Deadly efficient. They ship and they know things. I’ve been here a bunch of times now and these guys are great. Shipping? Check. Amazon return? Check. Small selection of office supplies? Check. Post office box for rent? Of course.

Pay attention to all those one stars! I wish I had. Its worth it to drive a little further to avoid this location. I had a no box, no label Amazon return, and the employee was trying to charge me for a box. He refused to accept my package even though I had the code showing that I didnt need box. I had to take it to another location, and it worked out just fine.

Anthony R is a prime example of excellent customer service. Very friendly provided solutions and answers and was willing to tape up a heavy box I had and even move it for me. Cant say enough great things about the gentleman!He definitely deserves to be recognized if not promoted.

Got charged one dollar to print out a single piece of paper so I could return a package from Amazon that was wrong. Maybe that doesnt seem like a big deal, but Ive returned items before and was not charged anything. I probably wont use UPS to return packages ever again.

Outstanding customer service . Every time I enter, Im cheerfully greeted and helped as quickly as humanly possible. When theyre very busy and I have to wait in line, I see patient and helpful folks who really do their very best to meet each and every customers needs. Thanks for being part of Bedford!

Ive been to this store several times and have always had the best experience, whatever the need. From returning Amazon packages, to printing services and lamination, theyre courteous, quick and walk you through the process, making it an easy bet that Ill continue coming back!

Came by to drop off a return. There was a very long line, but they employees were fast and efficient, so the line went quickly. The employees are very kind as well. Highly recommend.

Mickey M was very helpful and professional. I didn’t know I needed to pay a dollar and he put change together and paid for my return label. It was an Amazon return that they were supposed to come pick up from the store. Mickey M helped me cancel and do a store delivery. Was hectic but finally done. Thanks 🙏🏾

I received an order from Amazon that was incorrect. UPS was supposed to pick up the order the next day. They never called or came by. 5 days later I came to the ups store to drop off the box. They said they couldnt use my tracking number and I had to call Amazon to change the return n send me a label. After getting a new email label This ups Store said he couldnt use the label on my phone he needed to email it to the store and print it. Which I found weird never have I had to do that. Then after it was emailed he then said he had to charge me $1 to print a label... excuse me? I ship ALOT of things and never have i heard this. Its not the cost its the fact that as a customer I placed an order. Incase sent the wrong item and Amazon did everything smoothly on their end and ups has been so annoying and then having been charged to print a label is crazy to me. Which is NOT A UPS policy it is a store policy. This is simply poor customer service to charge for printing a label on regular paper...it wasnt even sticky paper lol it was a regular sheet of paper that would need be taped on the box. I actually lowered the star rating. The agents in the store were perfect. The store policy which makes things difficult for the customer is trash. Stop nickle and diming people...

My package is international shipping and the people that received the package never told me that I needed to tape the invoice on the outside of the box. I found out when I got an email saying there was a problem and I had to call UPS main office to see how to fix it, causing a delay in the delivery. The guys at the store are very nice, but not knowledgeable regarding international shipping.

This Store has gone above and beyond to help me get my mail on time. Everyone here is friendly and does way more than just process my mail. If you need anything they offer which is quite a lot. Please do call or go into the store to do Business. I cannot count the ways everyone here including the Manager goes out of his way to answer questions and help me with anything that comes up that I need help with.

In January I sent a package to Canada. There was only one employee working the Saturday I shipped it. He was not trained very well and had never done an international package. I thought it was wrong of his management to leave him alone when he was obviously new, but we managed to get my package sent. My friend got her package so I didnt think more of it...till she told me today she was reviving bills for the package. I called the store to ask why and the man who answered, who did not give his name, was extremely rude and asked ME why my friend was getting a bill. I told him thats why I was calling, which I had already explained twice. He then said he needed to call me back because he was busy... I gave him my name, number, and hung up and called corporate. Their system was a headache to get through and when I finally reached someone they told me I had to call billing in Canada... So I did. The woman said the customs forms had been filed out as 4 notebooks $50 EACH instead of $50 for the PACKAGE. They were billing for nearly $80 because of it. Thankfully the woman in Canada fixed it, however THIS location has yet to call back. This UPS obviously needs more training, both in procedures and customer service. I will not be returning to this location nor recommending their services to anyone.

I dont really write reviews on google but I cannot resist myself from giving props to this young gentleman named Tee working in the morning at this store location.As I walked into the store I had 15 plus people in front of me while I was late for work and this gentleman were able to help all the customers within 10 mins.I would highly recommend this store if any of you want a fast and great customer service!!

Went to drop off two packages same items as usual. I didnt seal the packages so theyll I brought as I normally do. After 1st package processed (new) employee sealed it. Second item processed didnt see that one sealed figure it will be later. One of the individuals recieved package with no issues. He even sent a picture thanking me because it was a gift. It showed weight on the receipt being responsible but the 2nd person said they didnt receive the item just the post card in it. I noticed on the receipt the weight was different from the other person who received their item. Ive been sending the same item for a while through same store this is my 1st time experiencing an issue. Either the item was taking out by employee or the person recieved it was lying but he sounds so sure even sent pics of packaging. He indicated it didnt look tampered with and sealed properly. I did call store the manager implied that they wouldnt steal anything which I didnt accuse anyone of it but questioned why the weight was different on the shipping receipt. One was 15.0 ( was delivered) the other was 1.0 ( missing item) a big difference. I may have to use a different company for now on. Im out of the item plus the shipping fee

When working remote I always use this UPS store to print / scan documents. I also returned my spectrum cable boxes when I moved. There is rarely any wait time and the guys are always super friendly and helpful!

Visited about 30 minutes before close. Was understaffed but the staff was friendly.I had to wait over 20 minutes to drop off 3 Amazon returns with only one person in front of me. was causing unneccisary wait times because the customer was not organized and the worker was unwilling to make her wait.
