I’ve been shopping at wireless zone for quite sometime now. In any given time I’d rather go to Nates stores (the owner) over the big box Verizon stores. He and his team can beat any deal that the big stores do, any day and you get a friendly, non robotic face. Two weeks ago I swung into the Belchertown store to upgrade my phone which happened to be at the same time as a tractor trailer accident out in front which ultimately left the store without power. The manager Mike and his employee STILL made the deal happen even if it meant they had to call another store to assist. This meant they had to do the upgrade a bit differently than the norm but they still worked through it. They could have turned me away but instead, they made it happen. I highly recommend Wireless Zone stores, shop local!
A couple of weeks ago I stopped into the Verizon store in Belchertown. I had an iPhone that wouldn’t hold a charge and didn’t know what I could do and if I could upgrade. I was able to speak with Kayla who was incredibly helpful. She shared some of her own experiences as well as products That she had found helpful. Despite having to transfer all the information over from my phone, it was an easy and effortless process. She was kind and helpful and it was an enjoyable experience. She told me that she was relatively new and Verizon during our discussion, but I never would’ve guessed that she was so informed and so helpful.
I am clueless usually when it comes to phones etc. Nestor found offers and big savings on my plan. I can’t thank him enough. Definitely a great asset to the VZ family. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent customer service skills!! For those that are worried about the pandemic and how to be safe while in the store, this place has you covered!Thank you! I will definitely be back. I love my new phone!!

Went here last week since I was looking for accessories for my phone and had some questions on how to use some functions I wasnt familiar with. I was helped by Dan and he was able to answer all my questions and help me with my queries and help me with picking out some additional accessories I was looking for.
Our deal got really messed up and was not what it was supposed to be but the team really stepped up and resolved the issue quickly and made it right! Great staff!

I was in the store in Belchertown last Saturday to buy a new iPad, and received the best customer service ever! Everything was explained to us and we received all the time and assistance we needed in setting it up (we are tech challenged lol!). I would never consider getting my next smart phone or iPad by ordering online. The kind of customer service we received is priceless!!

This place is great! We went in to switch from sprint, which was a grueling and painful experience, but with the dedicated customer service skills of T.J. we made it through. Although it was a lengthy process, he made it enjoyable and pleasant! He stuck through it with us to the very end! We left there feeling as though we were valued and not just a sale, which is priceless! Will be highly recommending this place to anyone who will listen! Thanks again!
Sam S saved my week. I had a old tablet I received from a friend that no longer work. I stopped in to see if I could get it fixed. Sam offered me a new tablet for no extra charge! This thing is awesome! I suggest stepping into this location for all your technology needs.
Plane and simple. This is the beat store to go to.We had old Samsung phones. We stopped in to purchase new phones and worked with Sam S. He made the process very simple for us he transfered all of our info while we ran some errands. He sat down with us and showed us how to use the new phones. Thank you Verizon dor having an employee like Sam.
Was disappointed. I went in to get my phone serviced and ensure it was properly connected to my account. From the outset, I stated that I did not want to buy a new phone. The attendant took apart my phone and stated that that were other options. He then proceeded to try to up sell me with a new phone and plan. Finally, about another 10 minutes later after the upsell and my phone sitting on the desk apart, I had enough and picked up the pieces to my phone and left! (I later went to another Verizon store and fortunately had a great experience.)
The sales representative that we had was the best. His knowledge and personality is something that all sales representatives should possess. The entire experience was positive and he handled all issues completely. Excellent employee.
First of all they were very friendly,then fixed my issues by giving me a new Sim card and network set up at no cost to me. Plus the guy is a COWBOYS fan!!!!
This new store is great! Closer for me to go here then the other stores. Worked with Nate the other day, he was awesome!
