Walgreens said they did not have my medication and did not know when they might have it. The woman told me if I needed it I COULD CALL AROUND TO OTHER WALGREENS to see if they had it or check with other pharmacies to see if they did. She really didn’t care.I called Walmart a cross the street and they had it and asked how quick I needed it, Walmart to the rescue. I will not be bothering Walgreens any more. Walgreens doesn’t care about their customers no mater how long or loyal.

Yeaaa I took my 13 yr old daughter to get her COVID vaccine and lets just say the people there werent too happy with the service. People needed their prescriptions meds and the man said that he got a message that it was ready but they were telling them that nothing was even ready and it really was just a waste of time.
Best Pharmacists around. Very friendly and helpful. Plus, I have even noticed them actually learning customers names and engaging with them on a personal level. Kinda reminds you of a small town pharmacy. All around great. And the rest of the store is always clean, and are very friendly and helpful as well.
We went at 2:30AM to pick-up a prescription that was sent over digitally from the hospital. The person working the drive-thru pharmacy was patient with us and took the time to enter my friends insurance info to bring down the cost of the prescription. He was friendly too! I sincerely appreciate that there is a place open this late to fill prescriptions during emergencies.
Pharmacy have made errors on my prescription twice. I was told it was computer error. No apologies and rude staff
Ive been a customer at this walgreens for 20 years and have always received first class service in every area. David, pharmacy manager, and his entire staff are wonderful--kind, friendly, accommodating to special situations, and helpful in all ways. Some of my meds are a little more expensive at walgreens than some other local pharmacies but the personal, caring, first class service totally offsets that price difference.
Unique, has a lot of everything and somebody pricey and some is really a good price.
Walgreens system are down so much it does not matter if they are open 24 hours, it takes them 24 hours to find a called-in prescription. Want to call them on the phone? Two callers wait online for 2 hours to speak to someone. What a mess.

Awesome 24 hour pharmacy! Staff is always friendly, they are efficient and fast and have great self pay prices. I transferred to them from the atrocious CVS on Industrial which have horrible hours of operations, rude staff, dirty facility, overpriced RXs and never have medication not just not ready but not in stock at all having you wait up to week for for a script! Please use Walgreens on Central the absolute BEST!
We are new to the area and this was my first time at this location. My sister and I had the most pleasant interaction with Rosana at the check out counter! She was so friendly and we hope to get her next time we come back.
The white lady with brown curly hair was extremely rude to me in the drive through pharmacy. Made multiple rude remarks.
Takes 30 minutes to print 12 pages of a very not user friendly printer and after 45 minutes still not printed and employee walked away. After well over an hour they cant do it. Missing a page, ridiculous horrible service, non existent
I asked for help looking for items that i could not see. And i was standing in the aisle i was suppose to be in for 20 minutes before asking for help. An emplyee called for the manager and i asked her if she could help me find the items since i could not see them. She said some are in the feminine hygene aisle then pointed at the rest of the store its labeled call me a karen but i walked away because i told her i neeses help finding them not being sent back to the same aisle i was in to search for items i couldnt see once again for another 10 minutes.

This walgreens is near my house, so its convenient, and I have virtually no other issues with this store, so plus one star. However, the pharmacy has been and continues to be an issue. I had my reservations about transferring my prescriptions to this location because of previous negative reviews, but figured I would give it a shot. I prefer walgreens anyways. When I showed up for my medication, I was told my insurance didnt cover it, so I had to go jump through hoops with my insurance provider. Not the fault of this walgreens, but annoying. They told my insurance provider the medication would be ready within half an hour to an hour. Great! I show up again, and only THEN am I told that they only have 6 days out of a 30 day supply. So I drove back and forth to this Walgreens twice to be told that I still wasnt getting my full prescription today. I cant miss any days with this medication or it does not work and I get sick. Thankfully I planned ahead and have some left over. Normally, wouldnt think this is that big of a deal, but several other reviewers specifically mention that this pharmacy is either always out of their medication or behind in filling it. How is a pharmacy always out of medication??? I do not understand.
Been going to this Walgreens for many years with no issues until now. Due to the pharmacy manager David H I will be changing because of his bad attitude towards me. Besides him Walgreens is fine and I have always been treated well, but twice already being accused of doing something I haven’t done or said is enough for me to go else where. I will still go to buy something if needed and any refills that remain. They have way to many people that go now, he doesn’t respect you. What a big fat shameSorry Walgreens it only takes one person to run people away or maybe that’s his plan.
Been coming to this pharmacy for years! they have always been professional, timely, and helpful. I’ve never had a long wait for prescriptions and the staff is so friendly when I ask any questions about my medications. Highly recommend!
Most of the staff, including a couple of managers, at this location are super friendly. The ladies that work in the beauty department are always very helpful! If there is an issue with an order or purchase, it is usually resolved quick and easy. The pharmacy is pretty decent, there are a few grouchy employees working back there, but even though they are always busy, they are still quick with my prescriptions!

