid cities town very good service and fresh coffee and doughnuts.

Terribly overpriced! The donuts are nothing special. Had a dozen glazed, plus three twists and a little bag of donut holes, for 18 dollars! Completely nuts! Go to Kroger, get a couple dozen of the exact same thing for half the price. They are just as fresh and just as good

They are open til 4 or 5 but dont be fooled. Past noon youll never be able to get a good donut. Always out of the good flavors and want to offer the flavors nobody wanted all day. They should just close if they dont want to keep making the stuff people actually want.

Theres always one employee that ruins an experience. I come here about twice a month. Today is a Thursday morning. Stopped by on the way home from work. He began putting them in a vertical box. He got five in and I stopped him from smashing in the last one by asking for a flat box. He begrudgingly got one and said he didn’t want to waste a box. I explained if he kept stuffing them in they would all be sharing icing when I got home.... turns out they were anyway. Most employees are happy and courteous.... but there’s always one.

My go to donut place. Soft and fluffy donuts every time. Speedy service in the morning so you can swing by on your commute to bring donuts for your team.

Shipleys is the gold standard for doughnuts. The potato flour makes a moist doughnut that is good well beyond the fry date. But, if you do see a rack of freshly glazed doughnuts, do not pass those up.

These dont have the taste of do-nuts from the Shipleys back in Mississippi but they are the closest Ive had since Ive been here.

Been to this Shipleys several times while en-route to DFW Airport. I pick up a box of doughnuts/kolaches for my kids and pack them in my suitcase. LOVE SHIPLEYS!!!!

I just have to say the kolaches and donuts are good but this the worst 2nd experience with the women in the drive thru she is very rude and confusing she repeats the order to us 3 times because it she seems she gets it wrong first 2 times. I don’t even know how. We always have trouble when asking for kolaches plain she don’t understand I guess so I say regular then she talks to another employee oh they want this but idk what there talking about like wait what ? Then she like so no jalapeños and cheese so only bread and the sausage like um duh I’m sorry she just needs to be taught some manners and truth She just doesn’t need to work there anymore I don’t see how they allow that kind of act.

Donuts are great but the young lady at the drive through windows needs to be taught some manners. It was the rudest treatment Ive ever experienced in a drive through. A drive through menu would also be helpful.

Long time fan of Shipleys. This location is relatively newer and still figuring out some of its recipes. Overall super tasty and always fresh. My only criticism, is in the spicy kolaches have way to many jalapeños in them! I love spicy food but theres like 1/2 a pepper in each one. Seeds and all....

Shipleys makes the best donuts around. Do yourself a favor and skip the Krispy Krap and try this place. They have a ton of different varieties to choose from, and while theyre not all my style Ive liked almost all the ones that Ive tried. Cinnamon rolls, sausage rolls, donuts... youve got plenty of tasty options. Plus the staff is nice and friendly which is always a plus.

You have got to try the pumpkin cinnamon sugar donuts that are in right now. Too notch nostalgia to a Michigan fall. Just missing the warm apple cider!

Donuts were warm and delicious even at 11am on a Sunday morning. Ordering at the drive thru could be better but happy its an option. Probably would not have gotten anything otherwise

My husband arrived today Jan 17th around 5:05 AM today, he ordered a dozen of glazed doughnuts 🍩, they were not fresh they were old, my husband was told that he needed to pull forward and they would be ready in about 2 minutes. Why would you have to wait for day old doughnuts 🍩, there were no sugar, the doughnuts were put in themicrowave and all the sugar were melted off.. my husband called and spoke with someone by the name of Renee, that was not receptive to the constructive feedback, she became defensive. This were our 3rd time purchasing from this place and will be our last time. This is one of the reasons businesses are not making it. Come on people we are the reason the companies are making it. #givegreatcustomerservice

Omg! So delicious! My cousin recommended them as a local alternative to a donut place I love in Shreveport. Whenever I need a donut fix this will be the place that I go to! Even though the donuts I got were not hot they were still delicious. Not super sweet and heavy, light and airy and just a hint of sweetness that just makes you want to keep eating more and more of them! I cannot wait to come back!

Worker was very rude. Entering in confusion because I couldnt locate the board with pricing, I soon was greeted by a worker who just starred at me from the cash register. After advising her it was my first time here and was a bit confused, I was then cut off by her and she said we only have glazed and chocolate glazed left. With all due respect, Im aware it was an hour before closing time and if those are the only ones left, thats understandable, but please change your tone and attitude. The only saving grace from this trip was the delicious donuts.

Very consistently good product. Everything tastes freshly made (you can actually see them made) and prices are very reasonable. Only issue is the occasional issue with their coffee drinks: those are often inconsistent. Sometimes very sweet, sometimes not.

