Not so great experience today. Not only did it take 20 minutes just to get to the speaker after placing a mobile order previously before I left home, but I was given my 3 items (2 boxes) with no bag, but they lost my coffee and had to remake it. I remember now why I make my coffee at home.

They do not have dine in as written in Google. But you still can set outside in the open air if you like.The staff were nice and served us fast.And as usual, starbucks has the best coffee.

Love this Starbucks location, but somehow they managed to completely mess up my drink. Wasn’t a small slip up whatsoever. I ordered a matcha tea, and I don’t even know how but they put water instead of milk? It was just water and matcha powder. How does that happen?

I get the pink drink with vanilla sweet cream foam.. size venti. I love this Starbucks!! Definitely recommend yall coming here!

I love Starbucks however this one got my order wrong and was not the friendly Starbucks staff that Im used too. They were real busy though and Im sure stressed out being short staffed. Grace wins the race tho

One of the best Starbucks that I have been to, and as much as I rather not admit...I have been to a lot. The drive through line is long but moves quickly and the coffee is always perfectly made. Side note... just go a head and order the cake pop, totally worth the guilt trip!

Went on lunch break and my coworker payed $cash$ and the rest on her card... which got declined, I offered to pay the rest with my card..the employee decided to keep the cash as a tip and charge my card the full amount after I just told him “you can do the rest on here”... the drinks were fine but I called management and let her know her employee wasn’t doing his cashier job right (she was super nice and refunded cash) but when I came back to the location the same employee was rude and dry once again.If your employees cannot handle correction to better customer satisfaction than why work here?

This starbucks is great; the parking and drive through could use a little vamping but the customer service is great.

Coffee is great, wait time is awful. Walk in takes about 10 minutes, drive thru took almost 20. I was late to work.

Ordered a crème drink, and had to pull up the drink on my phone to show them their own menu item. A crème is a hot milk drink. They gave me a coffee. When I told them it wasnt what I ordered, they said theyd fix it, then they gave me a frappacino. A cold iced drink literally the opposite of a hot milk one. I left because theyre clearly incapable of reading a simple ingredient list.

They’re always out of Bagels! If running out of Bagels is a problem I would think that you would over properly but it seems to not work that way here. Coffee is still great.

Love my Venti shaken espresso! Staff are always so lovely.

They serve the drinks at their best, they drizzle syrup and have the fluffy whipped cream and the ice is well incorporated:) best one in my area :) They even gave me a new one when I messed up my order

For the last few days a large Carmel Frappuccino with an extra expresso shot has given me life ....I am not a huge SB fan but I know when duty calls, they are on the front line of defense. Thank Starbucks for getting that line moving and making the perfect blend to keep me awake and attentive for work ✌🏾💯💪🏾☕

I ordered a pink drink from here. Mixture was a little off. Drink was not uniform and was separated by the time I received it in the drive through.

Was there in the middle of a pop and they were efficient and worked as quick as possible. The employees are very polite and sweet! I love going here before work.

Best place I have been in a while!! My coffee was right on point Nitro Cold and perfect flavor!! Could not ask for anything better! The people were also amazing! My go to spot from now on!

I had no idea that Starbucks customized their beverage mixes. I was here with my niece and she asked me if they would make a frappuccino based on an Anime character. I was like, one sure way to find out.......Once my niece provided the ingredient list (which she Googled), the Barista whipped up an amazingly delicious (of course I got a taste!) Anime frappuccino. I am impressed.Great work, Starbucks!

This location is really starting to urk me with there response to the lack of Oat Milk. Some employees are nice, some are just rude. This location also can get heavily busy with the line reaching out to Airport Frwy and them being ok with people trying to enter the line from two different directions. There needs to be better guidelines for this because people in the parking lot can be extremely rude. Lastly... Starbucks, open up your dining area again so people can sit. This is a bit ridiculous that its still closed almost a year and a 1/2 later.

Quick service! Usually order ahead on the app on my way to work and it’s always ready on time.

Came to order my usual fall drink today pumpkin cream cold brew with sweet cream added to my drink and the employee handed me my drink, which totally did not have sweet cream because it looked like normal cold brew and did not look like my usual. Then I proceeded to tell her and she argued against me saying it did and then rolled her eyes at me with very bad attitude like she was tired of being there. Look i was just trying to get sweet cream added. She needs to take a customer service course, you never argue with a customer and simply don’t work with people if your gonna be annoyed.

Exactly like all the Starbucks in the States. It is busy on peak hours and a tad slow 🐌 but it was made up by a staff member by the name of Roana whom is in training, and even thou my order took for ever (two hot chocolates) her attitude was respectful and nice with such a nice custermer service it doesnt matter how long they take (just kidding).

I always ask fo a quarter scoop of ice just to cool off my coffee enough to drink now. I noticed they put in about 4 cubes at the end. Took a drink and burnt my mouth so I asked for a little more ice and they said they couldn’t so she made me another this time I guess I annoyed her because I got an ice cold coffee with so much ice you could still hear it inside.