Turned in a prescription a week ago and still haven’t gotten a call to pick it up. When I dropped it off they said it would be done by the end of the day. When I called the next day they said it would be a few more days. Still haven’t received a call.
I deal with this drugstore all the time. I have never had any problems with any employees in any department in all the years Ive been doing business with Walgreens.
There is this african american girl who always is by the counter of the photo lab on her phone all the time. I come here all the time and always see her leaning over the counter texting while customers need help checking out. What is her job besides being on her phone while leaning on the counter?
We just moved here and my husband needed his medication transferred to this location since its down the street. After 2 evenings of waiting on hold for over an hour ( we never got anyone on the phone. The system kept saying there were 2 people in front of our call) we went inside to talk to the pharmacist, which was on a Friday. We were told to pick it up on Monday. He went back on Monday and was told it would be ready on Wednesday. So on the third visit on Friday a different pharmacist told us it was never ordered. Really?! This is a serious medication that cannot be skipped. I cant believe the terrible service! We both used Walgreens prior to this and never had problems. CVS will be getting my business.
I called on the phone and spoke to someone in the pharmacy who was very nice because I was looking for an item and didnt want to have to drive all over town looking for it. She went and checked for me and verified that they carry the item. So, I give them a thumbs up!
Just called and the lady on the other end was very nice. Though they didnt have the product I was looking for she went the extra mile. She was the best.

Its a rare occasion when this pharmacy is appropriately staffed. Just waited over 15 minutes to be greeted at the pharmacy window. I have been coming here for years to pick up my mothers rx and Im so glad she is moving next month.
I am disappointed! There have been several times that I have requested refills for my meds and waited 2 weeks and then had to call Walgreens Pharmacy asking about my meds to find out that I need to go in for a dr visit first! Why cant Walgreens Pharmacy take on the responsibility to call and tell their customers this when they hear from the dr?!
I was at this clinic today at around 4:15pm and they were super busy. I went to get a TDAT shot and both pharmacist were super professional and very polite to all customers. Some people were irate that they didnt get what they wanted but the pharmacist stayed professional and explained the situation patiently. I only waited for maybe 10 to 15 minutes top and I thought there were at least 8 people ahead of me, and more were coming. The entire team was like a well oiled machine, everyone is busy but everyone take over for each other. I saw a tech took over a pharmacist in the cash registry and told the pharmacist where else he is needed instead, and the pharmacist went. Very good job!

My son has Lyme Disease. A disease so serious its tracked by the CDC and has gotten me calls from the health departments of two states. Initially we were told this location had enough medication for five days and were assured that Walgreens was ordering more. This morning my son took his last pill. Later that morning we were told by the pharmacy they didnt have his medication. Now were on the search for a pharmacy with the medication and its not going well. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY UNLESS ITS FOR A MEDICATION YOU DONT REALLY NEED OR CARE TO SEE ANY TIME SOON.
Was receiving a Western Union, the two employees that were in the photo lab area were not helpful at all when having issues with the kiosk. They dont have any clue what they are doing. It was really very frustrating. They should be trained on the products/services offered. Very unprofessional. They did not even try to figure out what was going on. Just a lot of head scratching (not literally) and I dont knows.
The staff has always been nice snd helpful when I had questions. Love coming here when the seasonal stuff goes on clarence and products are on sale. I am one of those shoppers. They also have good prices on cigarettes.
Fast to get just a few items. This pharmacy is open 24 hours and were very helpful in the middle of the night one time.

