Nice, respectful staff. On top of there job. Concerned about safety and security of there location. I just stopped by to look. If I need storage in Bedford, I will go back

We used this storage facility for a few years and I can’t say enough good about it. Property is always neat and clean, storage unit areas are clean and well lighted, and the staff has always proved to be courteous and helpful. Highly recommend.

Alex was very helpful, in fact the entire staff was very friendly! The gate was always closed when I came through, the entire property was clean, and they had a small dumpster on site you could use. Great rates too! I saved $90 a month moving to Securlock Storage! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I called about a week ago and Alex has been super helpful and even called and checked up on me during the week. This has been a smooth sailing experience he is very professional and quick with service it’s greatly appreciated. Also the grounds are very clean and well kept.

Ive also written a review about Securlock Storage on Yelp. However, I felt a review on Google would be nice as well.I have been renting with Securlock for over a year now, and it has been a pleasant experience. Upon moving in, the manager, Alex, made the process very easy and thoroughly explained the process and all of my options. When I switched to a new unit, Alex was there to make that easy as well. The place is always kept very clean. If I need to come by at night, I can confidently feel safe and if I need anything I can count on management to assist.Before leasing at Securlock I checked the rates at many nearby rental properties, All-Storage, Bobs Storage, etc. They were all priced much higher than Securlock and required additional fees. Im happy with my decision to store here.Thanks for being great.

This property has had many break ins. The owner is very rude, hateful, heartless and does not care about any of his customers or from what i have seen his employees. This property is always dirty and has nails, screws ect all in the driveways. The climate control hall has black mold they try to hide from customers. There is a nice storage property access the street from this one that is awesome which we have used 2 times now. They have not had any break ins and they are friendly and helpful.

Alex is AMAZING! Entire experience from move in to move ouy couldnt be better. Thanks for all you do you will see me every time I move!