This place was great, but the prices are SKY high!I had an $18 gift card for this place, and I bought a frappuccino and a matcha drink. I had about $6 left!!!

Bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. Primarily small tables, but there is a bar with bar stools that has plenty of electrical strips. Not a great place to meet several people, but good for one-on-one or working/studying.

The drive through line was backup’d onto the frontage road so I went inside. I stopped in this morning to get a bite to eat and an Iced Coffee, the customer service and friendliness was outstanding despite how busy they were. My food and drink was spectacular as usual. They were all wearing masks, which made me feel good. I told them all I appreciated them, they needed to be recognized!

I hit the drive thru this morning, and the gentleman working the drive thru exuded positive energy..made me feel great about visiting. I highly suggest the blueberry oatmeal for breakfast..its great! Thanks for the great start to the day! ☺

They always make my drink perfect!!!

This is the best location ever. We go every week and order at least 4 drinks. The drinks are always made correctly and the partners are very friendly and polite. Even my son says he only wants to go to this location.

Who doesnt love chai latte? Also the breads are so yummy. Always fast service. Use the app to get free drinks.

Customer service was good but a little slow.They pay attention to details though.

So I came to Starbucks to get some coffee at 12:57 pm and I was in line for the drive thru. The manager came outside and ran me off because they close at 1:00 pm and if he attends me he will be here until 3:00 pm. He said he was tired and had been here since 4:00am... this to me is not acceptable especially coming from a manager. Poor business management from his part. I would not recommend this place. Poor customer service!

Great place to hang out and read a book or work on a laptop. Place is clean and has ample seating. Service is excellent as well.

Service is good and usually not too slow as far as Starbucks go. The drinks are always hit or miss and you never know which youll get so I always go with not too high expectations. If Im in need of a particular flavor and I want it done correctly, I wouldnt come here. But if Im just cruising and want something to sip on, then sure, Ill stop by this location.Overall, its okay. Service is good and that makes up for the random mistakes like over-blending, too much ice, or watered down coffee... e.t.c

Its Starbucks. If your not just a hater, then whats not to like about Starbucks! Everything is delicious, employees are nice, stores are always clean. And its consistent throughout the chain. Are there prices ridiculously high. Absolutely. But, you get what you pay for. Its that simple.

I love this location. They have the fastest service compared to the other locations near by - even during their peak hours! Always a friendly staff, as well.

Manager was not very professional when dealing with a customer & the confusion of an order at the drive thru. And they should really reconsider the drive-thru and it set up. Thats dangerous four people on the access road as well as the customers in the parking lot walking around the store.

This particular coffee shop has it down! With a drive threw line to the highway access road and moved it greatly with superb service! Way to team up guys!

We waited in the drive thru line for nearly 10 minutes (the car in front of us was ordering when we pulled in and there was only one car in front of them at the window). Once we got our drinks, one was full and one was about 75% full (see pic). Not the first time I’ve had this happen or my order messed up. But after waiting in line for 10 minutes, I did not have the time to circle back through. It’s worse if you go inside to order.

Staff were super nice and helpful and I was able to grab a couple of drinks fast even during happy hour time. Wish that the drive through area was in a different spot as a lot of time cars will back out onto the street near the freeway and cause issues. But, I love a good refresher and happy hour, so I will be back!

Just okay hot chocolate. Not Worth the price. Believe it or not waffle house has better.

Last week I waited 15 minutes for my mobile order, even after ordering 10 minutes before arriving. Yesterday morning I waited another 15 minutes for my order, while watching people who ordered after I arrived get their orders before me. They did not begin making my drink until I asked. A customer service complaint did no good because, today I waited another 20 minutes! This time when I asked for my drink this is what I received. After already waiting 20 minutes I did not have time to wait for them to fix it.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I went in to return a cup I purchased and was greeted by Chris, I could tell his energy was off but proceeded with my return to leave ASAP. While he was processing my refund I asked him “Do you any of the Frappuccino drinks have espresso?” It was a yes or no question, he then responded very rude with a horrible attitude and tone while raising his hand at me and says “LET ME CONCENTRATE ON ONE THING AT A TIME!” I could not believe that he wasn’t capable of processing a refund and not being able to answer a yes or no question. I then looked around and immediately realized ALL of the Starbucks employees look exactly like Chris. I have never had anyone raise their hand at me out of frustration especially at a coffee shop. Whatever the male version of a “Karen” is, that’s Chris. I hope everyone that visits this location has a better experience than I did.

I paid for my order which was on my receipt with verbal confirmation from the barista and when I tasted it, it was a completely different drink. It was good, not gonna lie, but thats why it was 2 stars instead of 1.

This Starbucks drive is slow and doesn’t move. It took me 30 minutes to get to the window and than get the food took forever as well. Worst service ever if you are in hurry to go to work or anything. Omg! Hurry the heck up! Ugh!

Super friendly,super fast and delicious....drive through was a zoo, however. If you want this experience to be fast, make sure to park and go inside.I ordered three personalized drinks and was in and out in about 7minutes flat. This was during morning rush hour as well.