We have been going to this Walgreens for several years and have always been very satisfied with the service and the quality of the products.
I have been on hold for 14 minutes at this point and after waiting for more than 10 minutes someone picked up the phone, hung up and when I called back it said there were more than 3 people ahead of me after I already waited through the other callers and was next in line. Who picks up the phone and puts it back on hold without saying something? And when they did, it hung up putting me to the back of the line after 10 minutes of waiting. Its now going to be 25 minutes and it just updated saying 2 others remain ahead of me. This is not the first time, and Ive heard others complain about this every single time Ive been here. My wife and I are treated poorly every time we visit in person and often if you call them, you can make it all the way to their store, and stand in line and speak to someone long before they will ever answer the phone. Ive literally driven there and stood in line while they ignored me on the phone watching them let it ring and ring and ring. Theres one guy who answers and is kind. The rest all expect someone else to do it and treat people like they should know whats going on. They dont know how to tell you why they are charging more than they should for medicine and when they finally figure it out they say its the insurances fault but its too late now cause they already rang it up and insurance wont deal with it after they ring it up. They literally told me they didnt know why it was an extra $100 then rung it up and then told me after ringing it up theres nothing that can be done so I should have done it before they charged me. But they didnt tell me until AFTER they charged me! Even though I specifically asked them why it was so much more before they charged me! This place is awful and the people are rude. The manager runs a poor shop and Im switching pharmacies. My gosh, weve got tons of options people, you earn our business or you dont get to keep it. You take money without giving any though or care to it.

After having a horrible experience at CVS, I went to Walgreens......I was greeted with a warm welcome to Walgreens and proceeded to have amazing courteous and professional service from the Pharmacy and the store check out counter. CVS is out......Walgreens is in! Great Job and Thank you!
This review is for one person only cause drew goes above and beyond in the pharmacy. Ive been in sales for 9 years now and takes alot. For me. To be impressed but drew truly cares about the customer and his Job. Took the time to help me save some money on my. Prescription and is willing to help you out with any questions you have. I work long hours so the 24 hour pharmacy is nice but I will continue to drive 25 mins out of my way every month to Come see drew and there is a 24 hour cvs right by my house I completely stopped going. To because of him and refer everyone I know. To. Come. Here because they will be satisfied with the customer serivce. Keep doing. What u do Drew u are truly appreciated.
Ok. They are telling me now that they are not accepting internet coupons I often use. Fine. They have been out of stock for my prescription. It was sent to this pharmacy 3 full days ago by my doctor and when I showed up, they say it should be ready by the next day. After two other days still not ready. And when I finally called, now they dont know what happened to it, now they cant track down my prescription which should have been there already. Now, bye bye Walgreens. Im taking my business to CVS, which is just a bit farther from my place but is a better pharmacy anyway.
James, the pharmacist, is extremely rude. He needs to retire or be terminated. I will never use them again to fill my prescription. Horrible horrible treatment after being discharged from hospital today.

Ive been using them for about 7 years. Sometimes they are great, other times they are slow. I have *never* experienced disorganizations here, nor mistakes. The pharmcist assistance is always good (when asking for advice & info), even if you have to wait for it. They are *definately* better than what some of the nightmare stories Ive recently read sound like sound like, and that encouraged me to write this review. They are FAR from perfect and sometimes the waits (in line or in the drive-through line) are aggrivating, but my overall experience is positive here.PS: I would give them 3 1/3 instead of 4 stars if I could, but 3 seems too low.
Was asked why I was alone in the store and reguarded as a twelve year old when asking for help looking for an item,then after fifteen minutes was told if I didnt purchase anything I needed to leave, the cashier at the time then proceeded to tell me that I love to waste everyones time looking for items the store doesnt have.
In terms of pharmacies, I have no favorite. Each pharmacy individually has a characteristic that I I consider a flaw. However, this one is my favorite.

15 min prescription fill for 3 prescriptions at 5AM.
Bc I was in great pain and needed advice at 3 a.m. about combining pain Rx meds I called the 24 hr pharmacy line, but no one answered for over 5 minutes of ringing.
The guy who works overnight in the pharmacy is rude and doesnt seem to understand the importance of the customer.
Very friendly, but scripts are never ready on time.
Pharmacy dept is always under staffed. It doesnt matter what time of day, Every time i call the minimum hold is 20mins. When walking in wait time could be up to an hour and a half!
