Stay away if you use credit cards! Lots of fraud has occurred to multiple credit card users at this 7-11. Very poor management and lack of secure transactions

The owner of this store is VERY rude to customers, he ignores their presence. I came in one time and he was telling and being extremely verbally abusive to an older woman who was working as cashier. I wanted to punch him in his face. Im not violent so I just have him a ride look and told her I felt sorry for her. I wont be back. Makes 711 look terrible

Stopped for a bathroom break and a water. The bathroom looked like its hasnt been cleaned recently. The sink was even worse. Cashier was personable.

Worker wasnt even wearing a mask properly, and when I asked him about it. He told me since I am the customer if I have a problem, I should leave...Thats terrible way to treat any local resident, especially when you guys just opened up few months ago.

Hot dogs are great when the have them, this time they didnt have catsup the service was horrible. The gentleman they have working on Saturdays afternoon needs better peoples skills.

As long as the big lumbering guy is working I’ll never stop here. He’s an ominous presence in the store and often just downright rude. He doesn’t deserve to be employed.

Employee was so rude. My brother and I asked him to change the iced coffee nicely and he responded “Agh just ‘cause I’m in a good mood otherwise I would have said no”. So he went to get the box and when he came back he was mumbling stuff so my brother said, “alright man, if you don’t want to do it it’s fine. We’ll go somewhere else.” So this guy got mad at him and squared up with him. My brother didn’t want to hit him because he was an older (60’s) and seemed to have problems. This is like the second or third time we had asked him in about a month he always gets mad and don’t want to do it. I used to like this 7-Eleven but with people like this.

I’m torn here. I’ve been going here for around 12 years, and I really like some of the people who work here. I get the feeling that management is not the best though. Item choice is fair, and the “grill” area is getting better. I have seen clerks target kids for stealing, and some even getting into shouting matches with them. The restroom is absolutely filthy as described by other reviewers. I would avoid it for all but emergencies. Overall, it is what it is... a very average corner gas station.

Very rude customer service. I was hassled over $0.20 because the cashier rang up 2 different transactions for 1visit. The items I was purchasing only Cost $2..tax included. They watched me like a hawk as I walked around the store. I was embarrassed as a customer to be treated like a broke theif! I purchased $10 in fuel for $2.25 per gallon and a hot dog and drink. The fuel access the street was only $2.05per gallon. I have so much to say but my point is that I love 7-11 but this particular store needs better customer service. Ill never visit again.

No complaints about the service, but the slice of pizza I bought was hard as a rock. Must have been sitting there for a good long while.

I got a full tank of gas from this 7-Eleven location. Left, and drove for about 3 minutes and car started to die. Had to get my car towed and found out that I had 4 gallons of water in my gas tank. Yes you read right, 4 gallons of water in my gas tank. I have spent $2,000 for the repairs. Absolutely the reason for my car troubles was the horrific gas that was put in my car. So a word of advice. DO NOT GET GAS FROM HERE!

Good for gas. Thats the bright spot. As long as you dont interact with the help....

Owner is a downright jerk but he has good people working for him..he loses them, the stores not far behind. 30+ years I have gone here. I dont suggest a high quality gas.

It was very disgusting and filthy. Would never go back in there. There was no soap in the bathroom and smelt horrible.

Tonight it was 11:56 and the attendant said it was 12. I forgot my phone and needed to know what time it was. He straight lied to my face

I go here a lot for coffee but the last time I was there someone had taken a dump in the sink now it wasn’t me I promise.

Afternoon customer service is horrible!! Have seen male store clerk pull kids aside accusating them of stealing when they didnt. Has kids leaving in tears. Owners are rude and horrible.