This place is great! We bought 80 dozen donuts and they were very accommodating.

The gentleman we ordered from was super friendly and very helpful with our selection! He specifically mentions nuts cake has walnuts, not peanuts cause ppl are allergic to peanuts, which was very cool to know! Donuts themselves are a bit soggy, but moist which is a sign of freshness. Has some room for improvement, which is why the 4-star! Will come back if in the area again and hope it becomes a 5-star then!

We had breakfast here before going to the State Fair. We both had some doughnuts. My husband had coffee & I had a small chocolate milk. Our food was tasty. This location is very near our home. So Im sure well be back in the near future.

Since discovering Shipleys Do-Nuts I dont buy doughnuts from any other place. They are the best melt in your mouth doughnuts. They sell doughnuts until 5:00 p.m. all other doughnut shops close at noon. Try Shipleys and you will feel the same way.

This place actually has some of the best donuts in the area, the only reason for the poor review is they have had an infestation of bees for a while, I mean literally hundreds of bees swarming around the entrances even at the drive-through window. It’s pretty sad because there is a steady stream of customers that pull into the parking lot and leave immediately and I’ve given up on going to this location. Please hire an exterminator and fix the problem guys

Absolutely fantastic customer service!!! They were able to make 8 DOZEN donuts, ALL variety, for my sons school from the moment I called! It only took them 10 MINUTES!!! BEST SERVICE EVER & EXCELLENT donuts!!! The teachers are SO thrilled! Thank YOU!

I love taking my kids here for breakfast. They have a huge variety of donuts and the employees are very sweet. They also have a drive through that makes it convenient for us when we are in a rush.

I try not to go too often but I love Shipleys. I grew up on their Donuts when they were on Hwy 26 and Rufe Snow in the Safeway Parking lot. Not much has changed, they are still the best.

Been to this location a couple of times. The first time wasnt a very pleasant experience, but I always give a place a second chance. This morning I ordered 2 sausage and cheese kolaches and 2 milks. Tells me my total which is way above what it usually is. Then proceeded to hand me the wrong items, not once but twice. Took her for ever to give me my change back, looked like she had no clue what she was doing. Then she proceeded to give me an attitude saying it was my fault cause I ordered the wrong thing, no I told her three times what I wanted cause she had no clue what I was talking about. Will never be back to this location again. Oh and thought I had finally got the right order, I get to work and its still wrong.

I stopped by for the first time this morning and the customer service was horrible and impolite. I was rushed when trying to look at the selection. I ordered about 7 different donuts for people I work with and the man threw them all into one small bag together. They were smooshed and the filling was coming out of them onto the other donuts. The 3 that had nuts on top were smashed and most of the nuts were in the bottom of the bag. Who puts 7 donuts in a small bag??!

I have good time with do—nut at this eating establishment. Twelve or so donut only under for $10 dollar. I get blueberry cake but they out when I go at 2:00 oclock . I get halepeno colache but they out when I go at 2:00 oclock as well... they tell me instead they have these many donut left........ . I get 2 do—nut for under two dollar and love its. Thank you Shipley very nice lady :) I make them 1 star they are my only one do—nut man !!

The cream cheese kolache/donut/pastry was HORRIBLE!! I do mean HORRIBLE! What they called cream cheese on the top was some type of jelly like substance and the whole pastry was full of nuts to my unwanted surprise. Yuck! Yuck! The customer service was good though.

My daughter and I are there almost every Saturday. Super friendly staff and of course, one-of-a-kind great donuts and kolaches. Parents, I think this is a great place to teach your young children how to confidently self-order (within reason, of course!) and interact with food service staff.

Shipley has changed their oil, and now all donuts taste terrible...They claim they changed oil to make a healthier do-nut?... REALLY? Healthy Do-nut? sister please! Bad corporate move, now lost my business after 50 years of dedicated customer.

The girl in the brown shirt was a bit rude and didn’t really have any manners when speaking to us and it took way to long for her to come and ring us up when at least 3 people where in line and apparently you have to pay for a whole new drink for a refill that’s never the case anywhere else so that’s ridiculous only reason I gave two stars cause the donuts are good

Really good donuts! They have the best apple fritters!!! Sometimes their service is a little slow. And Ive watched the manager or owner (not sure who he is) grab donuts without gloves or paper one time when I was there. It kinda grossed me out. But, I still go!!

Ive really been disappointed in this location recently. Drive thru is incredibly slow due in large part to the 3 employees standing at the window ragging on each other and talking over the customer instead of paying attention to the customer trying to order. Im assuming this is also why when I got home, I realized that while I ordered 4 donuts and got 4 donuts, none of them were what I ordered. Its time to find a new donut stop.
