I agree with the previous review- very poor customer service. We have a local business and have found it to be very difficult to work with this company. Printers are ok, but if they dont work and you cant get a hold of anyone- you cant meet your deadlines. Disappointing.

I tried to purchase a printer from these guys and they have very poor customer service you have to hunt them down they dont keep you informed of the process I had gotten the contract to them and then 2 weeks after still no printer and then numerous voicemails and emails go unanswered I had the cancel it they took forever to get me the printer and no one would keep me informed on the status and I tried to call an other person and they never called me back - would not suggest using them - the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
